Heard of this, and have seen a ford F-150 truck so modified that it burned hydrogen, and the exhaust was pure oxygen. He had the water tank set up where a behind-the-cab-toolbox would sit. Saw videos of this version around 2018. No doubt this is a sound theory and workable.
