This so-called "training" operation took place in downtown LA in 2019. Residents were told the loud booms and gunfire they heard was simulated. The operation was run out of the Port of Los Angeles near Terminal Island These black helicopters are from the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (Army/Airborne) unit that provides helicopter support for special operations forces. The 160th SOAR is also known as the "Night Stalkers" because of their proficiency in nighttime operations. If you have additional video and/or information please share. I remember there being a video that enhanced four of the soldiers carrying something they had retrieved from one of the buildings, I just can't locate it at the moment.

🇧🇷 Waking up in Brazil near the ocean South Brazil has lots of great villas available although definitely not at the price point of South East Asia, I'd say 3-5x more expensive and whether that's worth it for you is debatable Build quality of villas in Brazil honestly really varies, a lot of it sucks and is cheap, but a lot of it is built with love and great materials too, kinda hit and miss, it depends if the owner is rich and built it for themselves or not Brazil is also a great place to build a villa, lots of land for sale, approval is fast, and there's no shortage of workers to build it (like in Europe) Brazil also has lots of great architects and interior designers, and they just make beautiful stuff This villa I love because it has that Bali white glossy stone (I think it's boho chic) and it's just great to walk down on barefeet, also I love the rotating stairs and this little jungle inside the living room Then you go outside and you hear the sea! I love living near the sea and I think the salty air really is healthy for you Only bad thing which is common here: no AC in living rooms, only in bedrooms. Why? 🇧🇷 Waking up in Brazil near the ocean South Brazil has lots of great villas available although definitely not at the price point of South East Asia, I'd say 3-5x more expensive and whether that's worth it for you is debatable Build quality of villas in Brazil honestly really varies, a lot of it sucks and is cheap, but a lot of it is built with love and great materials too, kinda hit and miss, it depends if the owner is rich and built it for themselves or not Brazil is also a great place to build a villa, lots of land for sale, approval is fast, and there's no shortage of workers to build it (like in Europe) Brazil also has lots of great architects and interior designers, and they just make beautiful stuff This villa I love because it has that Bali white glossy stone (I think it's boho chic) and it's just great to walk down on barefeet, also I love the rotating stairs and this little jungle inside the living room Then you go outside and you hear the sea! I love living near the sea and I think the salty air really is healthy for you Only bad thing which is common here: no AC in living rooms, only in bedrooms. Why? I was thrilled when Roseanna Hall from Shurugwi was crowned Miss Universe Zimbabwe on Saturday. It fills me with joy to see someone from my village succeed like this. I'll actively campaign for her to get the support she needs. This morning, a viral video is spreading around Twitter claiming a woman is a “Black Karen,” after walking into an Indonesian business and accusing them of stealing black culture. Let’s provide some context here, as a lot of people are spreading this video in order to try and sell some sort of narrative. 1) This video is 3 years old. 2) The woman’s name is Alewia Tola Roba. 3) She was in a business called “Trap Tea - The Boba Plug” which was located in Aurora, Colorado. They are still in business today, but have since been renamed as “Banned Boba Bar.” They are a minority-owned, woman-owned business that has been around since August of 2020. 4) The reason why Roba accused them of “stealing black culture” is because the term “trap” refers to a genre of music that originated within black communities in the 1990s. The term “plug” refers to something that is distributed, including drugs, music, etc. It is a term also seen by many to be tied closely to black culture. 5) The woman walked into the business thinking she was supporting a black business and was disappointed to see it was owned by an Indonesian family. 6) Calling someone a “black Karen,” is like calling someone a “black white person.” It’s definitely not the right term to use. Regardless of all of this, the business owners here have every right to run their business how they choose. It’s doubtful that they said to themselves when opening the business, “I’m going to steal black culture to make money.” I also think it’s great that they decided to change their name. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy a Boba tea from them if I’m ever in Aurora. As for the woman, we don’t know what she was going through. We don’t know if she had a really bad day, or if she was fired from her job, dumped by her boyfriend, or simply was feeling as though racism in America was preventing her from being able to achieve what she wanted to do. The owners of the business responded very appropriately. Sometimes just a little understanding, and the need to heard is all people want. Listen to people, learn why they feel the way they do. We all can do this better.
