When your art is so fine that you have to show people a video of you drawing it otherwise they wouldn't believe you drew it 🥰💪

I always recorded, saved a bunch of process photos/short videos for social media, but now its quite scary now to forget to prepare a proof You can paint lol

For the poses in most cases i make my own pose photos for the rest You can find good photo packs on the artstation (paid) and unsplash (free).
