@censoredstorm45 Use the sourdough to make French toast.. just make sure you use good vanilla extract either from Mexico or Madagascar that’s key!

@censoredstorm45 The only way you will know is to try making a loaf😁 Your starter will get “stronger” (able to rise easier) the more mature it gets. Don’t get discouraged. Mine looked like flat domes in the beginning 🤣

@censoredstorm45 A good way to super charge your starter is adding rye flour with your unbleached. It super feeds the microflora, causing the starter to grow more vigorously. It always a win even after your starter has sit for weeks in the back of the fridge.
