LB Intended Receiver Drill LB Run & Pass Techniques and Drills - Linbackers drop to their zones and then move with the Quarterback. - When they come back, they shuffle and then on the set and transfer, one will catch the ball, the second LB will block the intended receiver. - The off-backer comes around to lead the interceptor up the number. - The interceptor will run outside the number to the sideline to try to score. - Linebackers should be in a shuffle mode when the Quarterback turns his shoulders and until he drops his hand off the ball. - When the QB drops his hand, the LBs break to the ball. Pulling off the ball is the #1 issue hitters struggle with. (they would agree) To fix it, you don't need to try harder or swing slower. Schwarber proves that. He hits the longest home runs without coming off the ball. How to correct it: Shoulder in, chin and face in on the ball and swing the bat over your front shoulder. Then hold the finish (Arraez swing and finish drill he did in the video) It's worked WONDERS for hitters I've used it with when they need it.

Here my boy Austin is using a small wood bat that literally weighs like 15 oz. If the ball isn’t struck well it’s a ground ball… really forces the hitters to use their wrist, accelerate the barrel through the ball with your hands to get the ball to jump! It’s called hand - eye coordination guys, use your hands to hit the ball … join my channel on Ig where I’ll be going into more in depth things as I’m building out my community let’s get them boys working!!! 🙏🏽

When are you starting your load? —Most of the games best hitters start there load & get into a ready position to hit before the ball leaves the pitchers hand. —Starting your load when the pitchers hand breaks is a good cue to go off of. Every single pitcher has to do this to throw the ball. Once there hand breaks every pitchers time to plate is close in timing. Giving you a consistent time to start. —Being on time towards the opposite field gap or through the middle for fastball. Gives you a chance to do damage on both pitches. The FB & Off speed. When you get into your advantage counts & have earned your fastball. 2-0, 3-0, 3-1. You can now then shift your sights over towards the pull side gap. —Hope this helps some people! #PlayerDevelopment

Shedeur Sanders and Cam Ward are currently under fire for having two VERY different throwing styles. Cam appears to have much more power and ZIP when the ball comes off his hands. However, Shedeur appears to have much better control and ball placement. One NFL scout reportedly believes Sanders is the “pure thrower of the football” in this draft class. The Titans and Browns both respectively hold the 1st and 2nd overall picks, which could end up being the spots both these QB’s land.
