So the biker who cut lanes without indicator and almost killed himself gets away scot free and the car owner gets harassed for driving in own lane 🤔🤔

This shows how well our traffic cops are taught. Zero risk awareness. How on earth could they let the two wheeler go?

According to police, bikers are like children and most likely innocent.

As usual, the two wheeler rider is so casual in his approach that he's taking the right turn from the left most section of the road. Words are not enough to appreciate his discretion and road manners. There's a reason why most road accident victims and casualties are two wheeler riders.

This is the infamous JVLR turn on Eastern Express Highway in Mumbai Suburb. The road is a compulsory right turn. One cannot go straight the left two lanes are for going straight. As said by DC car since he was distracted he might have missed the signboard of compulsory right.

Most of the 2 wheelers do not use indicators while turning and especially when changing lanes. I have been guilty of the latter too on a couple of occassions. But the 2 wheelers are the most accident prone vehicles on the road both for themselves and others too.

The entire road from the barricade is for right turn ! For vehicles going straight there is lane to left of barricade. If car was going straight, it was in wrong lane

But why did the cop stop the dash cam 4W driver & not hold up the 2W drivers for his mistake of taking turns from the wrong side & endangering the 4W driver.

This is a mandatory right turn on JVLR. The car driver likely missed the sign, so the cops are preparing to issue a challan.
