Annual TRT testing endeavors to monitor testosterone levels in servicemen. Combat stress and arduous training can result in testosterone decline. Low T caused by stress is a physical and mental health issue.

If proven civilian treatments are working, the military should study the evidence and use what actually helps service members. Results should matter more than bureaucracy.

I don’t believe the Special Advisor is talking about giving women testosterone- The chemical castration going on for the past 35 years has resulted in males having a significantly lower testosterone than what used to be the norm. This makes sense if voluntary.
