Grok Bot needs Plaid for Banking integration. I use 20+ bots, but not happy with banking integrations. I thought it will evolve, to my surprise Meta’s Muse is truly amazing on the banking integrations because it has Plaid connector. Grok Bot couldn’t connect to Citi, Fidelity and X Money, but muse was able to connect to these three also.

I appreciate it, but this isn't exactly a smart AI model. If only 1% of humans are able to use it effectively, does that mean it's so dim-witted it only understands when given perfect context? True intelligence would mean being able to execute correctly even when context is poor.

Bait and switch. Zero customer support. Paid accounts ignored. I pay for SuperGrok, built a Grok Bot system that does real work, and got locked to the lower X Premium+ allowance by one unexplained sign-in click. Support is AI only and says it can never be fixed. Hard to be in the 1% when the account locks you out.

The shift from using one AI agent to managing a team of specialized agents is fascinating. The real unlock seems to be orchestration—clear roles, delegation, and feedback loops—not simply having a more powerful model.
