@SpeakerJohnson Then what if the name of fuck is the purpose of a federal court if not to interpret federal laws nationwide and issue injunctions pending cases/hearings?

@SpeakerJohnson Can’t the courts issue a ruling that this is unconstitutional…. Therefore making it null and void

@SpeakerJohnson Did he says the 3 branches of government are equal and design to put a check on the other. So a judge can do what he is doing becuse that branch of government has the same power as the president.

@SpeakerJohnson This must really hit hard for people that never studied constitutional law.

@SpeakerJohnson Checks and balances, this administration hates the Constitution.

@SpeakerJohnson Someone tell this moisturizing, closet homo, cuck to stfu and sign his fascist bill already...he's gunna go down as one of the worst speakers in history enabling Trump to be THE worst president in history.

@SpeakerJohnson And Congress believes it has the right to determine judicial process? @SpeakerJohnson, about that Constitutional thingie....

@SpeakerJohnson Congress has tools. This is one of them. Neuter these tyrannical judges. Examples must be made..

@SpeakerJohnson Hey @SpeakerJohnson - You won't. It would be unConstitutional. The judiciary is a co-equal branch of government. You have the ability to appeal. And you use injunctions and have your own judges, like Matthew Kacsmaryk in Texas, so GFY, closet case.

@SpeakerJohnson Stop doing illegal things and the courts won’t be coming up with the injunctions!!!
