BREAKING🚨 A shell non-profit operated by Jeffrey Epstein sold stocks after he was jailed in 2019, and moved $31,518,409 of stock in stock in 2018 without reporting any of the required transactions on the firm's federal 990 tax form that year (despite doing so every other year). Source document confirming Epstein's ownership of the non-profit (page 5 of 8) - The required tax documents as to capital gains and losses were included for every year except for the 2018 year, during which $31,518,409 in stock moved through the non-profit across three transactions without any documentation whatsoever other than a listing of three dollar amounts within section 4 of that year's 990. Source document (page 3) - The firm, called Gratitude America, still has $8.175 million worth of assets (that originally belong to Leon Black) and is operated by Richard Kahn, Darren K. Indyke and Erika A. Kellerhals (interestingly, Epstein was not listed on the firm's tax documents until 2019, at which point he was listed as "deceased"). It is unclear if these assets can be clawed back for survivors of victimization under Epstein's regime. The unaccounted for stock transactions in 2018 transactions are as follows; Bought; $9,651,059 $1,730,674 $20,136,676 Sold; $9,741,132 $1,604,011 $20,103,887 Total stock moved through Epstein's non-profit in 2018 without any supporting documentation = $31,518,409 2018 tax return source (page 3 of 22, but no indexed stock transactions as required at the end of the form) - 2017 tax return (which includes $899,417 in capital gains on page 3 of 17 --that may be insider trading-- and also includes enumerated stock trades on page 17 of 17) - 2019 tax return (which denotes $154,782 in capital gains, including 12 stocks sold after Epstein was jailed on July 6th of 2019, enumerated by sale date, purchase date and and company below or, see pages 3 and 14-15 of the source document) - Stok transactions after Epstein was jailed on July 6th, 2019: 7/10/2019 (3 sales of stock) -Cardlytics, Inc (2 sales of stock, both originally purchased 7/2/2019) - Microsoft Corp. (1 sale of stock, originally purchased 9/4/2018) - this single trade netted someone $258,911 (just in gains on the stock) after Epstein was jailed. 7/11/2019 (4 sales of stock) - Cardlytics, Inc (1 purchased 6/10/2019, 3 purchased 07/02/2019) 7/12/2019 (4 sales of stock) - Cardlytics, Inc (1 purchased 6/23/2019, 1 purchased 7/2/2019) 7/22/2019 (2 sales of stock) - Bank Of America Corp 5.475% S-KK (1 sale of stock, originally purchased 9/28/2019) - Duke Energy Corp 6.75% - A (1 sale of stock, originally purchased 3/25/2019) Further, it seems Epstein may have been involved with insider trading, in 2017, related to the Chinese commie-affiliated firm TenCent (although that was only $1,000,000 and Epstein hid his move about as well as a first year CPA figuring out they can use prediction markets to pump and dump as long as they submit a few fake cover trades before doing so). Family, friends, and supporters gathered last night to bid farewell to former Miss Namibia, Selma Kamanya, as she prepares to represent the country at the 72nd Miss World pageant in Hyderabad, India, on May 31st. The send-off event featured the unveiling of her national costume, inspired by the radiant beauty and rhythm of the Namibian sun. Titled “Sunrise and Sunset: A Dance of Light and Grace,” the costume is a celebration of Namibian heritage, blending traditional Himba and Oshiwambo influences. It tells a powerful story through movement—transitioning from bright golds and oranges to deep reds and rich browns, mirroring the fiery elegance of a Namibian sunset as Kamanya dances. Kamanya was selected by the Miss NGO Organization to represent Namibia at this year’s Miss World pageant. The selection process required candidates to be under 28 years old, unmarried, without children, and to possess not only beauty but a purpose-driven heart. After a rigorous round of interviews and nominations, Kamanya was chosen from a pool of impressive contenders. The Miss NGO Organization has reaffirmed its full support for Kamanya and called on the nation to rally behind her. Speaking on behalf of the family, Fredrick Nghiholwa emphasized the great responsibility Kamanya carries and urged all Namibians to unite in prayer as she steps onto the international stage. Kamanya has been a dedicated advocate for mental health, highlighting its importance alongside physical well-being. She was sent off with heartfelt gifts, words of encouragement, and prayers, vowing to represent Namibia with dignity and authenticity. Miss World Namibia departs for India today. Angela Stanton King spoke about how she was given a second chance in life by benefiting from President Trump signing the groundbreaking First Step Act and she added that President Trump also made it illegal in prison for them to chain women to the bed during their child birth. All Black American before you vote, the only thing Joe Biden did for Black American is co-wrote the 1994 crime bill that separated black men from their families and it was President Trump’s First Step Act that gave black Americans who committed minor crimes a second chance. The First Step Act: ◦Is a criminal justice bill which enacted reforms that make our justice system fairer and provides rehabilitative programs to inmates, helping them successfully return to society and not return to crime ◦Addressed inequities in sentencing laws that disproportionately harmed Black Americans and reformed mandatory minimums that created unfair outcomes ◦Over 90% of those benefitting from the retroactive sentencing reductions in the First Step Act are Black Americans. Besides the First Step Act, here are some of President Trump’s policies that benefited Black Americans the most: •Opportunity Zones, created under the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, focused on improving the outcomes of communities across the country, especially in areas that have suffered from disinvestment over many years. •Signing of the Future Act in 2019 made a significant allocation of federal funding for Historically Black Colleges and Universities(HBCUs) permanent beyond 2019. Trump also increased funds by more than 14% and allocated more funding to HBCUs than any other President. •Signed legislation forgiving Hurricane Katrina debt that threatened HBCUs. •Made HBCUs a priority by creating the position of executive director of the White House Initiative on HBCUs. •The Platinum Plan is a massive $500 Billion project called for 500,000 new Black businesses and 3 million jobs for Black Americans. •Announced support for Juneteenth to be recognized as a national holiday. •Prison Reform and backed the urban revitalization coalition this was a team set to improve conditions in inner city areas through economics development and policy reforms that focused on creating job opportunities and vocational training in disadvantaged communities including Black communities •Poverty rates for African-Americans and Hispanic-Americans have reached their lowest levels since the U.S. began collecting such data •Net New Women-Owned Businesses added per day by Black Women reached a record high in 2018 & 2019 Obama being a Black man had cut HBCU funding from his first budget and NEVER spoke at the annual White House HBCU Week Conference. FYI: President Trump received the Bipartisan Justice Award at a historically black college for his criminal justice reform accomplishments. Also President Trump uplifted people off of food stamp that Obama kept them on to enslave them. Dependency is crippling because people become trapped in the system instead of of becoming self reliant. Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.

🇧🇷 Waking up in Brazil near the ocean South Brazil has lots of great villas available although definitely not at the price point of South East Asia, I'd say 3-5x more expensive and whether that's worth it for you is debatable Build quality of villas in Brazil honestly really varies, a lot of it sucks and is cheap, but a lot of it is built with love and great materials too, kinda hit and miss, it depends if the owner is rich and built it for themselves or not Brazil is also a great place to build a villa, lots of land for sale, approval is fast, and there's no shortage of workers to build it (like in Europe) Brazil also has lots of great architects and interior designers, and they just make beautiful stuff This villa I love because it has that Bali white glossy stone (I think it's boho chic) and it's just great to walk down on barefeet, also I love the rotating stairs and this little jungle inside the living room Then you go outside and you hear the sea! I love living near the sea and I think the salty air really is healthy for you Only bad thing which is common here: no AC in living rooms, only in bedrooms. Why? People like to get the natural wind to cool although at peak summer (like February) it gets boiling hot Oh last thing many villas in Brazil come with a chef included (kinda like Bali and I think there's a colonial connection here as in Bali you sometimes get a "babu" and in Brazil it's called "babá") They cook for you what you want and get groceries etc Nice!

ICYMI: An unknown man entered my private home and made his way to my home office door during Monday's livestream. This happened as I was looking into $31,518,409 in missing stock transactions from a shadow non-profit operated by Jeffrey Epstein until his death in 2019. I eventually found that Epstein sold stocks after he was jailed in 2019, and moved $31,518,409 of stock 2018 without reporting any of the required transactions on the firm's federal 990 tax form that year (despite doing so every other year). I refused to be intimidated during the livestream, demanded the man leave, and continued my investigation until I found the discrepancy in a 2018 tax return filed by Epstein's Gratitude America, LTD non-profit that confirmed the unaccounted-for 2018 stock trades totaling $31,518,409. The unaccounted for stock transactions in 2018 transactions are as follows; Bought; $9,651,059 $1,730,674 $20,136,676 Sold; $9,741,132 $1,604,011 $20,103,887 Total stock moved through Epstein's non-profit in 2018 without any supporting documentation = $31,518,409 Stock transactions after Epstein was jailed on July 6th, 2019: 7/10/2019 (3 sales of stock) -Cardlytics, Inc (2 sales of stock, both originally purchased 7/2/2019) - Microsoft Corp. The company still has roughly $8.175 million in accounts that could potentially be clawed-back and disbursed to survivors of Epstein's child sexual abuse ring. Also, here are some of the charities Epstein was donating money to using the non-profit (the non-profit appears to have used donations, sourced from a $10,000,000 "gift" from Leon Black, as cover for insider trading and money laundering via stock purchases and sales); Bruce Marsha Moskowitz Foundation (Florida) $100,000 in 2016, $50,000 Melanoma Research Alliance Foundation (Washington D.C.) $225,000 in 2016 The Hasty Pudding Institute (New York) $50,000 in 2016 (Confirm this is Harvard's thing with the weird parade) Chron's Colitis Foundation Of American (New York) $10,000 in 2016, $10,000 Verse Video Education (Cambridge Ma) $110,000 in 2016 Women's Global Cancer Initiative $10,000 in 2016 New York Concert Artists Association (New Jersey) $50,000 in 2016 Icahn School Of Medicine Mt.
