i like the anecdote that this is one of the most fluidly animated scenes in the show as it was handled by a Japanese studio. Can't remember which, but I believe it was TMS. Shows like Batman TAS call them up if they want to make the animation prettier than usual

Hydro Man is one of the coolest Spider-Man villains ever. He makes me appreciate the versatility of water and gave me a perspective on water mimicry, water form, and water manipulation
