@virginiafoxx 🚨 Wrong. A new chair doesn't replace a junior member. Massie was one of the most junior members on the Rules Committee and was replaced by Morgan Griffith (R-VA). Virginia Foxx replaces Michael Burgess who chaired the cmte at the end of the 118th but did not run for the 119th.
