Holy shit you guys… LOOK. AT. ME. Day 52 (…I think? I lost count 😂) and I just did my first outdoor pseudo-squat in the wild. My hips were so loose after getting lost on my nature walk today that I said screw it, let me try this. And I swear I got lower than I normally do. What do y’all think?!?! But honestly… the coolest part of this whole journey hasn’t even been the movement. It’s been WATCHING myself become the woman I was always supposed to be. The woman who puts her health first. The woman who walks even when she doesn’t feel like it. The woman who swings the kettlebell, jumps on the rebounder, and shows up for herself every single day… even on the tired days. That’s who I am now. And I’m so damn proud of her. 👑

Regarding the Lamborghini crash on Coastal Road yesterday at 9:15 AM let’s get one thing clear, it’s not always about the roads. As I’ve always said, driving a supercar is entirely about skill. Even with 10+ years in this profession, handling these machines isn’t easy. Rear-wheel drives, in particular, can snap out with just a little extra acceleration, and controlling that takes real expertise. The harsh truth is, most people who buy supercars do it only because they can afford them not because they understand them. Zero knowledge, zero skill, but full of overconfidence. That’s how lives are lost theirs and sometimes innocent others on the road. This time, thankfully no one was injured, but not everyone gets that lucky. Supercars aren’t toys; they demand respect and training before you even think of pushing them! ☺️🙏🏻

This isn’t a slip of the tongue - it is the BJP’s trademark ignorance on full display. And why be surprised? When Narendra Modi himself demeans Bengal’s icons by calling them “Bankim-Da”, When history is distorted from the top, the disciples will naturally follow. This is not patriotism. This is a mockery of India’s heritage. Shameful!

LB popped some during A Day and a guy that’s in the rotation who probably isn’t getting enough kudos is Cayden Jones. I like this rep from the junior, even though it resulted in a TD. A couple of things first - OL gets a good jump off the snap. But Jones has instant play recognition and immediately dials in on the mobile design to the right - tracking his responsibility - the QB. Also have to acknowledge that it feels like Daniel Hill gives up on the play early - which in live action would’ve led to clean lane for Jones to hit the QB.
