Great turnout in Paris today in support of the courageous Iranian people who are being slaughtered by the murderous Islamic regime. I will always stand with the people of Iran.

Why does the world ignore the rights of the Kurdish people? Why are policies imposed on the Kurdish people, while their most basic rights are overlooked? How long will the Kurdish people be denied a simple right — to see their leaders standing in international forums with the flag of Kurdistan behind them? Why are Kurdish leaders forced to stand before flags that do not represent them or the aspirations of their people? Why is the Kurdish people expected to respect the flag of a government that seeks their destruction? Is it not the right of a nation of 60 to 70 million people to have its flag and identity recognized?

My heart and spirit are with you today and always. Happy Newroz! 🔥 Newroz Pîroz Be! Happy Newroz to the Kurdish people everywhere! From the heart of Israel, I send a warm and heartfelt greeting to our brothers and sisters celebrating in Bonn and across Europe. The powerful scenes of unity, flags, dances, and the flame of freedom fill us with pride and great hope. The Kurdish people are a people of strength, identity, and belief in the justice of their cause. Even from afar, our hearts are with you. I will continue to act tirelessly to strengthen the ties between Israel and the Kurdish people, and for a future of freedom, recognition, and prosperity. Wishing you a holiday of light, freedom, and renewal! 🔥 Yehuda Ben Yosef President of the Kurdish Community in Israel #Newroz #Newroz2026 #Kurdistan #KurdishPeople #KurdishDiaspora #Bonn #Germany #Freedom #Unity #Hope #StandWithKurds #IsraelKurdistan #YehudaBenYosef
