Speaking GLOBSEC conference in Bratislava, Georgian PM Irakli Garibashvili blamed the war in Ukraine on NATO Enlargement. NATO enlargement and Ukraine’s determination to become member was one of the reasons for the war. “Therefore, we see the consequence,” he said.

@GLOBSEC @NATO Georgia has a Russian occupied government.

@GLOBSEC @NATO I don't know how to comment this, pure act of treason... only bad words come to my mind. Only thing I know, when Ukraine(God bless Ukraine!) wins, he and all #Kremlin's servants like him will fully pay the bill!

@GLOBSEC @NATO He speaks like a Russian proxy)))

@GLOBSEC @NATO Говорит Москва!

@GLOBSEC @NATO

@GLOBSEC @NATO NATO expansion is a direct result of Russian aggression. Every time Russia attacks one neighbour, two other neighbours join NATO. If Russia truly wants to stop NATO expansion, then stop attacking other countries! Oh wait, but once they join NATO they’re protected from Russia.

@GLOBSEC @NATO He doesn't blame Ukraine. He's simply saying that the war was a consequence of it. And he's right. That's the reason Russia launched the war. Jesus.

@GLOBSEC @NATO I wonder how he will explain russia's invasion of Georgia in 2008? Was it also through NATO?

@GLOBSEC @NATO So basically it's Ukraine's fault, because they have chosen the wrong "group" to join? So everyone can freely choose who to join as long as they join CSTO?

@GLOBSEC @NATO Absurd. A majority in favour of a NATO membership only developed in Ukraine after the Russian invasion in 2014. It was Putin himself who caused the problem he now claims to cure.
