As the free world, we must act together to force Russia to end its war. Today at the FAC in Brussels, I call for tougher sanctions and a full maritime services ban on ships carrying Russian oil.

Its first responsibility is obvious: rescue its own citizens, restore access, stabilize the disaster zone, and prevent secondary casualties. That is what a functioning state is supposed to do. And even while dealing with its own losses, China still said it is ready to provide emergency assistance to Nepal if needed. Rescue first. Politics later. The people turning this disaster into anti-China content are the ones doing propaganda.
