I always use of razor blade to cut down the length of the splinter, so you can get more access on the spinter to pull it out.

Make a small cut parallel & directly on top Approximately 1-2 millimeters to expose the pm largest part or head of the splinter once that is done you can grip the build of the splinter & have a firm grasp. You all are so dumb.

When a spinter is superficial, as this one is just take a small razor blade and cut the epidermis. Then, you'd be able to remove the splinter, knowing that you've gotten all of it.
