@BardixdDixon 16,000,000÷40 bucks for an average basic hotel room equals 400,000 hotel room stays. Divide that by 1000 people and that's equal to 400 days of lodging for 1000 people. I'm not saying this is a solution. I'm simply saying that 16,000,000 dollars could have been better spent.
