I had the same experience with Nigerians, I had my twon house empty for two years because these guys don't have respect for other people's property. Now I rent to ONLY South Africans if I can't find a tenant the house will have to be empty, it is that simple.

As an Estate Agent I don’t rent out my clients properties to foreigners and Indians, I tell them too.

Stop renting out your properties to foreigners, request South African ID before renting out

Keep renting to west Africans. When i was looking for a place to rent the agent asked me if i am Nigerian or Congolese i said no why they said those things are animals dont rent to them they deteriorate anything and everything they touch.

We even clean before we leave.. I sold my investments property because I made a mistake of renting it out to a Nigerian family. A married couple and kids. The flat was new when they moved in. Moving out there were back marks on the ceiling. They were making fire in the bedroom 🚮

Luckily the taps are not left open to waste water. In most buildings where these people stay illegally, they intentionally leave taps open. This is warfare. South Africans are under siege. Verify whoever rents your property.
