Public, esp pedestrians, are godlike. You have no right to teach them what's right and what's wrong. Whatever they do is by definition, right..!! All because we don't have a pedestrian infrastructure.

you can't, they won't understand. In India, if you try to explain to the public, instead of understanding they will behave like you called them mental (which is true). Their ego will hurt because someone told them about safety, civic sense. Only one way to educate "Laathi Maro"
