That's in washington. Specially seattle area. There's no italian food there. There's a lot of greek restaurants masquerading as italian. And honestly, this might actually be the best you can get in the state.

Least amount of effort? That is a well stocked expensive kitchen setup and a nicely setup little eating place. They clearly put a lot of time and MONEY into that place.
