@SPEnergyNetwork Wow I take it that's been energised? At the very least it should be blinded by sand and warning tape put over it. There has been instances in the past were kids have taken to hitting that jointing shell with items to damage it and caused injury.

@SPEnergyNetwork It's common practice for these companies to dig holes in property, on pavements, on roads etc and leave for days and sometimes weeks on end. The disruption to many is disgusting. In some cases they do multiple digs then dissappear just after. No regulations in place.
