Most of them protest to oppose the rights of the general public. We want the government to take much severe actions to control this violent group who are trying to create a state of anarchy. It would be a great help if @amnesty can find them a different state to live.

The so called less lethal arms can be even worse than the usual arms. Their effects can be awful, even if their are used in the "proper" manner.
Unfortunately you have lost all credibility about any topic. Your obvious anti Jew, anti democracy and anti Israeli makes you unreliable on any topic. Either overhaul your org or close it down. A terrible loss that you lost your way.
