Space:1999 Eagle 1 Spaceship (1976)

I always wanted the Dinky toys version. Anything with moving, opening or removable parts was kid nirvana.

@Emigit Mine is sitting in my parents’ basement. Gonna grab it on my next visit.

This was my favorite childhood toy. How wonderful to see it again.

Also turns into a submarine in the Amazing Captain Nemo. Bloody rip-off! 😂

look at the SIZE of that beauty!!

I still want this today.

I had that ship. Big and heavy.

I wish I still had mine!

The shuttle that outlived the show in memory.

Where else would you keep your Martin Landau action figure?

Omg. I had one of these.

@ApocalypseTed I have to be brutally honest, and I know it will piss people off, but I never liked the design of that ship.😒

Loved that toy. Even when I got all my Star Wars toys I kept that Eagle for a long time…

don't remember this, had a couple of the diecast models, white and green with passenger and nuclear fuel bay/canisters, wish I kept them in adult hood.🙄

The factory messed up mine and it came with double the number of figures. WIN

We never had this in the UK!!!

I wanted that bad!

Kinda sounds like Patrick Stewart narrating?

Had one. I used it to fly my Micronauts around.

I had one of those and it was great.

I had to make all my spaceship toys out of Styrofoam egg cartons, using my knock off Star Wars action figures from K-mart

I had one a lifetime ago.

My first Millennium Falcon II.

Simply the GREATEST toy ever produced🥰

@tanakaiga El diseño de las naves está genial. Buenos recuerdos

Had one. Was very cool.

I had that!! $50 at JC Pennies- a lot of money in 1976!

I used to have this as a kid.

Wtf!

I had this toy as a 'hand me down' as a kid, minus the engine.

I had one!

I had that!
