I had a stream that got 120,000 views that just got removed from YouTube because it violated community guidelines about gambling. At the 1:26 timestamp, I apparently promoted an online gambling site. I have video evidence of this being false. The time that I allegedly violated rules about gambling is literally a countdown clock with no audio to let people know when the game starts. The appeal was denied within 20 minutes. Now, my channel and my livelihood is in danger of being terminated because YouTube flagged it for violating the "regulated goods policy" where I apparently promoted a site while having a blank static screen with a countdown clock. I have yet to hear a response from TeamYouTube about this, and have yet to speak to a human throughout this entire process. I graduated from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law in December 2022. I will pursue any and all legal action. Restore the video, remove the sanctions against my channel, and give me the money that I rightfully earned on stream, or I have no problem going to court.

Thank you to everyone who donated towards my legal fees. We met the goal in about 6 hours, which was unbelievable! Thank you as well to anyone who helped push the video further. One thing I haven't mentioned, a police report was filed days after my attack, while I was still in France. So the first thing we'll be doing is compiling the evidence the police have (or don't have) with my lawyer in the coming weeks. The truth will come out, and justice will be served.

Swansea Council and South Wales Police have now reached their conclusions regarding the incident involving my special needs stepdaughter. According to their findings, the way my daughter was handled was considered acceptable and did not warrant further action. I have attached the response from the investigating officers, and I encourage everyone to read it for themselves. I also want to address some of the comments from people saying what they would have done if this had happened to their child. The truth is that when I witnessed my daughter being dragged, I was absolutely furious. As a parent, seeing your vulnerable child handled in a way that you believe is wrong creates emotions that are difficult to put into words. However, I made the decision to remove my daughter from the situation and exercise restraint. I have learned that, regardless of how strongly I feel, I must be careful and measured in how I respond. That is why I reported the matter through the proper channels and allowed the authorities to investigate. What frustrates me is not simply the outcome, but what I see as a failure to properly recognise the impact this incident has had on my daughter. Since that day, she has been distressed, upset, and emotionally affected by what happened. For transparency, I am sharing the video of the incident, the response from the investigating officer, and a separate interaction I had with a South Wales Police officer. I am not asking anyone to take my word for it. Watch the footage, read the response, and make up your own mind. Many people will disagree with me. Some will say the authorities got it right. Others will say they got it wrong. That is for the public to decide. My concern has always been the same, the welfare and protection of vulnerable children. Another raid last night. This time in Islamabad, where my wife and children live; complete with AK47s, masked men, and climbing over gates. Remember. I am not an absconder. I have submitted to the law. Remember, I have bail in all the known cases against me, including May 9, where the bail is confirmed, and it is on record that no evidence was presented. Meanwhile, at least two ex colleagues who have not applied for bail, were leading a jalsa for PTIP yesterday in Peshawar. All this does, is prove who is right and who is wrong. This can't be about 9th May, because we submitted to the court and now have bail. For me this isn't about Imran Khan, as much as I respect him, it is about trying, humbly, to stand up for what's right, and the sort of politics we should have. This country shouldn't be run like this. The police shouldn't be treated as a joke. The judicial system shouldn't be disregarded. Politicians shouldn't be for sale. Maybe someone should tell me, how to explain to my children how the law works in Pakistan? Or why I left my career to serve my country, because I believe in it? Or why these cameras should be security against thieves, not the police? I hope the judiciary see this, and make up their minds about how they want the government and state to apply the law; and I hope the media see this and decide at what point they decide to call a spade a spade. We will continue to try our best, and have faith in Allah.

Hello everyone, I am following up on my live stream of May 10, 2026, in which I announced my wish to take legal action against Justin Trudeau, François Legault and Christian Dubé. Over the last few days, I have taken the time to evaluate the pros and cons, and to consider the additional risks this would pose to my own life and my new career in the United States. I have taken the time to reflect and analyse which legal provisions and conditions will be useful to me in order to pursue these legal proceedings whilst protecting my life, that is to say, whilst seeking asylum in the United States. Technically, I could choose comfort—by the way I have nothing against being comfortable—I could choose the easy way out, but that goes against my conscience. But my sacrifices have gone on long enough. With your support, it is possible to be at the forefront of the fight whilst remaining comfortable and enjoying a pleasant life. So, I have made my decision: I have decided to initiate legal proceedings against Justin Trudeau personally, François Legault personally and Christian Dubé personally. As mentioned in my previous live stream, since this is a personal legal action, I do not need a lawyer, a member of the Quebec Bar; my experience as a lawyer between 1999 and 2022, and my high level of expertise in civil liability, in pursuing compensation claims on behalf of victims, is more than sufficient. My court case will be neither monitored nor inspected by the Quebec Bar; they will be unable to interfere with me or with this historic court case. To this end, I must serve the legal proceedings on the three liars. For the record: Gachagua is a confused loose-tongued old man, reeling from the impeachment and the recent by-elections. The land matter he is refering to is in court, which limits my comments. I bought the said land in 2020 way before I became the Governor of Mandera from a senior leader from Murima, a decent person not a crook like him. The former owner lived in the plot for over four decades. How the land became a public land after the title was transferred can only be explained by the confused Gachagua. I handed over the land to a developer on JV basis in 2021. Gachagua should have joined the case if he has any evidence. I have also instructed my lawyer to institute legal action against this rogue and bitter man.

In 2021, I was denied entry to a Fazer Café in Helsinki simply because I did not have a Covid Pass. I challenged this in court — but all Finnish courts failed to uphold justice. Now the case is at the Strasbourg Court. Expert statements submitted: Doctor of Law Matti Muukkonen (constitutionality of the Covid Pass and equality before the law) Dr Aseem Malhotra (vaccine safety and efficacy) Dr Clare Craig (scientific basis of Covid Pass policies) Dr Astrid Stuckelberger (validity of PCR testing) There is also a heavy financial burden. Enforcement authority in Finland is now pursuing about 130,000€ in legal costs awarded to the Finnish government and Fazer Restaurants. The blunt, naked truth: I do not have that money. 🧵THREAD 1/6 24 JUNE 2026 — UNLESS MEANINGFUL HELP COMES BEFORE THEN, I WILL LIKELY APPLY FOR DEBT ADJUSTMENT — FINLAND'S CLOSEST EQUIVALENT TO PERSONAL BANKRUPTCY. NO COVID PASS. NO BREAKFAST. THE FIGHT FOR OUR FREEDOMS. I was refused service at a Fazer café in Helsinki because I did not possess a COVID Pass. What happened was contrary to my core values and beliefs, and I felt I was being treated differently from others without sufficient justification. Because I believed fundamental rights were at stake for all of us, I sued the Finnish Government and Fazer to help prevent this from happening again. My case, Vauhkala v. Finland, is now before the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR). The case concerns whether governments and businesses can exclude people from everyday life because they choose not to take a vaccine or a test. The outcome could have implications for fundamental rights across 46 Council of Europe countries and nearly 700 million people. I am under €131,000 in enforcement following legal costs awarded to the Finnish Government and Fazer Restaurants by the Finnish courts. Avoiding a negative credit record would require me to pay approximately €6,000 net per month from my own income for the next two years. The reality is that I do not have that level of income, and I have no way of knowing when the ECHR will reach a decision. THE FIGHT FOR OUR FREEDOMS. I was refused service at a Fazer café in Helsinki because I did not possess a COVID Pass. What happened was contrary to my core values and beliefs, and I felt I was being treated differently from others without sufficient justification. Because I believed fundamental rights were at stake for all of us, I sued the Finnish Government and Fazer to help prevent this from happening again. My case, Vauhkala v. Finland, is now before the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR). The case concerns whether governments and businesses can exclude people from everyday life because they choose not to take a vaccine or a test. The outcome could have implications for fundamental rights across 46 Council of Europe countries and nearly 700 million people. I am under €131,000 in enforcement following legal costs awarded to the Finnish Government and Fazer Restaurants by the Finnish courts. Avoiding a negative credit record would require me to pay approximately €6,000 net per month from my own income for the next two years. The reality is that I do not have that level of income, and I have no way of knowing when the ECHR will reach a decision. Sammy Woodhouse took advantage of speaking at the Unite the Nation rally to tell an audience of tens of thousands that I am suing her. I don't think name dropping me in between Keir Starmer and a member of the rape gangs was accidental. Nor do I believe that this event was an appropriate place for this. Her statement produced a wave of abusive posts directed at me, including explicitly racist attacks targeting my ethnic background and religion. There were also vile allegations of paedophilia. The racist abuse from strangers is of no consequence to me. What is, however, is the response from people who know my work and what was done to me for speaking out, that still chose to publicly question my integrity before I had issued a single word in response. This did more damage than the racists. As far as I am aware, I am not suing Sammy Woodhouse. I have never written to her never mind issued any legal document against her. If I were seeking financial damages from her, as would be the case for suing someone, a formal claim would have been served directly to her. Neither I, nor my lawyers, have issued any such claim. The truth is there are other things going on here. I have tried my best not to get drawn into a public disagreement. Nowhere will anyone find a single post from me in any way attacking Ms Woodhouse.
