Am I not allowed to speak about how I feel I was used and betrayed in that marriage? Am I not allowed to talk about my own pain, my experiences, what I lost, or how I believe I was lured into coming to this country? Why is it that some people believe only one side should have a voice? Some of you are uncomfortable because these issues are now in the public domain. A Delivery That Changed My Day Today, while doing my daily delivery work to earn a living, I came across a heartbreaking road accident along Mombasa Road. An electric motorcycle rider had been hit by a speeding car. I arrived moments after the collision. Although I was too late to prevent it, together with other good Samaritans we helped the injured rider and rushed him to the hospital. The incident stayed with me the whole day. It reminded me how quickly life can change on our roads. To all electric motorcycle riders, please ride with extra caution. Some helmets have built-in earphones, and if you're listening to music or talking through them, you may not hear a horn, a warning, or an approaching vehicle—especially on busy highways. Road safety is everyone's responsibility. Drivers, riders, cyclists, and pedestrians all need to look out for one another. Slow down, stay alert, avoid distractions, and remember that every person on the road is someone's loved one. Let's protect each other. One careful decision can save a life. 🚦🛵❤️

This is what “rich” looks like I wake up everyday feeling like I hit the lotto. Not when I’m up on a trade or when I drive one of my cars, but in quiet moments like this. Just a few years ago, I was facing prison time. Broke. Delivering food on DoorDash to scrape together a few hundred bucks to fund my trading account. We shared a one-bedroom apartment with $500 to our name after bills. The journey from there to here wasn’t overnight. It wasn’t glamorous. It was a grind that broke me down before it built me up…but it made me the man I am today. Yes, I have the cars and watches now that people associate with success. But I can tell you with absolute certainty…they don’t compare to this. Building a life with someone who believed in you when nobody else did and winning the game of life Trading changed my financial situation, but gratitude changed my life. If you’re reading this and still in the grind, just keep pushing. I know it may seem like it will never work, but it will. You have to believe that. You have to be thankful for every little thing because without the bad there is no good. Without the bad you become weak. The most important thing is to remember what you’re working towards and make sure there is real meaning behind it. There’s nothing wrong with cars or a lavish lifestyle… But the only way you’ll have the hunger to get it and sustain it long term… Is by having a higher purpose that you constantly remind yourself of.

VTubing is for everyone! I don't like to bring this up, but recent events in the VTuber community made some people really vile. I had my M&G at HolMat last week and had people come up and just yell at me for being a girl in the "womans world", that is VTubing, no idea about who I was, or why I was there. I had the same group return to my handler multiple times, I felt really worried about the person carrying me around having to deal with this repeatedly and tried to steer them away from the group. It seems they found my YT and left me a handful of the same comments, luckily all caught by moderation tools. While I will refrain from M&G's for a little until this calms down I want to say this; I have been managing for over 1.5 years now, I deliberately take on male VTubers to show them that they can still do it. I take on people that have babiniku accounts, those that are changing from one gender presentation to another and want help, and those that have no gender presentation in their avatar. A lot of male VTubers struggle to find a manager because the stereotype is that all male VTubers are evil and it perpetuates a stereotype that extends beyond entertainment industry subcultures like streaming. VTubing has always been a medium, while character and marketing matters, it's about what makes you happy, YOU are the person that makes the content. Use whatever you want as an avatar, use a voice changer if that's what you want to do. Every month I have a male client bring up they can't do it the same way, that it's easier if jiggle physics or a cute voice is the answer to fast growth. And I tell them yeah, I can also do ASMR, I can do drama content, collab with a larger person, and get to x amount of viewers. There are shortcuts in every entertainment profession and subculture. Does it last? Do quick fixes for anything ever last? Yes, great physics and an expensive model can get people in, but if your value, your way of interacting with people, your content plan and marketing is ass, you can pack up. Most of us start on a small budget, premade or resold models, and it's the same in the big league entertainment industry too. Can I take out a loan and put myself on a billboard tomorrow, can I pay the most expensive model artist and rigger and get in along corporate VTubers tomorrow? Sure. Will it last, will it be genuine, will people trust me? Hell no. Genuine communities and growth build trust. I think streaming, creative industries, entertainment, are full of people, regardless of gender, that will see success and call it "easy", because of what they see as the end product. They don't see most VTubers working a second job, they don't see the managers, they don't see 100+ hours a month going into content production, years invested in singing and voice lessons, model redebut after redebut. I think a lot of male VTubers get a bad rep, because so many boys are raised without putting emphasis on empathy and creativity, watching my brothers be told they should not pursue art, that theatre class is a waste of time, and that they needed to go study x or y to make money for their families in the future was heartbreaking. Nobody should have to look at others and feel so much hatred for society they turn against a whole group of people. If you want to pursue entertainment, please do. If you want to grow and try and make a name for yourself, you should start there, not with yelling about how you already failed. "Oh but I can't", "Oh but the odds are stacked against me", look at the big streamers, look at Ironmouse who overcame everything with hard work, look at Kiara who rose from the ashes, look at everyone that fights against their odds every day and give it your all. If you already think you lost, then you have nothing to lose. Don't give up on your dreams because others tell you to.

They don't see most VTubers working a second job, they don't see the managers, they don't see 100+ hours a month going into content production, years invested in singing and voice lessons, model redebut after redebut. I think a lot of male VTubers get a bad rep, because so many boys are raised without putting emphasis on empathy and creativity, watching my brothers be told they should not pursue art, that theatre class is a waste of time, and that they needed to go study x or y to make money for their families in the future was heartbreaking. Nobody should have to look at others and feel so much hatred for society they turn against a whole group of people. If you want to pursue entertainment, please do. If you want to grow and try and make a name for yourself, you should start there, not with yelling about how you already failed. "Oh but I can't", "Oh but the odds are stacked against me", look at the big streamers, look at Ironmouse who overcame everything with hard work, look at Kiara who rose from the ashes, look at everyone that fights against their odds every day and give it your all. If you already think you lost, then you have nothing to lose. Don't give up on your dreams because others tell you to.

Mogadishu FC had to play Kenya Police FC at Nyayo Stadium for one simple reason: Somalia does not have a certified CAF stadium. What I have seen in the recent video clips is heartbreaking. Our national flag — a symbol of pride and sacrifice — was tossed around and treated like trash by Somali supporters. That is not just an insult to Kenya; it is an insult to the very idea of respect between neighbours. It is barbaric and shameful that such behaviour. Congratulations to Kenya Police FC for the 3–1 win. But beyond the pitch, the National Police Service-Kenya must ensure that those caught desecrating our flag are arrested and made to answer for their actions. To my Somali brothers and sisters, my message is simple: Never take the kindness and patience of Kenyans for granted. For more than three decades, we sheltered you in your darkest hour, even during the rule of President Siyad Barre. Many of you passed through refugee camps in Utange (Mombasa), Dadaab, and Kakuma. Some of you went on to find new lives in the West, and many have since returned to settle in Kenya running away from western lifestyle and real threats of LGBT on your young ones. The return match is coming up this Sunday. I plead with you — behave with dignity. What was caught on that clip was neither sportsmanship nor respect. Those involved should face the full force of the law, and anyone trying to defend such disgraceful conduct shares in the guilt. In today’s digital era, many of these young girls and women engage in online marketing for your establishments, using videos and content that sometimes expose their bodies inappropriately. In some cases, this may be indirectly or even directly encouraged by management to attract big spenders who are drawn by their beauty or desire for them. While this may appear to be a marketing strategy, we must reflect on the long-term impact it has on their dignity and emotional well-being. We must remember that these young girls and women are someone’s daughter, sister, wife, mother or aunt and their families would be deeply hurt to see them exposed in ways that may compromise their dignity. In the future, their children or relatives may come across such content online, leading to unnecessary judgment, criticism, or emotional distress. My message is not to condemn anyone, but to remind us that these young girls and women go through a lot just to earn a living. Let us treat them with respect, protect their dignity, and create safer working environments that do not expose them to unnecessary pressure whether physically or through digital platforms. After 3 incredible years and 1.6M students later, my journey at ALX Africa has come to an end. It has been a life-changing experience, during which I made a lot of friends, worked with an incredibly dedicated team, and met so many talented students. A few numbers. We scaled from a few thousand students to 1.6M students on our platform. Students loved it and many of them took more than one course: 4M total! For the famous #ALX_SE Software engineering program, our SE students made an average of 2,000 commits and our checker reviewed 180M of their projects. That’s 2B lines of code… and that was before Claude Code. They actually wrote these themselves (unless Kimba said otherwise :) A big thank you to all my SE team mates, I am so proud of what we have accomplished, and I will really miss you all. Thank you to Fred for the trust he put in me and always supporting my crazy new and disruptive ideas. Thank you to my students. It was an honor to work with you, watch you struggle but relentlessly move forward, no matter what, until you got this job. To those who are still struggling finding this job, keep pushing forward. Don’t let go. You got this. You all have worked so hard and I am so proud of you. You are the greatest thing I've ever been part of and I can't wait to see what impact you will have on the world. I didn’t expect Blitz to become my favorite feature in Fetra AI… but after seeing it generate multiple viral video concepts in seconds, I kept coming back to it. Instead of giving you just one idea and hoping it works, Blitz generates several different concepts based on video formats that have already proven to perform. It makes finding a strong direction so much easier. Then I tried Viral Remix. I uploaded a trending video and a single product photo, within a minute it recreated the entire concept around my brand. It genuinely felt like the video had been made for my product from the start. I also spent some time testing AI Influencers. It’s like having a UGC creator available whenever you need fresh content without organizing a new shoot every time. I haven’t explored everything yet, but Business DNA—which learns about your brand from your website before creating contentand Social Growth Manager, which helps keep your content workflow organized, both look really promising. My biggest takeaway? What stood out wasn’t just how much time it saved.
