Happy Maid Monday ^.^ Today I want to try something a little different I want to write a little hot kig fiction. I never done it before but her I go! #kigurumi #着ぐるみ Part:1 I shouldn’t have never taken that bet but here I am. Locking myself up for hours 8 as anime doll while my friend/new master eyes me down with hungry eyes. After hearing the the timer count down and beep I felt a strange sensation hit my chest and in between my legs. Part:2 Soon after I began dusting and cleaning his room for a few hours. It was hard work but I was able to get it done. With a sigh of relief I threw myself on the bed and shut my eyes not knowing what’s to come. A few minutes after i felt a cold hand grab my thigh then another grabbing something else. I tried to resist but I was too tried to fight back. And At that moment I didn’t feel like a human but I did feel like a real doll. So I Laid there helplessly as my new owner plays with my body for the rest of the night. Part:3 After a long night of passionate groping, I eventually feel asleep. The morning light crept through the window cause me to wake up . I noticed I was still dress as a cute little doll but to my horror I noticed the lock was still on. I tried shaking and tugging on the lock but it was in vain .He locked me in while I was asleep and this time I don’t know for how long. It Could’ve been for an hour or 24 hours !? Only he knows. But he must’ve heard my whimpers cause soon after he walks into the room with those hungry eyes and gets ready to play with his new doll.

👉 Posting this feels incredibly vulnerable as I tend not to share many personal things online. But I also know that 1 in 2 people will develop cancer at some point in their lifetime and, of those, 1 in 5 will delay for more than three months before contacting a doctor about symptoms. I nearly became one of those people. Like most others with a busy family and work life, I was tempted to wait until I had more time and headspace before seeing a doctor. I was six weeks away from finishing my new book and I didn't know if I had the capacity to deal with both. Since the diagnosis, I am so grateful that I didn’t delay for long. Speed is our secret weapon when it comes to cancer. The sooner we know it’s there, the better our chances of a good outcome. So, for anyone out there who has noticed something and not yet called their doctor, this is your sign to make it happen. I hope this explains my lack of dm replies and videos being posted over the last few months. Its been a rollercoaster. I’m going to share some of my journey on stories for anyone who wants updates. I am incredibly lucky that this has been caught so early. Of course, nothing is certain just yet but a couple of surgeries and I should be out the other side. That is another reason I am stepping outside of my comfort zone to talk about this. Many people go through this and go on to live full, active and healthy lives. So discovering possible symptoms doesn’t have to be a disaster. It can be an opportunity to get ahead in the fight and beat cancer before it has a chance to take over. I absolutely have my head in the game for the treatment plan ahead, ready to get going next week. I also have a giant stack of video ideas just waiting to be made, so I can’t wait to get back up and running ❤️ If you think it could help someone feel free to share this message ❤️

On Independence Day, I had the privilege of reading a *very powerful* historic letter on the main stage of Freedom 250 on the National Mall: Major Sullivan Ballou's civil war letter to his wife, written a week before he was mortally wounded at the First Battle of Bull Run. There are many things that are beautiful about America, perhaps first and foremost is the profound patriotism of the many who fought and died to defend the ideals that this nation represents. I find Ballou's letter profound and deeply moving. He's going to war to save his nation, and, facing his own mortality, struggles between his love for his wife and children and his love of country. I have always described myself as an American exceptionalist Canadian. May the spirit of freedom and liberty of this nation never die. America, Happy 250th birthday! Here's an abridged version of the letter I read, from Ken Burns' Civil War film series: July the 14th, 1861. Washington, D.C. Dear Sarah, The indications are very strong that we shall move in a few days, perhaps tomorrow. Lest I should not be able to write to you again, I feel impelled to write a few lines that may fall under your eye when I am no more. I have no misgivings about, or lack of confidence in, the cause in which I am engaged, and my courage does not halt or falter. I know how American civilization now leans upon the triumph of the government, and how great a debt we owe to those who went before us through the blood and suffering of the Revolution. I am willing, perfectly willing, to lay down all my joys in this life to help maintain this government and to pay that debt. Sarah, my love for you is deathless. It seems to bind me with mighty cables that nothing but Omnipotence can break. And yet, my love of country comes over me like a strong wind, and bears me irresistibly, with all those chains, to the battlefield. The memory of all the blissful moments I have enjoyed with you comes crowding over me, and I feel most deeply grateful to God and to you that I've enjoyed them for so long. How hard it is for me to give them up, and burn to ashes the hopes of future years, when, God willing, we might still have lived and loved together, and seen our boys grown up to honorable manhood around us. If I do not return, my dear Sarah, never forget how much I loved you. Nor that when my last breath escapes me on the battlefield, it will whisper your name. Forgive my many faults and the many pains I have caused you. How thoughtless, how foolish I have sometimes been. But, oh, Sarah! If the dead can come back to this earth, and flit unseen around those they love, I shall always be with you, in the brightest day and the darkest night, always, always. And when the soft breeze fans your cheek, it shall be my breath; or the cool air on your throbbing temple, it shall be my spirit passing by. Sarah, do not mourn me dead. Think I am gone, and wait for me. We shall meet again.

Jensen Huang is investing in every photonics company he can find and the reason why tells you everything about where AI is headed (Save this). Lip-Bu Tan, the CEO of Intel says, when he looks for investment opportunities, he looks for the bottleneck and right now, the bottleneck is the interconnect, the pipes that move data between chips inside an AI data center. That is why he backed Credo Semiconductor, Astera Labs and Celestial AI on the optical side. Here is the simple version of what the interconnect bottleneck actually means. Think of an AI data center like a city, the GPUs are the buildings where all the work happens but for those buildings to function, you need roads connecting them, fast roads that can carry enormous traffic without congestion. And those roads are now the single biggest constraint on AI performance. As clusters scale to hundreds of thousands of GPUs, traditional copper wiring is hitting its physical limits and that is where this entire sector comes in. Credo Semiconductor (CRDO) is the most direct pure play on this theme, Credo makes high speed cables and optical chips that connect GPUs inside data center racks. Their revenue tripled in fiscal 2026 to $1.3 billion, growing 272% year over year at its peak and four of the world's largest hyperscalers each individually account for more than 10% of Credo's revenue. Astera Labs (ALAB) solves the connection problem between different chip types. Astera makes the PCIe and connectivity chips that manage data flow between GPUs, CPUs, and memory without errors or slowdowns. Their revenue grew 93% year over year to $308 million in Q1 2026 alone. The optical companies are where the longer-term and potentially larger opportunity lives. Copper has physical limits, you can only push electrical signals so far before the signal degrades, the heat spikes and power consumption explodes. The solution is light, fiber optic connections that move data using photons instead of electrons which is faster, cooler and far more energy efficient. Jensen Huang made this clear at Computex 2026 because copper works as long as physically possible but at greater distances and larger scale, optics takes over. Coherent (COHR) is the most established optical company in this space. Coherent makes the lasers, transceivers, and optical components at the foundation of all fiber optic communications. Nvidia signed a multibillion-dollar purchase commitment and invested $2 billion directly into the company and their customer order books are already extending out to 2028. Marvell (MRVL) is the most comprehensive bet across the entire connectivity stack. Marvell makes chips for optical networking, PCIe switching and custom AI silicon. Jensen Huang called Marvell the next trillion dollar company at Computex 2026 and backed it with a $2 billion Nvidia investment. Marvell also acquired Celestial AI, the exact company Lip-Bu Tan backed for $3.25 billion, gaining photonic fabric technology delivering 16 terabits per second of bandwidth. Lumentum (LITE), Corning (GLW), and Ciena (CIEN) round out the major public names. Lumentum received a $2 billion Nvidia investment for laser and photonics components. Corning known mostly for phone glass received $500 million from Nvidia for optical connectivity work and is up over 100% year to date. Ciena runs the optical networking systems between data centers and is seeing analyst price targets raised on the back of the AI optics boom. Every time a hyperscaler spends a billion dollars on Nvidia GPUs, the surrounding infrastructure, cables, switches, transceivers, optical components has to be upgraded to match. The smarter the GPU gets, the more the interconnect matters. Nvidia has committed at least $6.5 billion to photonics companies in the past 4 months alone and the companies building the roads between the GPUs may end up being just as valuable as the companies building the GPUs themselves. Follow me Melvin for more AI, semis and the next big market themes.

Last night Dr David Unwin was on mainstream news talking about the benefits of reducing carbs for those living with diabetes. The results he gets are amazing. I know it can be replicated by others because I copy what he does in my own clinical practice using David Oliver, Freshwell resources (which are free btw). As a result, in 2024 forty of my patients achieved remission too. The news report featured an endocrinologist Shivani Misra who, at the 4mins 27s timestamp in the video, said: "If someone does a low carb with higher fat what does that mean for their cholesterol and their cardiovascular disease risk? We don't know the answer to this" I'm here to tell you this is a false statement. The research has been done. Let me show you: In 2020 a meta analysis looking at the effects of low carb on CVD risk found: "For total cholesterol there was no significant change in the data corresponding to low-carbohydrate diets lasting 12–23 months and over 24 months" With regards LDL the meta analysis says: "For plasma LDL, as the forest map shows, that there was no significant difference between the low-carbohydrate diet group and the control group at 6–11 months, 12–23 months, and 24 months" All other factors improved (blood pressure, triglycerides, etc) The meta analysis concluded: "In conclusion, the overall effect of a low-carbohydrate diet on cardiovascular risk factors tended to be favorable at less than 6 months and 6–11 months, but after 2 years of a low-carbohydrate diet, there was no significant effect on cardiovascular risk factors" So short term: CVD risk factors are improved, long term, things don't get worse". This mirrors what I see in clinical practice and with myself having been low carb full time since the start of 2020 - all my CVD risk markers are in the normal range. Study source: The reporter also talks about low carb as a "restrictive diet". What's more restrictive: Giving up bagels, bread, sweets and other junk IN FAVOUR OF protein, vegetables etc Or Giving up solid food entirely for a 850kcal liquid diet for months? Despite the latter being far more restrictive it has been rolled out nationally by the NHS. Nothing wrong with this as it works but so does low carb. Why not give patients a choice? The reporter also says Dr Unwins results are just because of the support he provides. Whilst support matters (a lot), this is blatant misinformation. Plenty of studies show that reducing carbs is disproportionately better for those with diabetes than low fat. Here are some: In 2023 Novo Nordisk published a randomized controlled trial comparing low carb to low fat for diabetes. They found: 🩸 Low carb led to the greatest reduction in hba1c 💉 Only the low carb group reduced medications 📉 Low carb had the greatest reduction in triglycerides + higher HDL (LDL was similar) ⚖️ Low carb group lost more weight + more fat spontaneously despite eating more calories 🩸 Systolic blood pressure was lower for low carb The low carb group non significantly raises their LDL but 0.23mmol. The researchers said: "we consider the beneficial effects of low carb to outweigh the minor increase in LDL (0.23mmol) induced by the diet. This is supported by other studies" So low carb is better and CVD risk markers overall improved. Naturally, the study was hidden behind a Paywall. Link: I can hear the skeptics now: "But Mike, this is one study, it's not enough" Ok here's a meta analysis showing that hba1c is directly proportional to the carbs eaten: This meta analysis concluded:

A cake that is being called the sexiest cake ever must be eaten, right?! So, I took it as my duty to make sure it lives up to the hype. 🤤 The name doesn’t even come close! Blackberry Cake Recipe (The Sexiest Dessert Ever) Ingredients For the Cake: • 2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour • 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder • ½ teaspoon baking soda • ½ teaspoon salt • ½ cup (115g) unsalted butter, softened • 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar • 2 large eggs, at room temperature • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract • 1 cup (240ml) buttermilk, at room temperature • 1 ½ cups (180g) fresh blackberries For the Blackberry Buttercream Frosting: • ½ cup (115g) unsalted butter, softened • 3 cups (360g) powdered sugar, sifted • ¼ cup (60ml) blackberry puree (blend fresh blackberries and strain out the seeds) • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract • Pinch of salt For Decoration (Optional): • Fresh blackberries • Lemon zest • Mint leaves Instructions Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch (23cm) round cake pans or line them with parchment paper. Prepare the Cake Batter: 1. In a medium bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside. 2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. 3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract. 4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the buttermilk, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined. 5. Gently fold in the fresh blackberries until evenly distributed throughout the batter. Bake the Cake: 1. Divide the cake batter evenly between the prepared cake pans. 2. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cakes comes out clean. 3. Remove the cakes from the oven and let them cool in the pans for 10 minutes before transferring them to wire racks to cool completely. Make the Blackberry Buttercream Frosting: 1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter until smooth and creamy. 2. Gradually add the sifted powdered sugar, blackberry puree, vanilla extract, and salt, beating until smooth and creamy. 3. Adjust the consistency by adding more powdered sugar if too thin, or more blackberry puree if too thick. Assemble the Cake: 1. Once the cakes are completely cool, place one cake layer on a serving plate or cake stand. 2. Spread a layer of blackberry buttercream frosting evenly over the top of the first cake layer. 3. Place the second cake layer on top and frost the top and sides of the cake with the remaining blackberry buttercream frosting. 4. Decorate (Optional): Garnish the top of the cake with fresh blackberries, lemon zest, and mint leaves for a beautiful presentation. To those who do not like blackberries, I suggest blueberries ~~but then it’s only the 2nd sexiest cake ever~~ 😉

Many of us are extremely frustrated (as the lady in the video below articulates well) with #MAGA. I get it. I struggle with this too, still. Note: Of my over 100,000 posts since 2015, the information that I'm about to share with you, according to thousands of comments from people just like you, has been life changing. I hope you'll give what I'm suggesting a try . It's effective and it's empowering! ******************************************* Here is my warning (and suggestions): We must confront and reject #MAGA Hatred without becoming peddlers of hate ourselves. The worst thing we can do is behave like them! How's that working for us so far? While reacting to hate with hate is understandable, and absolutely feels justified, it's EXTREMELY COUNTERPRODUCTIVE. It hurts our chances of protecting our Democracy. It justifies their continued hatred, keeping the cycle of hate going, which plays right into the hands of Trump and Republicans. They need us to attack #MAGA to solidify the divisions between us. They need us to succumb to their manipulation of our behavior! Our best chance to change hearts and minds requires us to: 1. Present TRUTH AND FACTS with kind confidence, unfazed by the hatred. This both confronts their bad behavior and models the right behavior for them. We have every reason to be proud and confident because we are on the right side of the issues and on the right side of History! Bonus - A confident smile from us, in the face of their rage, will initially infuriate MAGA more, but will eventually disarm and diffuse tensions. 2. For those #MAGA who simply won't listen (which is most of them unfortunately) . . . Separate and Isolate. Stop giving tacit approval to hatred by allowing their hate to happen in your presence, in your home. Even then, as you separate them from your life, express remorse for the loss and invite them to reach out if they should have a change of heart. I know this means suspending or severing relationships with friends and family. It's hard, but it's absolutely necessary. If we accept them into our lives we are normalizing, even validating their hatred. 3. Do tangible things to influence others. Educate yourself first and then share your knowledge with others. Silence kills democracies. Important Point: Acceptance at any level is approval and validation in the mind of MAGA. Support your own mental health by: 1. Finding like-minded people to support. By supporting them you are supporting yourself. 2. Understanding that we are in this fight for the Long haul and it's not going to go away anytime soon. 3. Work and hope for the best outcome, (Democracy survives), but prepare for the worst,(Authoritarianism is established). Preparation can seem overwhelming, too expensive, too difficult. But in reality, basic preparation (emergency food and water) is relatively inexpensive. ($100 worth of Dry beans, rice, and oatmeal can sustain your family for several weeks). More elaborate preparations, (consolidating households, selling unnecessary assets, alternate power sources, finding ways to reduce debt), can actually benefit your life no matter the political reality we find ourselves in 5 years from now. Here's the reality . . . The far right has tasted victories through Trump, and no matter who/what comes next, they are going to continue to seek and project power. It's important that we improve our responses/resistance process, work to be prepared for whatever comes next, and stay diligent! We can do this, but we need to be smart about it, stay on the same page, and we need to work together! #DemVoices

🔥 $KATA FAM! 🔥 Soon I’ll finally reveal the new AI Ecosystem Platform I’ve been building for $KATA! 😍 Here’s the reason why I’ve been so quiet lately: I’ve been building a new AI Ecosystem Platform for $KATA. This platform comes with truly next-level utility for $KATA holders, including exclusive benefits, new opportunities, additional utility, burns, and a bridge between Web2 and Web3 users. As I'm fully committed to this project and this community, I simply can't stop building. 😅 What excites me most is the potential. If executed the way I envision it, this platform could bring entirely new possibilities to the $KATA ecosystem and expose the token to audiences far beyond the traditional crypto space. Honestly, it’s something I could barely imagine myself when I first started working on it back in 2024. AI was already evolving fast, and that’s when the first ideas came to life. Due to work and other commitments, I had to put it aside for a while. 💪 But for the past few months, I’ve been back at it with relentless focus. And now... it’s finally starting to become real. AI is moving faster than ever, adoption is exploding worldwide, and I genuinely believe we're still in the very early stages of what's coming. Here is the first benefit I'm revealing: ⚔️ Hold $KATA and gain access to the ability to resell platform credits to end users, creating a bridge between the $KATA ecosystem and mainstream Web2 users. This means a seamless connection between Web2 and Web3, while introducing $KATA to an audience far beyond the traditional crypto space. To the best of my knowledge, no AI ecosystem has implemented a model quite like this before. Similar concepts have become massive revenue drivers in Web2, powering entire businesses and ecosystems. Bringing that concept into AI and Web3 opens up possibilities that I'm incredibly excited about. If everything comes together the way I envision it, this could become far bigger than I originally imagined—not just for $KATA, but for everyone who has been supporting and building this ecosystem from the very beginning. That's also one of the reasons I've been so quiet lately. I genuinely want to see $KATA grow and succeed, and I've been putting everything I have into making that happen. Most days I'm working until 5 or 6 a.m., and sometimes barely sleeping because I want to push this as far as I possibly can. 🫡 No worries though—the game remains 100% the priority. We'll continue improving and polishing everything that needs attention. As many of you know, I'm not personally the UE5 game developer, which allows me to focus heavily on expanding the ecosystem while development continues. I think within the next 1–2 weeks we'll have a much clearer picture of the progress and fixes. 🙂 👀⚔️ Let's make $KATA huge again fam! I'll reveal another holder benefit every day until the final reveal. 🤭 And yes... the video was made using AI one of the reasons for the Plattform! Stay tuned, FAM!

VEO 2 by Google DeepMind : MY CHEAT SHEET Alright, so after 500h-ish spent on VEO and giving birth to both "Kitsune" and "Banished", tons of people asked for a making-of. Instead, I decided to give you what I actually know of VEO 2 to this day. Please share! it's made to be spread around! 1/ If you're not using a LLM (Gemini, ChatGPT, whatever), you're doing it wrong. VEO 2 currently has a sweet spot when it comes to prompt length: too short is poor, too long drops information, action, description etc. I did a lot of back and forth to find my sweet spot, but once I got in a place I thought felt right, I used a LLM to help me keep my structure, length, and help me draft actions. I would then spent an extensive amount of time tweaking, iterating, removing words, changing order, adding others, but the draft would come from a LLM and a conversation I built and trained to understand what my structure looked like, what was a success, or a failure. I would also share the prompts working well for further reference, and sharing the failures also for further reference. This would ensure my LLM conversation became a true companion. 2/ Structure, structure, structure Structure is important. Each recipe is different but same as any GenAI text-to something, it looks like the "higher on the prompt has more weight" rule applies. So, in my case I would start by describing the aesthetics I am looking for, time of day, colors, mood, then move to camera, subject, action, and all the rest. Once again, you might have a different experience but what is important is to stick to whatever structure you have as you move forward. Keeping it organized also makes it easier to edit later. 3/ Only describe what you see in the frame If you have a character you want to keep consistent, but you want a close-up on the face for example, your reflex will be to describe the character from head to toe and then mention you want a close-up...It's not that simple. If I tell VEO I want a face close-up but then proceed to describe the character's feet, the close-up mention will be dropped by VEO... Once again, the LLM can help you in this by giving it the instruction to only describe what is in the frame. 4/ Patience Well, it can get costly to be patient, but even if you repeat the same structure, sometimes changing one word can still throw the entire thing out and totally change the aesthetics of your scene. It is by nature extremely consistent if you conserve most words, but sometimes it happens. In those situations, trace your steps back and try to figure out which words are triggering a larger change. 5/ Documenting When I started "Kitsune" (and did the same for all others), the first thing I did was start a Figjam file so I could save the successful prompts and come back to them for future reference. Why Figjam? So I could also upload 1 to 4 generations from this prompt, and browse through them in the future. 6/ VEO is the Midjourney of video Currently, no text-to-video tool (Minimax being the closest behind) gave me a feeling I could provide strong art directions and actually get them. I have been a designer for nearly 20 years, and art direction to me has been one of the strongest foundations of most of my work. Dark, light, happy, sad, colorful or not, it doesn't matter as long as you have a point of view and please...have a point of view. Recently watched a great video about the slow death of art direction in film (link in comments) and oh boy, did VEO 2 deliver on giving me the feeling I was listened. Try starting your prompts with different kinds of medium (watercolor for example), the mood you are trying to achieve, the kind of lighting you want, the dust in the rays of light, etc... which gets me to the next one 7/ You can direct your colors in VEO It's as simple as mentioning the hues you want to have in the final result, in which quantity, and where. When I direct shots, I am constantly describing colors for two reasons: 1. Well, having a point of view and 2. reaching better consistency through text-to-video. If I have a strong and consistent mood but my character is slightly different because of text-to-video, the impact won't be dramatic because a strong art direction helps a lot with consistency. 8/ Describe your life away Some people asked me how I achieved a good consistency between shots knowing it's only text-to-video and the answer is simple: I describe my characters, their unique traits, their clothing, their haircut, etc..anything which could help someone visually impaired have a very precise mental representation of the subject. 9/ But don't describe too much either... It would be magical if you could stuff 3000 words in the window and have exactly what you asked for, right? Well, it turns out VEO is amazing with its prompt adherence, but there is always a moment where it starts dropping animations or visual elements when your prompt stretches for a tad too long. This actually happens way before the character limit allowed by VEO is reached, so don't overdo it, it's no use and will play against the results. For info, 200-250 words seems like a sweet spot! 10/ Natural movements but... VEO is great with natural movements and this is also one of the reasons why I used it so extensively: people walking don't walk in slow-motion. That being said, don't try to be too ambitious on some of the expected movements: multiple camera movements won't work, full 360 revolutions around a subject won't work, anime-style crazy camera movements won't work, etc... what it can do is already great, but there are still some limitations...

Highguard impressions after 12+ hours on PS5 Pro. I've read the PC version is unoptimised, so exp there may differ. Included video of a 17 kill match with randoms where I was also explaining mechanics to a new player. + LOVE the integration of mounts. Morphing onto them and rushing through maps is thrilling, fast and fun; can feel like a medieval soldier charging into battle. + Mounted chases and combat is cool. + Weapons feel punchy and general controls are great. Once you get to grips with it, can be so fast and mobile, inc jumping with mounts straight onto zip lines etc. + As I don't have the attention span of a gnat, I enjoy the exploration and looting downtime between rounds/high intensity action heavy moments. Offers a calm before the storm vibe and allows you to enjoy the scale, environments, mounts and art. + Enjoy the fusion of looting, catching/chasing shield breakers and Counter Strike style bomb detonation or defusing. Things get crazier and crazier over a match, and the environment destruction adds strategy and approach variation, allowing you to mould choke points etc. + Solid skill ceiling with a lot of strategy in team play, abilities, map control etc. Those with higher play IQ and the ability to master multiple mechanics simultaneously, will be highly rewarded. + Most of the characters are well balanced, with differing abilities and strategy purpose. + Weapons are generally well balanced. Don't mind not having my weapons of choice. + Cool art direction and sense of scale. At times a bit like a more fantastical AAA Breath of the Wild. + Maps are well designed with great vistas, draw distances, huge towering structures, good choke points and lots of approach points. Also diverse in biome styles; lava, overgrown, desert, snow etc. + Sound design is strong. Foot and mount steps being exaggerated also brings tension and spacial caution. + Skins of weapons, characters etc are varied and high quality. Even free ones. Many aren't just different coloured variants but totally different outfits and weapon models. + With two good teams, the constant back and forth can make for some thrillingly tight, clutch or saved in the last second type moments. + Nice design details; keeping loot on death, each round loot rarity increasing, shield bearer being a beacon, being able to teleport back to base, mount health etc. + Progression so far seems fair, and cosmetics not too excessively priced. + Performance on Pro has been solid, and I've not had a single bug, glitch, matchmaking error etc. - Shielding up your base needs work. Often times not effective enough. - Image quality is pretty poor, especially in motion. - Most randoms don't have a clue what they're doing and many don't have mics, can make things much harder and less exciting, esp when team play is so effective. - Wish the free Battle Pass had more content, or there were more free unlocks. - On some maps loot is too spread out. - When enemy has shield breaker and you die, can sometimes take too long to get back into the thick of it. - Weapons are a bit uninspired. Basically just typical archetypes like revolver, AR, shotgun etc. - Would have liked more weapons and characters, but for launch it's decent. ___ Overall, so far I'm really enjoying it and have actually been quite hooked. I'm not a clairvoyant so can't tell if it'll hold my attention long term (that'll partly depend on post launch support), but initial impressions have been solid. I was highly critical of games like Concord, Redfall etc, but Highguard isn't that, it's far higher quality. Highguard ultimately has aspects from multiple different games I love, so while individually they're not so innovative or unique, having them all combined together with the mount riding, great gunplay, scale etc, to me is fun, engaging and pretty fresh. Still, this is a more methodically paced and playing FPS; those wanting constant shoot shoot bang bang, look elsewhere. #Highguard #PS5 #PS5Pro

The crew of 'Mr. Majestyk' (1973) nearly left on the first day of filming because of Charles Bronson. Richard Fleisher begged & convinced them to stay. Throughout the filming, Bronson was given the silent treatment by the crew. Richard Fleischer explaining the whole situation in detail: "The only way to describe Charles Bronson is "Mr. Charm." The United Nations could use his suave diplomacy. He demonstrated this considerable talent for making friends and influencing people on the first day of shooting on 'Mr. Majestyk' (1973) The entire company was parked along one side of a lonely back road several miles outside of La Junta, Colorado, early one September morning. The strung-out trucks, buses, and cars covered about a quarter of a mile. This was the spot where we were supposed to make the first shot of the movie, but we were stymied. The transporter carrying the cars that worked in the shot hadn't arrived. Without those cars there was nothing we could do. Either the transporter had broken down or there was a dreadful foul-up in the transportation department. Whatever it was, there was nothing to do but wait and pace. Bronson started complaining to me about the inefficiency of the whole company, even though we had yet to find out what had happened. After about an hour everyone was out on the road, chatting, playing cards, lounging. I found myself at one end of the line of parked vehicles with my first assistant, Buck Hall. Charlie Bronson was at the other end. The entire cast and crew stood between us Suddenly Charlie called out, "Hey, Dick!" I turned and shouted back, "Yeah, Charlie?" "You know what this company needs?" "No, I don't. What does it need?" "It needs a European first assistant and a European crew!" he shouted back. The entire company froze. This was an insult beyond compare or repair. The redneck coefficient of American movie crews is notorious. Compared to them the Ku Klux Klan and the Skinheads are the radical left. To be contemptuously compared to Europeans was a stunning slap in the face. Luckily, the transporter with the cars showed up at that moment and we went to work. As soon as we got back to the motel that evening, Buck Hall came to my room. Buck had been my assistant on many pictures over the years, and we were close and devoted friends. There were tears in his eyes. "The crew is leaving the picture tonight. They're going back to the studio and I'm going with them." Thank you, Charlie Bronson. We talked for a long time. I pleaded with him and begged him not to go. Out of loyalty and friendship he finally agreed to stay and to try to keep the crew from leaving. Buck came through for me. He and the crew remained on the picture, but they did something I'd never seen before, nor have I seen it since. They gave Bronson the silent treatment. Unless it was absolutely necessary, like calling him to the set, no one ever spoke to him again for the entire picture. Not a word. Not a "good morning" or a "good night." Charlie must have been aware of what was happening, but he never mentioned it to me. The only reference he ever made that something peculiar was going on was one day when he said, "I just don't understand it. Nobody calls me 'Charlie' on this picture. They only call me 'Mr. Bronson.'" ('Just Tell me When to cry', Richard Fleischer, 1993)

Tesla just invested $2 BILLION into xAI. Shareholders voted AGAINST this exact move in November. But Elon did it anyway. And here's why this might be the most genius corporate power play of 2026... The shareholder vote wasn't even close to ambiguous. 1.06 billion shares voted YES. 916 million voted NO. Sounds like approval right? Wrong. Under Tesla's bylaws, abstentions count as NO votes. The measure failed. Elon's response on the earnings call: "We're just doing what shareholders asked us to do, pretty much." Translation: I heard you. I disagree. So we're doing it anyway. Now here's why this actually MAKES SENSE... On January 16th, Tesla quietly acquired Series E Preferred Stock in xAI as part of their $20 billion funding round. The same xAI that powers Grok. The same Grok already installed in Tesla vehicles. The same Tesla that supplies Megapack batteries to power xAI's data centers. See the pattern? Most CEOs build one company and pray the board doesn't fire them. Elon builds an empire where every company feeds the others. Tesla needs AI for Full Self-Driving and Optimus robots. Instead of burning 5 years and $10 billion on internal R&D, they buy into xAI and get frontier AI research on tap. xAI needs massive compute power. Instead of begging Amazon or Microsoft for data center capacity, they run on Tesla Megapacks. xAI told investors they're building AI specifically for humanoid robots. Guess who's manufacturing humanoid robots at scale? Tesla's Optimus line. Every dollar Elon spends comes back to Elon. This is what critics miss when they scream "conflict of interest." It's not a conflict. It's a closed-loop economic engine. And the timing is absolutely ruthless. The same earnings call where Tesla announced the xAI investment, they also announced they're KILLING the Model S and Model X. Two of the most iconic electric vehicles ever made. Gone. Why? To convert the Fremont factory line into Optimus robot production. 1 million humanoid robots per year. From the same floor that used to make luxury cars. Tesla's metamorphosing from a car company into a robotics and AI empire. And the $2 billion xAI investment is the software layer for the entire physical AI strategy. Now here's the part that should make every founder pay attention... Tesla disclosed the investment was made "on market terms consistent with those previously agreed to by other investors." Same terms as Fidelity. Same terms as Qatar Investment Authority. Same terms as Nvidia. No sweetheart deal. No insider pricing. Just strategic positioning at market rates. SpaceX already put $2 billion into xAI's earlier round. Now Tesla's in for another $2 billion. The Musk empire is consolidating around AI as the gravitational center. Tesla vehicles collect real-world driving data. xAI trains models on it. Grok gets smarter. Tesla's FSD improves. More Teslas sell. More data flows back. Flywheel economics at planetary scale. Meanwhile most companies are still running "AI task forces" and scheduling committee meetings about prompt engineering or whatever. The gap between founders building AI ecosystems and executives "implementing AI strategies" is becoming a canyon. One group is buying equity in the infrastructure of the future... The other is paying monthly subscriptions to rent access to it. Elon just mass-produced another unfair advantage. Shareholders said no. He said fuck it. And in 5 years when Tesla's market cap is driven more by robots than cars, everyone will pretend they saw it coming.

Got a lot of DMs asking me about the current state of Azuki - from AzukiPh members, active CT guys, even other Order members First, my temporary PFP change to a Hypurr doesn’t mean anything except that I am also active/ bullish on Hyperliquid. NFTs are a minority of my book, but I tweet about Azuki a lot because, the art and vibe is just damn cool Second, haven’t talked to team post Token as am pretty busy / on vacation. Will sync up when back, but my high level thoughts: 1) As a new web3 project that saw rapid growth early on, it was right for Azuki to run many experiments, throw multiple lines in the water, and gather data on what might stick, and what might not. Or where the team’s execution capability is, and where it is not. 2) However, almost 4 years in, the strategy has to be clear, and lines that have stayed in the water for too long have to be pulled back. You have to take the learnings from running years of experiments, and take your best shot at the 1-3 things that show the most promise for PMF, even if it means killing a few babies and causing mass butthurt. Take the short term medicine to survive so you can fight for the one or two worthy “North Stars” you dedicate the totality of your resources to. Less a “pivot” than it is justshredding any management and resource distractions once the North Stars are clear. 3) It takes balls for Zagabond location tba to make the call to initiate a drastic restructuring, so I respect them for this. At some point it had to be done. As to whether AzukiTCG and Animecoin dot com are worthy North Stars, I haven’t seen any internal metrics on why they decided these two were “it”, so time will tell. I do agree that the IP has to be taken beyond web3 in order for scalable monetization. There is a distinction between the current community, and the ultimate consumer, they may very well be two different groups with minimal overlap. But both important. 4) Execution has been mixed (great physical events, awesome physicals in TTJ, H. Moser & Cie , etc, paired with blunders like the Elementals mint, and ambiguous comms). Regardless, execution needs to be faster at this point years in, and hopefully this restructuring allows that. 5) Comms around this “restructuring” was lacking, but better last few days with the State of the Garden from Huntclubhero.eth and Z’s discord activity. I only found out about this because people were DMing me asking if Azuki was insolvent or out of runway. Wasn’t a nice way to find out about something like this late after lack of intentional comms, and also not ideal that the juicier explanations came only after the announcement. Leadership should have erred on the side of over communication and more thoughtful delivery, given the number of front facing team departures. 6) If they said, we’re going hyperfocused on 1-3 high-lever, high- conviction initiatives and therefore making the painful but necessary decision to significantly streamline the org, then start removing people, this shows that the leadership is acting with direction and intention. If they enact something this shocking without comprehensive comms and it causes FUD, then explain in more detail after, it comes off as just, excuses or desperation 7) In the long term, revenue + cash flow will always be king, so seeing some urgency to manage this is good. But in the short term, when building a venture business in public - the price is the product, and Azuki under mint price / potentially continuing to go down damages the chances of the long-term vision if serious new “consumers” see disgruntled members of the original “community”. With expectations this low now though, it is the time take bold asymmetrical risks imo, but paired with intentional over-communication I still hold hundreds of Azuki/$ANIME assets in my CS wallets, plus more in undoxxed wallets and exchanges (tho not sure if still worth 7 figs at these prices 😅) and will continue to hold / DCA probably. Happy FVF, Azuki fam.
