Mike Johnson scraped a CR that had bipartisan support. Johnson replaced it with a new CR designed to appease Elon and Trump. Trump declared it a success. The CR failed: 174-235-1 38 House Republicans voted against it. Republicans are now trying to blame the Democrats.
