Look at the impunity with which they are constructing. Common people have to run from pillar to post to get legitimate permissions and these guys have no fear of law. This is a no development zone and the land is classified as Grama Natham, as per revenue records, which means meant for landless people. The violations are happening close to State capital #Chennai.
