We need to find these criminals. A family was having a surprise party inside their home in Phillipi, Cape Town, when criminals broke in & stole 12 phones. They held everyone at gunpoint & forced them to remove their passwords. Someone out there knows who these criminals are.

Some will claim he said this when he was on “kolos”others will say he was drunk or misinterpreted . Anyhow this is the type of Igbo politician who claim to be our leaders. when he was in PDP he said they used to kill , as if now they have stop killing innocent people.

Is that TVK’s Joseph? 😳🤯Whose photo is he holding? Was he native to TamilNadu? Sorry for Hindus who still wants to vote for him, they are worst than the converts. He could openly do that and will be labelled as Secularism, but if Hindus hold their God’s photo, it’s labelled as communalism. Hey Grok confirm if this video is real or AI generated.

Wondering if you are “quad dominant” in your throw and if you should change it? Maybe you shouldn’t 🤷‍♂️ A coach’s post coming from Austin Roark 🚀⠀ -⠀ One question I get from a lot of athletes is whether they should change their lower half because their knee is over their toe during their loading phase down the mound. ⠀ -⠀ The biggest thing that I look for when trying to figure out if it is an issue or not is to see how they are able to get out of that position. Some guys are able to leverage and rotate from that position extremely well, which then I would say that it’s not an issue.⠀ -⠀ On the other hand, there are some guys who will get out of this position by driving extension out of their back leg, killing their ability to rotate their pelvis and get it in an open position into landing.⠀ -⠀ This is when I would suggest trying to make a change. I think a lot of people jump into certain ideologies that you shouldn’t do certain things because it’s “inefficient” or it looks “wrong”. ⠀ -⠀ Take a look at these pitchers shown in the video. All 3 of these high level arms have some degree of knee flexion over their toe. Now, granted, they all have insane levers to help them, but the way they are moving is what makes them efficient in how they throw. ⠀ -⠀ I think if you told Dustin May that he had to hold a vertical shin down the mound, it would be a disaster and mess a lot of things up upstream that would impact him in a negative way.⠀ -⠀ The big takeaway here is that there are no absolutes. One thing that may look inefficient to you could be the thing that makes someone else very efficient.⠀ -⠀ When trying to figure out if you should change something about someone's delivery, make sure to look at the entire unit as a whole and don’t jump into any quick changes.

There will never be stability in Syria with an ISIS terrorist in charge. Secretary Marco Rubio Let’s not be naive. I’d never shake hands with a guy who said he was happy when 9/11 happened. Look at the way Julani smiles when thinking of 9/11. The US is supposed to have moral clarity.

And this is why the film was made. There are still men out there who exist to tear down women and focus on the way they look rather than their accomplishments. Can’t wait for Jo Koy’s apology where he claims it was ‘just a joke’. Disgusting and so unfunny.

The notorious Eiye (ACN) cultist linked to many k**lings, Baba Ikorodu, alias Blue j£sus, who was sent to prison, can be seen going live on TikTok from prison and even posting on his social media page. This is why some of these criminals and k**lers do not change their ways when they come out of prison.

Note this: 방탄소년단 Namjoon was in Antwerp 🇧🇪 for 2 nights, met some people on the street there who kept him in secret. He thank them & gave a shout out to ARMYs for being respectful. Allow #BTS to enjoy your cities, give them some space to look around. Never mob or stalk them!

A family is saying goodbye to their father, who was killed by russians. When I watch this video, I feel an overwhelming sense of pain and injustice. And a deep call for justice. Russia must pay. The pain russians have inflicted on Ukrainians will be felt for generations. The evil they have unleashed will never be forgotten. The lives they have taken cannot be returned. The families they have destroyed cannot simply be made whole again. But the crimes they have committed must not go unpunished. There must be justice.

Katra, Mata Vaishno Devi assembly : There was a time when this area used to be sensitive, there were serious security threats but today PM Modi is doing an open roadshow there. If the BJP loses, it will be a loss to J&K. If they don't like to live in peace, it's their choice!

There is so much wrong with this video that I don’t even know where to start. 1. There is already so much free candy out there on Halloween. Why are you going waste a bunch of kids’ time by cleaning out an entire bucket? 2. Parents who steal will almost certainly have children who steal. 3. Who needs this much candy on Halloween? It’s almost as if they’re doing this just to be evil. 4. I wish that someone was just there inside the house and popped out to surprise them all, letting them know that this video was going to be on social media and millions of people would see what kind of scumbags they are.

✓State witness Lt.Col Makoa says the couple were throwing money like sweets at parties while the rightful owners "kids" sleeping are hungry. ✓ He also said the salaries that they wrote on affidavit won't sustain the kind of lifestyle they shows. ✓ Accused no 2 is called Lamasweet, Greater gagash municipality and he said a person who earn R100K is a boy. This shows that the money they have is more than what it was disclosed. ✓ He also said they drink expensive liquors, expensive original clothes and they drive expensive cars. ✓These people are monied says the State witness because the man has always flaunt money, clothes and alcohol that's expensive N.B the above are some of the points not all of them. He gave the above points because he was trying to show that both the witness are in danger when these two get out and also the couple are in danger because the court is full of families of the victims the are angry and want their money now. So granting them bail it won't benifits both the victims and the accused. Below is the video of the Charlotte Tibane and Peter Nonyane dancing in a Giyani businessman called kokwani chauke
