This is such a gorgeous throw with anticipation from Jaxson Dart. Layers it over defenders to drop it perfectly in the bucket while standing under pressure and taking a big hit.

Soft ass behavior by Creed Humphrey to run up on Pitre like this for a clean hit. Kelce & Mahomes were whining to Pitre after too. Don’t like it? Don’t throw him the ball there then. It’s fucking football.

Sweet 2-throw sequence from Brock Purdy including a no-looker 👀 at today's 49ers practice: 🏈 Absolutely perfect deep toss to De'Zhaun Stribling on a corner. The rookie caught the ball with Jack Jones and Marques Sigle very close, but Purdy couldn't have run up and handed the ball to him in a better spot. Hit Stribling's hands like a pillow, making no noise (I was standing very close, only a few yards away). Smooth 🏈 Purdy then made a no-look pass, a 3/4 release completion to KhaDarel Hodge down the seam while looking toward Stribling in a different direction

This is disgraceful from Rosas. Weak trash to a defenceless player off the ball.

In the outfield if you open up to one side of a hard hit ball & the ball is on the opposite side just rotate your head to the ball verses trying to turn your entire body back to the ball. Taking your eyes off the ball briefly & having body control is more efficient than watching the ball all the way & not be in control of your movements.

THOUGHTS ON 3 BALL STEALS 1) As a base runner treat the 3 ball steal as a hit & run. You CANNOT get picked. 2) If it’s not a ball or if it is not hit, good chance you will be thrown out. 3) Roll your head to pick up contact to avoid being deked by the middle infielders(Somewhere between 1st & 3rd step) 4) Careful not to come off the base on your slide. Even on ball 4 if you over slide you are out. 5) Give the hitter steal verses giving him hit & run. On 3 ball hit & runs, hitters occasionally lose the count & swing at ball four. 6) This is basically a run & hit w/o a + jump at 1B. Our hope is the hitter gets a good pitch to hit & is able to drive the ball in the gap or walk if it is a ball.
