Today in State House he has made me have confidence in his leadership because he spoke like a change agent and it will not be business as usual in government offices. He has laid a trap for his executive officers more so to those who take government functions as just any other function and they can arrive at any time-Gate D state house is a parking lot as many are busy writing explanation letters on why they are late. This should translate to ward level so that Kenyans feel the presence of government at any time, they are servants and not masters. 🔨
