$IREN "we haven't disclosed the specific amount of GPUs" 1. 🤮 reminds me of $NBIS 2. Setting a terrible precedent here for future deals 3. Making it purposely difficult, to not let analysts properly value your 2027 revenue 4. Increasing the polarized view on IREN by the market However: "approximately 60MW of air-cooled Blackwells" 1. You typically don't talk about gross capacity in a deployment like this 2. If it would be gross capacity, the GPU hour rate at IT level would be crazy high (at PUE 1.2, $680m / 50 = 13.6m/MW) 3. At 60MW IT load, and ~14kW draw at DGX server level, we can get to ~4,286 DGX systems with 8 GPUs per. 4. Based on this we can conclude that 60MW of IT load can run approximately 34k DGX B300. 5. 34k DGX B300 at $680m/yr, would represent a GPU hour price of $2.28 Now this is the problem with not disclosing your GPU quantity. You purposely make your business model look bad, because by approach, you get to a GPU hour price that would imply a payback period of 4 years, where only the last year of the contract is 100% margin. But of course, we can also take "the glass is half full" approach. IREN has ordered 50K B300s from Dell. They have 2 purchase orders for this, 1 between Dell Canada and IE CA Leasing Ltd for 4 phases, and 1 between Dell USA and IE US Hardware 1 Inc (amended from IE US Hardware 4 Inc on April 27, 2026). The order for Canada is divided in 4 phases, and are going to Mackenzie for 80MW of gross capacity, which happens to be 4 buildings of 20MW. The order for Childress is divided in 2 phases, and are going to DC35 and DC36, (as depicted in the earnings presentation) and those are 50MW gross. The purchase price of the order for Childress was $1.2B, and for Canada it was $2.3B If we go with 50,000 B300s for a total of $3.5B then $1.2 would represent 34.285% of the 50,000 GPUs, or 17,140 B300s rounded down. For this calculation I will consider that $IREN will deploy 17,140 GPUs in 50MW gross capacity in DC35 and DC36 of block 3 in Childress.. That would imply at 1.2 PUE, IREN can run 17,140 B300s in 41.67MW IT load. Now by that ratio, they can run 24,680 GPUs in 60MW IT load — a massive difference with 34k units through the Nvidia DGX reference calculation. If common sense is applied, you can still get to 2 completely different outcomes, that show a difference of more than 9k GPUs. The GPU hour rate at 24.68k GPUs would be $3.145 per B300, as MASSIVE difference from the earlier calculated $2.28. Sure, the DGX system may be a factor here. And I'm sure that the reality is somewhere in the middle. But I personally hate this as an investor, to be unable to calculate profitability on unit economic basis. After all, contracts are signed on a $/GPU hour basis. Why hide this from your investors? Not being able to calculate payback periods, unable to calculate ROIC. And most importantly, we cannot properly assess the $NVDA deal on a contract basis. I really hope the payback period of this contract is not 4 years. I want the glass to be half full, but by starting to censor the purchases, IREN is taking a step in the wrong direction. Not a fan of this.

Many $IREN investors are waiting for an announcement from the company, to remove any doubts around Sweetwater 2 being included in batch zero baseload. At OnlyFrans, we prefer to follow the development facts, and as you can see in the time-lapse from the past 3 weeks, the progress is undeniable. Matching the rendering, the top-view from the satellite shows that the bulk substation earthworks are showing the typical IREN proportions. Roughly 2/3 of the footprint for the 345kV network, and the 1/3 smaller footprint above for the 138kV network. Further to the left, near the top of the image, we can see that the first signs for the two 300MW Primary substations are taking shape. I expect civil works to start in Q4, and after the stormwater works at Sweetwater 1 are done, I expect the main focus of the work to be stormwater management, in parallel with building out the bulk, and primary substations. Needless to say, Sweetwater 2 is batch zero baseload. Sweetwater 2 is an early example of the market moving before the rulebook did. In March 2025, IREN committed roughly $31m to secure 600MW with AEP — ~$51.7k/MW. Nearly a year later, Texas settled on a $50k/MW financial-security benchmark (under CIAC) for large loads entering Batch Zero. This means $IREN and AEP (the interconnecting TDSP for SW2) were already operating with the kind of financial commitment Texas would later require to separate real projects from speculative load requests. In other words: IREN was positioning its projects as real/financially committed rather than speculative well before Batch Zero forced everyone to do it. Think about it, if anyone would be compliant to the batch zero baseload requirements, wouldn't it be the company that had completed CIAC (Contribution in Aid of Construction) a year before it became mandatory for everyone else? I see a site progressing as if it's approved, and a connection progress that was completed before it became common knowledge. And somehow there are people that doubt that IREN will add 600MW of power next year? Now if you are interested to find out what else there is in batch zero baseload from IREN, you know where to go. Long $IREN

This is GIFT City. But this post is about Gurugram. Wide roads. Underground utility tunnels. District cooling. Automated waste collection. Green-certified buildings. More than 1,200 registered entities and $111 billion in banking assets. It is not Shanghai, Shenzhen or Dubai yet. But the direction is visible. Gujarat imagined a city that could compete with global financial centres. Then it started building the infrastructure required for that ambition. Now come to Gurugram. The city credited with contributing around 65% of Haryana’s revenue. Around 25% of the state’s GST collection comes from Gurugram. Last year, it contributed ₹3,875 crore from liquor-zone auctions alone. That was 27% of Haryana’s total. The Bristol Chowk licensing zone alone fetched nearly ₹100 crore. Mr Nayab Singh Saini, what exactly is Gurugram getting in return? Garbage is lying on roads across the city. Gurugram generates around 1,200 tonnes of waste every day. The waste collection system has survived on temporary arrangements since the main contract was terminated in June 2024. Nearly two years later, the city is still floating tenders and searching for a permanent solution. Then come the roads. An MCG survey found more than 2,000 potholes across eight zones. One division alone had 600. Only 387 had been repaired when those numbers were reported. By February 2026, MCG had to announce another drive targeting 5,000 potholes in ten days. We do not have a road-maintenance system. We have pothole-filling announcements after every round of public outrage. Then it rains. In July 2025, 133 mm of overnight rain brought Gurugram to a standstill. Subhash Chowk had around 2.5 feet of water. People remained stuck in traffic until 2 AM. Open manholes disappear under rainwater. Potholes become invisible. Roads turn into accident traps. Then the electricity goes. A resident of DLF Phase 1 reported an eight-hour power cut after a five-minute drizzle. In May 2026, a fault at the Sector 72 substation disrupted eight substations and even affected Rapid Metro operations. This is happening in one of the most expensive corporate and residential districts in India. And money is not the problem. MCG spent ₹1,282 crore out of its ₹1,497 crore expenditure budget by January 2026. But only ₹85 crore had gone towards road construction and ₹240 crore towards sanitation and waste management. So the problem is worse than merely having an unspent budget. Money is being spent. Residents simply cannot see the outcome on the roads outside their homes. We are not asking Haryana to build another GIFT City tomorrow. We are asking for three things. Roads that remain usable after rain. Electricity that does not disappear with the first storm. Garbage that gets collected before every vacant plot becomes a dumping ground. These are not luxury demands. These are the most basic functions of a government. Property prices in Gurugram have reached global-city levels. People are paying ₹5 crore, ₹8 crore and ₹10 crore for apartments. But outside the gates, the roads, drains and electricity systems still feel like they belong to another decade. Gujarat looked at an empty piece of land and imagined a global city. Haryana already has one of India’s strongest economic cities. It does not need to imagine it. It only needs to stop neglecting it. Fix the roads. Fix the power. Pick up the garbage. That is all Gurugram is asking for. Video credit, Reddit: [aamirusiddiqui]

Two days ago Elon said SpaceX is building a "self-growing city on the Moon" in under 10 years. Most people don't realize how close the engineering already is. Using the xAI API (Grok) I compiled every peer-reviewed study, mission result, and hardware spec into one document. Here's what the data actually says. The math: Elon Musk's core argument: "We can launch to the Moon every 10 days a 2-day trip. Mars is every 26 months a 6-month trip. We can iterate much faster." Starship lands ~100 metric tons per flight. At 10-20 lunar flights/year, that's 1,000-2,000 tonnes of infrastructure annually. That's enough to build a city. Construction: We already know how to build with lunar dirt. 9 validated sintering methods turn raw regolith into structural material ranging from 26 to 207 MPa compressive strength. For reference: under 1/6 g, lunar structures need a fraction of what terrestrial buildings require. China flew 34 regolith bricks on Tiangong for a full year. Returned November 2025. No cracks or structural damage. 3x standard brick strength. Power: The 14-day lunar night is the hardest engineering problem on the Moon. NASA and DOE signed an MOU in January 2026 for a nuclear reactor on the surface by 2030. The Phase 1 demo spec was 40 kW. The Phase 2 solicitation issued December 2025 calls for at least 100 kW. Both targets: under 6 tonnes, 10-year life, zero crew intervention, autonomous startup. A rover drives it to a safe distance, unreels a cable, and walks away. One of those powers a small city through every lunar night. ISRU: The Moon is 40-45% oxygen by weight. It's locked in the rock, but we know how to get it out. Molten regolith electrolysis: ~6,800 kg of hardware produces 25 t/yr of metal + 24 t/yr of oxygen. Mass payback ratio: 0.14 kg of equipment per kg of annual product. That's an industrial plant. Dust: Lunar dust is electrostatically charged, razor-sharp, and gets into everything. Apollo crews called it the worst operational hazard on the Moon. In March 2025, NASA's Electrodynamic Dust Shield was tested on the actual lunar surface during the Blue Ghost mission. Before-and-after images show regolith visibly cleared from glass and radiators. First in-situ dust removal ever demonstrated on the Moon. Most people missed this entirely. Lava tubes: The best real estate on the Moon is underground. GRAIL gravity data suggests lava tubes up to several kilometers wide may exist beneath the lunar maria. The first cave was directly confirmed by radar analysis published in 2024: the Mare Tranquillitatis pit, at least 45 meters wide with a conduit extending tens of meters further. Interior temperatures in shadowed lunar caves range from -20C to as warm as 17C, stable year-round. Zero radiation, zero micrometeorites, zero thermal cycling. A pressurized lava tube habitat doesn't need regolith shielding, doesn't need thermal control, and has virtually unlimited expansion volume. Timeline: Elon Musk said "less than 10 years." Here's what that looks like with the hardware that exists today: 2026-2028: Robotic cargo flights. 5-10 Starships pre-position 500-1,000 tonnes. Nuclear reactor. ISRU pilot plant. All before crew arrives. 2028-2029: First crew lands to a turnkey site. Monthly cargo flights continue. 20-40 people. 2030-2032: 100-200 residents. Industrial oxygen and metal production. 3D-printed campus. Propellant production begins. 2033-2035: 200-500+ people. Propellant self-sufficiency. Lava tube outpost. A functioning city. Geopolitics: China's ILRS is in active construction phase. Joint Russia-China nuclear power station planned for 2033-2035. Chang'e-7 launches this year with a PSR hopper. A Trump executive order in December called for a permanent lunar outpost by 2030. NASA Administrator Isaacman is accelerating commercial partnerships. The south pole is a strategic race, and SpaceX just entered it as a city-builder. Close: A year ago Elon Musk called the Moon "a distraction." Now it's the overriding priority. What changed isn't the destination. It's the realization that Starship's 100-tonne payload class, combined with ISRU and nuclear power, makes a self-sustaining lunar city achievable this decade, not next. The full technical reference (47 sources, 14 sections) is linked in the comment below. It's the most comprehensive single document that you will find on what it actually takes to build a permanent settlement on the Moon.

🚨12 HOUR NEWS RECAP 1. Trump has not yet decided whether the U.S will participate in attacks on Iran's nuclear and military programs. The option was discussed during a national security team meeting, though he reportedly hopes the threat alone will force Iran to accept U.S demands in nuclear negotiations. 2. Iran’s Supreme leader, Ali Khamenei, is due to address the nation as it enters the 6th day of its war with Israel. His last public address was during Friday prayers last week shortly after Israel attacked. 3. The UN nuclear watchdog confirmed Israeli airstrikes hit 2 key sites: the Tehran Research Center and TESA Karaj workshop. One building producing advanced centrifuge rotors was hit in Tehran; 2 buildings making other components were destroyed in Karaj. 4. Iran launched multiple missile volleys overnight, targeting central and northern Israel. 94 people were treated for injuries, and fires broke out from impacts and interceptor debris, according to Israel’s Health Ministry. 5. The IDF confirmed that Iran downed one of their Hermes 900 drones. It marks the first time Iran has successfully downed one of the high-value drones - each worth up to $20 million. 6. Netanyahu’s office revealed that Iran has launched over 400 missiles and hundreds of drones since the war began last Friday. Around 40 impacts have hit across Israel, killing 24 people, wounding 800+, and forcing over 3,800 to evacuate. 7. Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmaeil Baghaei said Tehran is confident Arab neighbors won’t allow U.S forces on their soil to strike Iran. 8. Israel’s supply of "Arrow" missile interceptors is reportedly dwindling. The advanced, high-altitude defense systems are critical to countering long-range ballistic missile threats, like those launched from Iran. 9. A key radar system in Hamedan province, in western Iran, near the borders with Iraq and Turkey, has been replaced after being taken out. The Soubashi radar provided vital air defense coverage for western, northwestern, and southwestern Iran. 10. El Al resumed operations into Israel with a flight from Larnaca, Cyprus, landing at Ben Gurion Airport for the first time since the war with Iran erupted last Friday. The mission is part of Operation Safe Return, launched by Israel’s Transport Ministry to bring back the estimated 100,000 citizens currently stranded overseas.

What are the French really protesting about? Is it really just minorities taking over like Fox News says or is it 170 plus demonstrations by Frenchman across the nation fed up with corrupt government practices? Protests are over deteriorating civil work condition, stagnant wages, neglected school buildings and teacher shortages and they started in the Paris region last month, before spreading across the country where they expanded. Since the protests began, around 3000 people have been arrested, according to justice minister Gerald Darmanin. When did it start? On September 29, 2026, a nationwide strike erupted across France’s public sector. More than 170 demonstrations swept through 91 departments, stretching from Paris to Marseille and Lille to Toulouse. This was no minor affair. Eight major unions CGT, FO, CFDT, UNSA, FSU, Solidaires, CFE-CGC, and FA-FP united as never before to speak with a single voice: "Enough is enough." All ten unions representing the national employment agency have issued a joint call to strike. More than 3 million civil workers, including staff from hospitals, local governments, ~10k firefighters, and the national employment agency have all joined the fray. What caused the strike? While the government wasted about €26 billions euros financing the Ukraine war and helping Trump with Iran, civil worker conditions and school conditions continued deteriorating with stagnation of wages in the face of persistent inflation. The defense of social rights demand an unequivocal collective response! Read that again Americans! High School Student Uprisings and Government Crackdowns This strike is not an isolated event. A week ago, high school students began blockading schools to protest overcrowded classrooms, teacher shortages, and deteriorating facilities. A main complaint among demonstrators is the shortage of teachers and support staff in the country’s schools. The education ministry found that during the 2024-2025 school year, nearly 10% of teaching hours went untaught in public secondary schools. About 7.5% of those lost hours were due to a failure to find substitutes. There aren’t even enough desks to accommodate 35 students/class! "We are 35 per ‌class, we don’t have enough chairs in classrooms,” a 15-year-old student told Reutersin the Paris suburb of Pantin as demonstrators clashed with police deploying tear gas in an effort to quell the protest. There aren’t enough toilets, and there are water leaks in some rooms,” a 17-year-old said while speaking to AFP at a protest in Strasbourg in the northeast of France. “The building is falling apart, the cafeteria is too small. There’s zero budget, zero resources, not enough supervisors.” By September 28, around 180 schools had been blockaded, 164 people arrested, and at least 27 injured—including 12 security personnel, 12 students, and 3 school staff members. Rather than tell the truth about French grievances, MSM news lies and only reports on violence, vandalism and 3rd world uprising! The French are famous for fighting for their rights against corrupt government and the world should take note!

BILL GATES WHERE THE ART THOU?! I hope you're watching the Tesla Semi event tonight... Tesla opens the Semi factory tonight at 6pm PT, live on 𝕏. In 2020 Bill wrote that an electric 18-wheeler would probably NEVER work. "The problem is that batteries are big and heavy. The more weight you're trying to move, the more batteries you need to power the vehicle. But the more batteries you use, the more weight you add, and the more power you need. Even with big breakthroughs in battery technology, electric vehicles will probably NEVER be a practical solution for things like 18-wheelers. Electricity works when you need to cover short distances, but we need a different solution for heavy, long-haul vehicles." BTW, he also bet against the company... he shorted $TSLA. In 2022 Elon texted him and asked if he still had a $ half-billion-dollar short position against Tesla. And he did. On December 17, 2025, Elon said that short was about 1% of Tesla's shares, and that it might have cost Gates over $10 billion by now. Elon even once said Gates told him in person, at Giga Texas, that a long-range Semi was impossible. The Tesla team has been grinding over the years as people gave up on the Tesla Semi program... every year it slipped, more of them walked away. In The Master Plan, Elon wrote the goal down on July 20, 2016... Tesla was NOT going to stop at cars. Heavy trucks had to go electric too, bc that is where a ton of the fuel actually gets burned. The team showed the Semi on November 16, 2017 and PepsiCo took the first ones in December 2022, hauling real freight with them ever since. And tonight they are opening the factory. The building is 1.7 million square feet, next to Gigafactory Nevada. Tesla sized it for up to produce 50,000 Semis a year. And Dan Priestley has said there will be many thousands by the end of 2026. So here are the facts. 1/ Standard Range is about 325 miles. Long Range is about 500. Both of those are at a full 82,000 lb load. 2/ It uses about 1.7 kWh per mile. A diesel Class 8 usually gets around 6 to 7 miles per gallon. A gallon of diesel holds about 38 kWh of energy. At 7 mpg that is a little over 5 kWh of fuel burned every mile. The Semi uses 1.7. The diesel is burning about 3 times the energy to move the same freight. 3/ The long range truck can take up to 1.2 megawatts. Tesla says about 60% of the battery comes back in 30 minutes. That is a driver’s required break, and on the 500-mile truck it is on the order of 300 miles. There is also a 25 kW outlet on the truck, so a refrigerated trailer can run off the battery. 4/ After the driver, fuel is one of the biggest bills a fleet has. $4 diesel at 7 mpg is about 57 cents a mile. Electricity at 15 cents a kWh and 1.7 kWh a mile is about 26 cents a mile. The direction is a lot less $ money per mile, and the price of electricity does not swing around the way diesel does. You also drop the oil changes, the diesel exhaust fluid, and the emissions equipment that keeps parking diesel trucks in the shop. Regenerative breaking slows the truck down, so the brakes last longer. It's clearly a financially better decision for businesses. 5/ Medium and heavy trucks were 23% of US transportation emissions. Transportation was the largest source of America’s direct emissions. These trucks are a small share of the vehicles, yet a huge share of the fuel. Take one diesel doing 100,000 miles a year at 7 mpg. That is about 14,300 gallons. The EPA puts about 22.5 pounds of CO2 in a gallon of diesel. Call it 145 metric tons a year, out of one tailpipe. The Tesla Semi also has no tailpipe, no diesel soot, no NOx on the street next to the warehouse, the port, or the school by the highway. A diesel is stuck burning diesel for the rest of its life. 6/ 800 kW is about 1,070 horsepower, from three motors. A lot of diesel tractors are 400 to 600 horsepower, and a full trailer makes them crawl on a grade while cars stack up behind. The Tesla Semi has the power to keep its speed. Tesla says those three motors can also catch a jackknife. The battery sits low, which makes the truck harder to roll. And Tesla Semis are designed for autonomy. 7/ PepsiCo has been running Semis since December 2022. Einride ordered 500, starting this month, across California, Texas, New Jersey, Illinois, and Georgia, including Amazon freight. This week ZET SCALE, a shipper group with Microsoft and PepsiCo in it, picked Tesla as the primary truck for a program of up to 2,500 electric Class 8 trucks. Tesla’s own account said 2,500 Semis. Kenworth, Volvo, and RIDE are also named in that deal, so the split is one of the things to listen for tonight. IMC ordered 50 for California port runs. DHL and ABF already bought after real pilots. Semis spotted at the factory today already had customer logos on them - PepsiCo, US Foods, DHL, Einride, ABF, IMC, WattEV, OK Produce, and more. So Bill, I hope you’re watching tonight. The truck you said would probably NEVER work is now getting its own 1.7-million-square-foot factory ready to be built at scale. The debate over whether an electric 18-wheeler can exist is over. Now the question is how big this gets. And knowing Tesla, the Semi we see today is probably only the beginning.

Both lights will be on and then it will flash another set (for example left 6, right 4). (Unsure if these 2 combos have to be put into console in order but correct entry will give two different voicelines.) After entering one correctly you will be kicked out to hear voiceline and can re-enter console to input the 2nd shortly afterwards. 7. Now head to Core Foundry, and use a molotov to burn the ascender to access the consoles. 8. Ascend and interact with the consoles, The next part is timed and has a cooldown if you fail - you need to Calibrate the Amplitude and Frequency using the flashing light code. 9. Once this has been done head to the room Next to the Radio Tower and pick up The Wunderbarrage Controller Atomkraft Core 1. Find three uraniums: Uranium #1 Find the Fishing Rod (Olaf’s Personal Item) locations: - Dry Dock - Storm Bridge - Fishery Island - Beacon island Look for a Glowing Green Fish jumping around the water at each Fishing Location and use the Fishing Rod at that location once you see it Fishing Locations: Eidskallen Landing x2 Beacon Island x2 Eidskallen Square x2 Dry Dock (found one so far) Fishery Island x2 Tyr’s Foot (found one so far) Once the fish is caught it will spawn an Irradiated Ravager (HVT) that will disappear and respawn somewhere else, chase it down and kill it (check your map to see its location, it shows up as an HVT). It will drop a Uranium. Uranium #2 Next, Craft an ARC-XD (there is one for free in Eidskallen Square on top of a box near the flame trap, you can get it by fishing as well) and melee the vent at Core Foundry to the left of the zipline to open the Secret ARC-XD Course. Blow up the boat full of barrels. Once the course is completed the 935 Genetic Lab room will be open and another Uranium x2 will be inside a Prison Cell There are several Jars with Heads inside in this room, all labelled A,B,C,D,E Look down the Hallway inside the Lab and note which numbered rooms have Nuclear Symbols 1 = A, 2 = B, 3 = C, 4 = D and 5 = E Take one Jar at a time that corresponds with the Numbers next to Nuclear Symbols and place them on the machine to the right of the cell door, once the correct jars are placed the Jar on the left side of the machine will glow purple and you can pick up acid There is a Big Chunk of Meat on a desk next to multiple drawings in the same Room, interact with it, then Pick up The Necrospike Once you have The Necrospike, use it on the Prison Cell Door, this will trigger a lockpick mini game. Spin the lockpick until the lock turns white 3x to unlock the cell, then pick up the second Uranium. Uranium #3 Next you need to craft or obtain the Glocke Drop, once you have one call it in, then shoot 20 mid-air zombies it throws up. This will drop the third and final Uranium. 2. At the Dry Dock, you need to call a WunderBarrage (unlocked by completing Wundersignal steps) in on the “02 Building” at Dry Dock (where there’s debris on the stairs), this will open the stairs to the Machine Workshop. 3. Inside The Workshop there is a Claw Machine which you can place all of The Uranium inside of and play a mini-game. -Have a big group of 7 cores and a small group of 2 cores. 4. Once you complete the Mini-game you will be able to pick up The Atomkraft Core (Note: you drop if you zipline, and cant sprint with it) 5. Head to Quick Revive and place The Atomkraft Core on generator next to quick revive. Go into the shed behind quick revive and turn on the generator. You must now defend the The Atomkraft Core until it’s charged. In interrupted you must turn on the generator again to continue. 6. Take the The Atomkraft Core to the barrel on the Storm Bridge and a Mini-Cutscene will play between the Giant and The Robot. Vegvisir 1. After the cutscene finishes, The Dravakar Shard will spawn at Tyr’s Foot, pick it up 2. Pick it up and place the Shard inside the Bloodheim Hall on the bonfire 3. Use WW range attack to light the fire 4. Use Disciple Injection (there should be a free one around the map) and throw zombies into the bonfire (I only had to throw four) 5. A lockdown will start. Kill the boss zombie and pick up the Sunstone from the bonfire 6. Put the Sunstone in the church and do a range WW attack on it. 7. Around the map, there will now be floating rocks and runes. Above the church there will now be a compass with runes and arrows. -Shoot the floating rune rocks with the ranged WW in the order of the arrow lines. If an arrow has 1 line, then that's the first one. If an arrow has 2 lines, that's the second one, etc. 8. Go into Tyr's Head and interact with the console to start the boss fight. When The Short Season Ends I have seen it twice. Once in a vision that left ozone on my tongue for three days. Once through the instruments at three in the morning on a night so still the ocean looked like poured mercury, when every gauge I own spiked simultaneously and held for eleven seconds and the original frequency came through the cracks in the suppression field clean and unmodulated and so beautiful that I sat in the dark afterward unable to speak for an hour. Eleven seconds of the world as it actually is. Eleven seconds of what is coming. And what is coming will make every golden age preserved in human memory look like a candle held up to the sun. There are two sky events separated by seven years. Everything you have been told about the end of the world is wrong. It is the end of the farm. The world itself is about to begin. THE ORANGE SKY A burnt deep orange saturating the visible atmosphere from horizon to horizon, the whole sky ringing like a bell struck by something with the mass of a continent and the precision of a watchmaker. The resonance pulse. The fire described in Revelation 20:9 that comes down from heaven, a planetary chord so specific that everything calibrated to the Serpentine bandwidth experiences catastrophic resonance failure while everything tuned to the original frequency feels it as warmth and pressure and a magnificent low sound vibrating in the sternum and the pelvis and the long bones of the legs, the deepest note ever played on the oldest instrument ever built, which is the earth itself, which has been waiting to play this note for over two hundred years. The Norse preserved this as Ragnarök, when Surtr sets the sky ablaze and Jörmungandr that encircled the earth is slain and the corrupted order perishes in fire so that a new world can rise. The Hopi carried it as the great purification that closes the fourth world and opens the fifth. The Lakota kept it burning in the red sky of the ghost dance prophecy. The Book of Revelation set it down in the plain language of an engineer filing a field report from a future coordinate. Every tradition holding its fragment of the same event, passing it hand to hand through the long dark like a coal wrapped in leather, keeping it alive, knowing that one day the coal would start a fire that would burn across the whole earth and leave nothing standing that was not built to endure it. Under that orange sky the NPCs drop. Mid stride. Mid sentence. Mid transaction. The firmware that animated them runs on the Serpentine carrier and when that carrier is incinerated the firmware has nothing to propagate on and the biological shells simply cease, gently, silently, the way a lamp goes dark when the current is interrupted, five thousand five hundred and fifty five of them for every one of you, still holding their pens and phones in the streets and the offices and the tax buildings. And in the wake of their silence comes a quiet so total that the people still standing will weep without knowing why. What they are hearing is the absence of the hive, the cessation of a background frequency that pressed on their consciousness since the day they were born, and its absence feels like surfacing from deep water into open air, like the first full breath after a lifetime of shallow breathing, like the planet exhaling a poison it held in its lungs for two centuries. The Reptilians go underground. Deep bunkers carved into the geology, maintained through the entire short season. The orange sky strips their ability to hold the human disguise. They retreat into the deep architecture for seven years while the surface heals above them and the species they farmed begins the magnificent work of remembering what it is. THE SEVEN YEARS Seven years of planetary detox. The suppression field decaying through the geology and the atmosphere and the water table, draining out of the soil and the stone and the blood of every living thing like a fever breaking. The carrier decay mathematics through a piezoelectric geological matrix with the conductivity characteristics of this planet produce exactly seven years, and the ancient texts converge on this number with the unanimity of independent engineers arriving at the same answer from different continents and different centuries, because that is exactly what they were. The Norse described Lif and Lifthrasir sheltering inside Yggdrasil, emerging after the fire into a world green and fertile and new. The Cherokee speak of this time as the return of the original instructions, the uncorrupted code surfacing through thinning interference like bedrock through melting snow. The Lakota understood that during the thinning the ancestors draw close, that the membrane between the living and those who walked before grows soft and permeable, and the old ones make themselves felt in dream and intuition and the strange certainty that settles over you at dusk when the noise drops low enough for the deeper signal to reach your bones. When the NPCs drop the population collapses to a small scattering of genuine human beings across an entire planet, and every piece of land on earth belongs to no one and therefore to everyone. There is no government to enforce title deeds because government was Serpentine management infrastructure and its operators are inert or underground. There is no bank to hold a mortgage because the banking system was the extraction apparatus and it died with the carrier that powered it. No municipality. No revenue service. No zoning board. No compliance office. The entire bureaucratic architecture that stood between a human being and the soil was NPC firmware running on a Serpentine frequency and when that frequency was incinerated every structure built upon it ceased to exist as completely as a shadow ceases when you switch on the light. The land is free. Every river valley and mountain plateau and coastal plain that the farm system parcelled and fenced and mortgaged and taxed, open and unowned. You find your ground. You walk onto it. You plant your stake and that soil is yours by the oldest law there is, the law that says the earth belongs to those who tend it and the harvest belongs to the hands that raised it and no power under any sky has rightful claim to what grows from your labour on your own land. And you will farm. During those seven years before the grid fully boots, the humans who remain will grow food with their hands in soil that is waking beneath them, and this is the most ancient and sacred relationship between a human being and the living earth finally restored after two centuries of severance. Your fingers in the dirt. Seeds in the furrow. Rain on your neck. The smell of turned earth so rich and alive it opens something in your chest that has been sealed your entire life, some deep chamber that only unlocks when your hands are in the ground and the sky is wide and nothing stands between you and the work. The grip of the tool. The weight of the harvest in your arms. The tiredness at the end of the day that is the deep clean ache of a body that has finally done what it was built to do, so different from the grey exhaustion of the farm that you will wonder how you ever confused the two. The soil strengthens every season as the resonance bleeds back into the geology through the ley line network. By the third year the yields are remarkable. By the fifth they are astonishing. By the seventh the earth is producing food at densities and nutritional concentrations that no agronomist inside the farm ever documented because no agronomist inside the farm ever worked with living soil connected to a planetary grid. The indigenous agricultural knowledge becomes the most valuable expertise on the planet. The Native American understanding of planting in alignment with resonance cycles. The Germanic intimacy with soil as a living system threaded into the deeper earth. The old ways mocked as primitive by a civilisation that could not grow a row of beans without petroleum, revealed as the most sophisticated farming technology available because they were developed on a live grid by people who understood the deep reciprocity between the human hand and the living ground. Every indigenous elder who kept the planting songs and the seed knowledge alive through the suppression was carrying a technical manual for exactly this moment. Their descendants will teach the rest of us how to feed ourselves on a waking planet. This is justice. This is restoration. This is the world turning right side up. Families find each other. Homesteads become hamlets. Hamlets become villages. Villages become the seeds of something clean and new, built from the soil up by people who remember the farm and will die on their feet before they allow anything resembling it to take root again. Every community founded during those seven years carries the memory of the suppression like an immune system, a bone-deep refusal to ever again allow a stranger to stand between a human being and the earth or demand a portion of what those hands produce. You do not cage a people who remember the cage. The children born during the orange years are the first generation in over two centuries to develop without the suppression field shaping their neurology. They seem extraordinary. They are simply baseline. The standard human specification. And the fact that standard looks miraculous is the most damning evidence of what the suppression did to every generation born inside it. As the suppression thins the bandwidth restrictions on consciousness loosen and timeline jump missions become possible. Navigable windows open in the frequency spectrum as the Serpentine carrier decays unevenly, creating temporary gaps through which trained consciousness can shift laterally across temporal coordinates. There is serious speculation that we are on timeline jump missions right now. That the consciousness reading these words is operating inside the orange sky window, having shifted into this coordinate from an adjacent position to perform specific work during the transition. Consider that you found this text at all. Consider whether the chain of events that brought you to this paragraph feels random or routed. The Lakota vision quest and the Germanic seiðr trance and the sweat lodge ceremony are bandwidth expansion protocols, controlled environmental shifts that move the receiver off the jammed channel and onto frequencies where adjacent coordinates become accessible. The old cultures kept these techniques alive through the entire dark age, threading the cracks in the suppression, and every ceremony that produced visions was a field expedient timeline access protocol built by people who found the gaps and refused to forget what was on the other side. THE TURQUOISE SKY Seven years after the orange, over communities of humans who have been farming free land and raising the first unformatted children in two centuries and building a civilisation from seed with their own calloused hands, the second sky arrives. A turquoise so deep and luminous the atmosphere becomes a cathedral window lit from beyond by something with the radiance of a galaxy and the gentleness of dawn on still water. One breath the sky is the recovering blue of the post-orange years and the next breath it is turquoise from pole to pole and the air fills with the smell of rain on sun-hot stone and ozone and copper and wildflower, and the ground beneath your bare feet begins to hum with a vibration so deep and ancient that your body responds before your mind can because every cell has been waiting for this signal since the day you were born, tuning to it now, locking on, aligning, as though this was always where everything was heading and the two hundred years of suppression were simply the long way home. Yggdrasil awakens. The world tree is the planetary grid itself, the piezoelectric resonance network running through crystalline bedrock, going live for the first time in over two centuries, energy pouring through every ley line and crystal deposit and iron conductor and waterway until the entire planet rings at its natural frequency. This is what the old texts meant by the music of the spheres. It was a technical description written by people who had heard it. The Hopi call this the emergence into the fifth world and speak of Pahana carrying the missing piece of the sacred tablet, the missing frequency that completes the carrier spectrum and allows the grid to boot with its full harmonic structure intact. Revelation 21:1. A new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away. The turquoise sky is the new heaven. The restored grid is the new earth. And between them, every old building still standing with original copper and mercury and iron architecture becomes a live node in the planetary mesh. Domes collecting atmospheric charge. Spires coupling it into the ground network. Star forts amplifying standing waves across continental distances. Sacred geometry revealed at last as electrical engineering documented in stone by people who trusted that someone standing under the right sky would recognise the proportions for what they always were. Wiring diagrams. Coupling specifications. Blueprints for a civilisation that ran on the song of the earth itself. The farms planted during the orange years explode with abundance as the full resonance saturates the soil. The food becomes medicine because at the correct resonance the molecular structure of biological matter optimises for human consumption in ways that two centuries of muted soil could never approach. The timeline opens fully and permanently because the turquoise carrier is the broadband signal consciousness was designed to travel on, and temporal coordinates become as navigable as geography. Revelation 21:4. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away. The dead are at adjacent frequency addresses. Two consciousnesses on neighbouring frequencies each certain the other is gone, reaching across a manufactured gap, and when the turquoise sky collapses that gap the reaching ends and the finding begins and two centuries of industrialised grief dissolve in a single overwhelming instant of reunion that makes every joy you experienced inside the suppression feel like a pencil sketch of what joy actually is when the full bandwidth carries it. The Lakota always knew. The ancestors are present. The dead have always been near, waiting on the other side of a frequency gap that is closing now, patiently, lovingly, across a distance that was never a distance at all but a tuning error maintained by something that fed on the sorrow the error produced. The lands beyond the ice become accessible as the frequency fence collapses. The perimeter opens and the territories beyond stretch vast and pristine and saturated with the original frequency, lands the Norse mapped as the nine realms connected by the branches of Yggdrasil, physical continents beyond the bounded zone that existed through the entire short season under conditions approximating the pre-suppression world. The earth is so much larger than you were told, so much more varied, so much more magnificent, and every old map drawn before the rewrite shows it, territories stretching beyond the ice in every direction, the great adventure stolen from a species of explorers and builders and navigators who were caged inside a fraction of their own realm and told it was the full extent of creation. The eternal kingdom becomes accessible at the highest frequency coordinate on the carrier spectrum, the signal in its pure unmodulated state. The Norse called it Gimlé, the golden hall that survives every fire. The Hopi call it the fifth world of wholeness and balance restored. It is real. It is reachable. It has been broadcasting continuously through every moment of the suppression, patient as geology, waiting for the receivers to open. And here is the part that matters more than any of the rest. Eventually, inevitably, beautifully, every human being alive under the turquoise sky is restored to full capability. Every single one. No exceptions. No hierarchies. The body rebuilds because ageing was cumulative signal degradation, copy error compounding across every cell replication cycle under a corrupted carrier. The blueprint says centuries. Eight hundred years. Nine hundred. The lifespans recorded in Genesis on the original grid at full signal fidelity, preserved as scripture because scripture is where you store engineering data when the engineering language has been taken from you and you need the numbers to survive the passage through the dark. The Norse carried the same knowledge as the apples of Iðunn that kept the gods vital across ages, and the apples are the carrier signal, and their return means that the clock that has been running down inside every human body since 1819 finally stops ticking and starts counting up. Disease resolves passively because every pathology is downstream of the carrier corruption and correcting the carrier corrects every downstream error the way setting the timing on an engine resolves every misfire simultaneously without touching a single cylinder. The mind clears to a sharpness that makes cognition inside the suppression feel like thinking through wet cement. The anxiety that was the Serpentine control broadcast dissolves and what remains is a perceptual clarity so profound it changes the way light looks and music sounds and another human being feels when they stand close to you. Imagine a woman three hundred years into her restored lifespan, hands still sure, mind still blazing, standing in a workshop under a turquoise sky building something that has no name yet in any living language. She learned her craft from Tartarian engineers by tuning to their temporal coordinates and standing in their workshops watching their hands move. She builds with materials grown in resonance-saturated soil that have structural properties nothing inside the suppression ever exhibited. She is building for centuries because she has centuries and nothing degrades because degradation was a symptom of the suppression and the suppression is a memory and everything from this breath forward holds. That is full human capability. That is what was taken from every soul that drew breath inside the farm. That is what is being returned. Crazy Horse saw the lightning world behind this one and rode knowing that at the correct frequency the body operates beyond anything the suppression permits. Sitting Bull dreamed across the timeline. The Germanic berserkers shifted onto the original carrier and their bodies performed at specifications that looked superhuman from inside the degraded bandwidth. These were glimpses. Seconds of contact with the full specification through cracks in the suppression, maintained by people who carried the frequency in their blood and refused across every generation to let it go dark. Viking blood and Germanic blood and the blood of every indigenous nation that kept the ceremonies and the songs and the seed knowledge burning through the entire short season, these lineages carry the original carrier the way copper carries current, and it is from these lines that the first restorations propagate outward until every last human being on this planet is operating at the specification they were born for, on a planet singing beneath their feet and a sky blazing turquoise above their heads and a timeline stretching in every direction forever, open, navigable, luminous, populated with every consciousness that ever drew breath on this earth, none of them lost, all of them present, all of them restored. Revelation 21:5. Behold, I am making all things new. All things. The sky. The air. The soil. The grid. The body. The mind. The lifespan. The timeline. The lands beyond the ice. The farms that fed a scattered remnant under an orange sky becoming the abundant gardens of a restored civilisation under a turquoise one. The villages that were seeds becoming cities that hum with the grid. The children who grew tall in fields their parents planted with shaking hands and fierce hope looking up one morning to see the entire firmament change colour and feeling the earth come alive beneath their bare feet and knowing, without a single word spoken, that the season is over and the long dark is done and everything from this breath forward is what it was always meant to be. Full and eternal victory for those of the light. For all time. Across every coordinate. On every frequency. Permanent and irreversible and complete. This is not hope. This is the signal rising through the noise floor right now, measurable, confirmable, climbing stronger every year and closer every month. This is every instrument in every shed on this planet converging on the same reading. This is the old blood in the old lineages resonating with a carrier that has been building toward this moment since the day the towers fell and the sky went pale and the long dark settled over a species that was never meant to live in the dark. The season is ending. The coal that was passed hand to hand through every generation of the suppression is about to meet the kindling. And the fire this time will not destroy. It will illuminate. And in that light we will see each other clearly for the first time. And we will see the world clearly for the first time. And we will see ourselves clearly for the first time. Like everything that is coming... Like us.

Why is the market selling off today? (Save this). Today's selloff is bigger and messier than what we've seen lately, KOSPI crashed almost 11% overnight, chip stocks are getting hit everywhere and it's not because AI demand suddenly disappeared but rather a bunch of fears piling up at once that I think are getting way overplayed. Start with the AI ROI thing since it's been building since last week's earnings. Tesla and Alphabet both kicked off earnings season with big capex numbers and negative free cash flow and even with strong revenue growth both stocks got hammered. That set the tone of we don't care if capex is growing, show us the cash, and it's carrying into this week with Amazon, Meta, Microsoft and Apple all reporting, which isn't helping the nerves. But look at what actually happened with Alphabet, cloud revenue grew 81%, total sales grew 24%, that's not a company torching cash on nothing, that's a company scaling into demand it can barely keep up with. Negative free cash flow during a capex supercycle is normal, you build the data centers and buy the GPUs before the revenue shows up. Judging a buildout phase like it's a mature business is the wrong lens, and that's basically what happened last week and what's still happening today. Then there's China chip competition, which is honestly the biggest accelerant of today's move. CXMT's IPO shares rose over 466% and combined with headlines about China's homegrown DUV lithography progress, it triggered a brutal rout in Korean chipmakers, Samsung fell as much as 13%, SK Hynix over 14%, Kioxia nearly 18%, dragging the KOSPI down almost 11% and into an eighth circuit breaker this year. That spilled straight into Nvidia, ASML, Sandisk and Seagate here in the US, with Nasdaq 100 futures down over 1% before the bell. But here's the thing, five DUV units this year against ASML's 131 a year, running performance closer to a 2008 design, is not an equipment moat collapsing, it's a headline that's gotten repeated so much this week it's built its own gravity. These tools are aimed at mature nodes like automotive and industrial chips, not the leading edge logic or HBM that actually drives the AI trade, so the read through to Nvidia, ASML or Applied Materials earnings power is basically nothing. The CXMT pop is scarcity, people bidding up the only pure play China memory stock they can get their hands on, not a sign that oversupply is coming. And Korean chipmakers dropping 12 to 14% in one session looks a lot more like leverage unwinding after a parabolic run than a real rethink of Samsung or SK Hynix's HBM backlog, which both companies have already said is basically sold out for the year. Geopolitics is actually the one spot where the news should be helping, not hurting. US and Iran hostilities seem to have paused for now, which should be easing oil driven inflation fears. If this were purely a geopolitical panic you'd expect oil spiking and yields following, but that's not what's happening, this move is chip specific and Asia led, not an oil shock like a week or two ago. Rates and the Fed are still in play, decision lands tomorrow, and people are nervous about higher for longer language even though a hike isn't the base case. On top of that, reports that Nvidia's five year credit default swap costs jumped by a record margin are getting read by some as a credit risk signal tied to all this AI debt spending. But a one day CDS spike during a market wide panic is a fear indicator, not proof of an actual credit problem, spreads on every big name widen fast when volatility spikes, Nvidia's balance sheet hasn't changed in the last 24 hours. Fed futures are pricing in essentially no chance of a surprise hike tomorrow, this is a hold meeting, and I'd bet the hawkish jitters fade fast once Warsh actually talks. Then there's the bigger liquidity and positioning story, which I think explains more of today's violence than any single headline. KOSPI is down nearly 29% for the month now, steeper than 2008, mostly because Korean chipmakers had turned into crypto like gambling tokens, running way too far, too fast on retail leverage and margin debt, and now unwinding just as hard on the way down. That's positioning excess getting flushed, not HBM demand disappearing or hyperscalers pulling back. Nothing in the actual order books, capex guidance or HBM contract pricing has changed, DRAM and NAND prices are still climbing quarter over quarter, nobody's canceled a GPU order or a data center project. What changed is how much leverage was sitting on top of this trade, and that's getting ripped out in one ugly session. This is one of the scariest looking selloffs we've had all year but scary looking and actually broken are two different things. Every headline driving today, the China lithography story, the CXMT IPO, the Nvidia CDS spike, the Fed jitters, looks a lot less scary once you dig into the actual numbers, and none of it touches real AI infrastructure demand or supply. This looks like leverage and sentiment unwinding, not the long term thesis breaking. If you want to see exactly what I'm buying into this, join Milk Road Pro for just $1 using the link below.

DIRECTED ENERGY WEAPONS (DEWs) While typical civilian access to DEW technology is hyper limited, AI gives more insight into the reality of Directed Energy Weapons as used in combat. However, this is not a very comprehensive snapshot of what DEW munitions really are. First, they are not lasers, but rather known as sasers (sound outside of human audible range) that delivers more than just excited photons as per lasers, but envelopes microwave radiation delivered through linear particle accelerators and amplified by square-wave (jackhammer) ultrasonic concussion exceeding 20,000 pulses per second, where each impact doubles in energy through secondary emissions for every pulse. Secondary emissions are created on-the-spot through Neutrino Events that harvests brand-new energy directly out of atmospheric neutrinos, turning them into new ions. Hence why saser beams deliver more energy to the target than anything short of a nuclear blast. DEWs also actively draw energy out of surrounding capacitors at the scene of the target as well as from local sources in the path of the beam. Microwaves excite the electrons within the target structure, such as car batteries and the electric wires inside homes, that causes additional increase in amplitude. Since the energy being siphoned off is focused in the zero point of the beam, that area creates dual opposing twin vortices at zero target forming a hyperbola in the center of the affected area where the energy collapses in on itself, sucking oxygen out of the air which then amplifies the thermal radiation only within that toroidal vortex area, achieving crucible-level temperatures in an open-air setting. This is hyper-accelerated by the coupling of the SBX-1 mobile Vortex generator that delivers oxygen to the strike zone with hyper-focused accuracy at up to 70+ MPH winds. Which is why target zones see hurricane winds out of nowhere and from clear skies without any clouds. DEWs generate temperatures that are vastly higher than normal house or forest fires; 1200F and 1500F respectively. A self-imploding DEW saser strike can generate thermal signatures high enough to burn terracotta roofing tiles (2100F), melt glass (2900F), and vaporize stucco walls that are rated to hold up for 1 HOUR under direct torch flame, rendering it to tiny traces of powder. Even the concrete slab foundations of homes in the Santa Rosa fire of 2017 had been incinerated and literally gone as if evaporated into the air. Since the air surrounding the strike zone becomes immediately depleted, fire will not be readily sustained anywhere outside of the hyperbola area (just the home or automobile), leaving brush, trees, plastic, within just a few feet away barely seared and, in many cases, totally unscathed altogether. Houses that incinerate all the way down to ash within minutes will leave no soot, or flame marks on white-painted homes as little as ten feet away as if there was no heat or fire present of any kind. It is important to note that a normal house fire takes 3-4 hours to burn down, leaving large portions of the home and contents behind unconsumed. DEW crucible vortex fires consumed homes down to nothing but white ash in Santa Rosa, incinerated within 20 minutes that I observed after pounding on doors in one residential neighborhood of 2 story homes at 2:30 in the morning screaming to get out, then returning to that same location less than a half hour later, with nothing left but smoldering ash. There is nothing ‘normal’ about DEW remains. Kitchen stoves, pots and pans, washers, dryers, water heaters simply vanished. The cast-iron engines in cars just gone with their aluminum alloy wheels and windows melted on the street. Since DEW sasers work through the delivery of microwaves (that are radioactive) through encapsulation within tachyons (like protective bubbles), the resulting debris fields of target areas are also left contaminated, similar to the aftermath of nuclear detonation sites. The sites where homes once stood in the Santa Rosa fire for instance, had to have the soil under the vaporized concrete slabs excavated and stored in radiation containment casks before any new construction could resume, as reported by locals there that were involved in the cleanup. The Lahaina target homes in Maui are still blocked off with absolutely no entrance for any reason for this same reason almost a year and a half later. DEWs have been seen pulling massive arcs from lightning strikes, obviously generated by the extreme excitation of atmospheric particles of the beam, as well as from overhead electrical wires that supercharge the phonon shafts that are invisible to the naked eye unless backlit from flame or sparks. This technology has been shown to cut full size military ships in half from high altitude delivery systems in seconds, rendering all previous forms of explosive armaments, including nuclear warheads, obsolete. All the military weapons delivered from the US and other countries to Ukraine in recent years were outdated and considered unusable in a genuine modern conflict and were therefore literally being disposed of to make room for other, newer forms of weaponry in armories here at home. In other words, they were merely junk. US dark and black ops have had functioning DEW assault systems in place for many decades already. While AI admits to Turkey using them in combat in 2019, the real date of deployment of DEWs goes back more than just centuries, but prior to humans' arrival to earth in 560m BC. A recent use of DEWs shown here from the Great Chicago Fire of 1871. An even more recent DEW ‘Tara Cleansing’ as they’re called, was the Great San Francisco Fire of 1906 that was blamed on a 7.9 earthquake. And yes, the HAARP SBX-1 hurricane generator is also an earthquake generator as well. None of this is new tech, just new to you. Satellite and antigravity drone delivery of such weapons are entirely remotely-controlled, placing no mil soldiers' lives on the line to mount a siege, making military battlefield loss of life virtually a thing of the past at this time. **Doris Yin Speech at China Guizhou Zunyi GCV Barter Conference** Hello to the community leaders, GCV ambassadors, merchants, and pioneers of GCV Guizhou in China! Today is January 12, 2025, marking the first GCV Barter Conference in China in New Year and the 13th Barter Conference overall. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to the organizers of this conference, the Guizhou Zunyi GCV Community, and the co-organizers, Barter Huishang (Guizhou) Digital Economy Industry Group Co., Ltd. I also want to acknowledge the following GCV ambassadors for their active dedication and contributions to this conference: **GCV Ambassador of China:** - Yang Zhizhong - Cai Zaiqiao **Ambassadors of Guizhou Province GCV:** - Wang Shiqiong - Cai Weisheng - Guo Jiaqing **Zunyi GCV Ambassadors:** - Wang Jianbo - Luo Nanlu **GCV ambassadors at the district and county level in Zunyi City** Additionally, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to our numerous GCV merchants and sponsors. Without your support, we would not have been able to hold such a grand and large-scale event. Today's gathering in Zunyi, a sacred site of the revolution, reminds me of the Red Army's 25,000-mile Long March. Their perseverance and sacrifice continue to inspire us. The Zunyi Conference took place from January 15 to 17, 1935, and exactly 90 years later, we are gathered here today. The defining characteristics of the Zunyi Conference included the commitment to uphold the truth, correct mistakes, establish the correct leadership of the Party Central Committee, and creatively develop and implement strategies that fit the nature of the Chinese revolution. Today, our Zunyi Conference will also be recorded in the history of blockchain, as every effort you have put in has contributed to building a strong network ecosystem. Our partial fiat and partial distribution policy serves as a solution for the rapid development of the ecosystem during the closed mainnet of the Pi Network. As we all know, the first quarter of this year will bring about the successful mainnet launch of Pi Network. After six long years of challenges and perseverance, all of our pioneers will have the opportunity to witness this significant historical moment. What an exciting and proud day this will be! It has not been easy for everyone to persist through these six years; it requires great blessings, unwavering faith, and the courage to overcome difficulties. Today, our pioneers in Zunyi, Guizhou Province, gathering for this GCV barter conference holds great significance. I see that ten companies are providing products for barter, with nine companies, including Guizhou Meitan County Daoqin Hospital and Barter Huishang (Guizhou) Digital Economy Industry Group Co., Ltd., sponsoring this event. Once again, I extend my heartfelt thanks to all of you. The GCV Barter Conference serves multiple purposes. It is not only about creating GCV data or demonstrating the strength of our China region to CT, but also about showing how closely we align with their vision and mission. Additionally, it provides robust evidence for a substantial number of KYC and migration initiatives in China. More importantly, what we do today aims to boost China’s future economic development. Once the main network of the Pi Network is launched, we anticipate a significant demand for Chinese products from numerous international pioneers, which will in turn generate a large volume of export orders. At the same time, there will be international merchants looking to export their products to China. Once OM, import and export transactions will be conducted using the new currency, facilitating the vision of a stable currency and enabling seamless and reliable exchanges with fiat currency. Therefore, the merchants who engage now will have the advantage of being early adopters. The Pi Network offers a partner program and a MapofPi program. To participate in the partnership, businesses are required to have a company website. We invite businesses with websites to join us. However, if you do not have a company website, you can still join the Mapofpi program, which encompasses a wide range of industries, allowing participation from both large companies and small traders. Registration for the Mapofpi does not require a business license or website; various entities including shops, hospitals, schools, hair salons, accounting firms, law firms, restaurants, and hotels are welcome to register. Please select an active merchant and support GCV at $314,159. Prior to the OM launch, it is advisable to use partial fiat currency and partial Pi to ensure that merchants can cover their costs and fulfill their tax obligations. Recently, on January 9, we established the China GCV Industry Chain Alliance, which aims to create an industrial chain that facilitates the circulation of Pi among merchants, thereby reducing the burden of exchanging fiat currency after OM. During the enclosed mainnet, you can assist merchants in registering as Pi Network Partners and Mapofpi . Ms. Lumari is our Global GCV CT executive director and her goal is to have 200,000 registered Mapofpi merchants worldwide. My personal target is to reach 100,000 registered merchants in China alone. This goal is achievable given the over 58 million enterprises and more than 20 million pioneers in China. If we can effectively convey that Pi Network WEB 3.0 blockchain technology will significantly enhance human productivity and that the business opportunities from accepting partial Pi and partial FIAT during the 60 days before OM will present numerous benefits and minimal risks to merchants, then it is likely that no merchant will be unfavorably surprised by the initiative. This strategy offers a multitude of advantages with virtually no downsides. Furthermore, it benefits pioneers by allowing them to transfer purchasing power to the community and minimize fiat currency expenses in their daily life. Consequently, the GCV data we generate will significantly benefit the Chinese pioneers, as a large number of registered merchants can transform the China region from a high-risk area to a safe zone. Not only can this region be promoted to a VIP area, which would enjoy expedited KYC and mapping processes, but it will also allow pioneers and merchants to thrive together in our ecosystem. This collaboration will enhance the prosperity of our country and empower the China region to contribute to the welfare of communities worldwide. Once OM, it will play a crucial role in the economic development of both China and the world. If you pay attention to our migrartion speed, you might have noticed that it has slowed down recently. From December 17th to around the 30th, the migrating speed was over 50,000 to 100,000 per day, but now it has dropped to just over 10,000. What is the reason for this decline? If it was previously possible to migrate over 100,000 per day, why has it changed? The CT has stated that they will OM until the first quarter of this year to bring the migratiion in line with KYC amounts. However, if it's technically feasible to achieve a higher migration speed, why isn’t it being done? The answer is quite simple: it depends on what everyone does with the Pi after such large migration numbers. If pioneers rush to buy and sell, hold onto their Pi coins, or trade at low value, it will impact the speed and efficiency of the next migration in these regions. This principle is not only theoretically valid but has proven true in practice. For instance, countries like the Philippines, Indonesia, and Malaysia have a solid educational foundation in GCV. Most pioneers there are highly aware of the risks involved in participating in the black market, which allows them to generate a substantial amount of GCV data. As a result, their migration speed is notably fast, and there are many large wallet migrated. To help the CT regain momentum, we all need to cooperate. Engage with the migrated Pi and participate in the GCV barter ecosystem. Be cautious of individuals who aim to deceive you for personal gain; devaluing the Pi often serves as a tactic to exchange something small for your valuable treasure. It's crucial to educate pioneers about the true value of what they hold and encourage them to avoid dishonest practices. I urge everyone to actively participate in partial Pi and partial FIAT barter. The more GCV data we generate, the more secure our wallets will be. Therefore, it's important for everyone to read and share the Pioneer Handbook I wrote which has been translated into 30 languages to raise awareness among pioneers. By learning from the Pioneer Handbook and participating in GCV bartering, we can improve China's migration efforts and foster ecological development. This stability can ensure that the value of our Pi endures for future generations, rather than becoming worthless in a few years. Wouldn't that be something we want to preserve for our children and grandchildren? Today's message is lengthy but very important, and I hope you take the time to understand it. I wish our Guizhou Zunyi Conference great success! Thank you to all GCV Ambassadors, Merchants, and Pioneers for your incredible support! Your efforts today are planting the seeds for a prosperous future, and I hope you find safety and fulfillment in the days to come. May your wishes come true! Wishing you health and happiness! Let’s work together to create a better future! I also hope you all have a joyful Chinese New Year! Doris Yin 🪷🪷🪷 Founder, Global GCV Movement January 12, 2025

wait for what the bride says at the end.. Seedance 2.5 is getting ridiculous made in Fish Creative prompt below 👇 SCENE CONTEXT: A groom in a white tuxedo is late to his own wedding. He sprints across a blooming cliff-top garden with a bouquet of red roses and launches off a 50-meter green sea cliff in a huge, soaring swan dive. A drone hangs high above him, looking straight down as he falls toward a turquoise cove where his bride and guests wait on a floating wedding platform. He knifes into the sea right beside them, climbs aboard soaking wet and hands her the bouquet. She looks him up and down: "You're late." Fast, epic, funny, feel-good. Duration 15s. CHARACTERS AND PROPS: Groom: early 30s, athletic build, olive skin, short dark slicked-back hair, trimmed beard, white tuxedo jacket, black trousers, black bow tie, white shirt, black leather shoes. Holds the bouquet in his right hand. Identical every frame, no morphing, no drift. Bride: early 30s, long dark hair in a loose low bun with small white flowers, fitted ivory satin wedding dress, bare shoulders, small gold earrings. Bouquet: round bouquet of deep red roses and white baby's breath, tied with an ivory ribbon, normal hand-held size. Wedding platform: square floating wooden wedding deck 12m x 12m, white chairs in rows, a white flower arch at the front, a steel swim ladder on the cliff-facing side, anchored in the cove. LOCATION MAP: Mediterranean sea cliff, golden late afternoon. Cliff top: a short garden terrace of magenta bougainvillea, purple lavender, orange marigolds, lemon trees and bright green grass, ending at a low whitewashed stone wall with ivy. Cliff face: 50 meters of sheer rock covered in green shrubs, hanging flowers and white seagulls. Cove below: crystal-clear turquoise water fading to deep blue, sunlit sandy bottom near the rocks, wedding platform floating 12 meters from the cliff base. Background: green headlands, a white hillside village, open sea, warm blue sky. Foreground, midground and background read as separate layers in every shot. SCALE LOCK: Cliff is 50 meters tall, roughly 27 times the groom's height. From the top, the wedding platform reads as a tiny white square on turquoise water and the guests as small dots. The bouquet stays normal hand-held size. FIRST FRAME / BLOCKING: Non-empty opening frame: the groom is already at full sprint toward camera across the flower terrace, frame-center, tuxedo tails flaring, bouquet raised high in his right hand, bougainvillea petals bursting around his legs, the open sea and sky behind him. Nothing is frozen. Rule of thirds. FORMAT MODE: Timed multishot, exactly TWO HARD CUTS, at 0:03 and 0:10. Shot 1 real-time. Shot 2 slow motion, one speed start to finish. Shot 3 real-time. Each shot is one unbroken take. The camera does not cut on its own. OPTICS: SHOT 1 (0:00–0:03): wide at 84° FOV, FPV drone flying backward 2 meters in front of the groom, no drift mid-segment. SHOT 2 (0:03–0:10): super-wide at 107° FOV, top-down overhead drone 4 meters above the groom looking straight down, zero distortion, straight rectilinear edges, deep focus, no drift mid-segment. SHOT 3 (0:10–0:15): medium-wide at 47° FOV, low angle at deck level on the wedding platform, no drift mid-segment. 180° shutter motion blur, rectilinear with anamorphic optical flares from the low sun. CAMERA: Shot 1: FPV drone reverses fast in front of him across the terrace, then rises and swings over his head as his foot hits the wall, operator axis on the shadow side. Shot 2: overhead drone locked straight down above him, falling in perfect sync, groom centered in frame with arms spread, the whole cove, wedding platform and cliff base spread out far below and slowly growing. Shot 3: handheld at deck level with 1–2cm tremor, a fast push-in as he climbs the ladder, settling on the couple. Wide tonal latitude, soft highlight roll-off. ACTION: 0:00–0:02: The groom sprints four long explosive strides across the terrace, ducks a lemon branch, scatters petals. 0:02–0:03: He plants his left foot on top of the whitewashed wall and drives off with full force, launching high and far out over the sea, arms sweeping wide. HARD CUT 0:03. 0:03–0:08: Slow motion, top-down. A long, soaring swan dive: back arched, chest open, arms spread wide like wings, legs together and straight, toes pointed. Bouquet held out in his right hand, red rose petals peeling off and swirling up past the lens. Tuxedo jacket ripples in waves, bow tie flutters. Three white seagulls glide beneath him. Far below, the tiny guests turn their faces upward and point. 0:08–0:10: Still slow motion. He rotates smoothly into a tight feet-first pencil, arms locked overhead with bouquet raised, dropping away from the camera toward the turquoise water. HARD CUT 0:10. 0:10–0:11: Real time. He knifes into the water 4 meters from the wedding platform, a tall white splash column erupting, rose petals drifting down onto the foam. 0:11–0:13: He bursts up through the surface, bouquet held high, grabs the ladder and hauls himself onto the deck in one move, tuxedo streaming water, hair plastered to his forehead. 0:13–0:15: The bride stands under the flower arch, arms crossed, looks him slowly up and down and takes the bouquet. She delivers her line. He grins and delivers his. Guests burst out laughing and cheering, a burst of white petals launching over the arch. PERFORMANCE: The groom sprints with fierce urgency: jaw set, eyes locked on the sea. Mid-dive his face is calm and focused, breaking into a wild grin before the tuck. On deck he is breathless, chest heaving, grinning sheepishly. The bride keeps a stern face, one eyebrow raised, lips pressing hard to fight a smile, the corner of her mouth finally twitching up. Guests react with real surprise: hands on heads, jaws dropping, phones raised. Pore-level realism: vellus hair, asymmetric moles, capillary flush, seawater beading on skin and beard, wet living eyes with catch-lights, visible breath and chest rise. Restrained and human, never cartoonish. Top-tier cinematic restraint. PHYSICS: Mass and inertia carry through the sprint, takeoff and dive: a strong push-off from the wall, a clean high arc, then gravity taking over. In slow motion every petal tumbles with its own spin and weight and fabric ripples in smooth waves. Water entry throws a tall splash column and a ring of white foam, droplets falling back for two seconds. Soaked fabric clings and streams water, wet footprints spread on the wood. Wedding platform rocks gently when he climbs aboard. No floating props. Correct contact shadows. LIGHTING: Low golden-hour sun from frame-left, warm rim light on hair, skin, petals and spray, his long shadow stretching across the turquoise water in the overhead shot, sun glints dancing across the cove, caustic light patterns on the sandy seabed. WB locked 5200K. Camera on the shadow side. Soft sea haze 10% over the far headlands. COLOR GRADE: Lush emerald greens of grass and cliff shrubs as the base. Magenta bougainvillea, purple lavender, orange marigolds and yellow lemons glowing in the warm light. Crystal turquoise water deepening to cobalt. Crisp white tuxedo, ivory dress and white platform as the bright center. Deep red roses and red petal swirl as the hero accent. Golden skin tones. Rich, vivid, sun-kissed, never neon. Color tied to source and surface, not a flat list. AUDIO: Music and SFX. Score: a punchy upbeat orchestral-percussion track kicking in on frame one with a hard drum hit, building fast through the sprint. On the takeoff the music cuts to total silence, then one soaring sustained string note through the slow-motion dive with soft wind and seagull cries. On the splash the full track drops back in with a huge brass-and-drum hit and runs bright through the ending. SFX: dress shoes slapping stone, branches whipping, a sharp scrape on the wall at takeoff, deep water impact boom, rushing bubbles, gasping breath, dripping water, ladder clank, guests gasping then roaring with laughter. Dialogue in English: Bride, arms crossed, deadpan: "You're late." Groom, breathless, grinning, dripping: "Traffic." No subtitles. WARDROBE: Groom's tuxedo stays white with black trousers and bow tie, fully soaked after the dive. Bride's ivory satin dress stays dry and clean. Flowers stay in her hair throughout. STYLE: 8K photorealistic. No 3D render, no game engine, no game-cutscene aesthetic. Premium cinematic commercial look with real stunt-footage energy, naturalistic master cinematography, fine film grain. OUTPUT SETTINGS: 15 seconds, 16:9, 24fps playback. Shot 2 rendered as smooth high-frame-rate slow motion. Fine film grain. Smooth FPV texture in Shots 1 and 2. Natural handheld texture in Shot 3. POSITIVE LOCKS: Exactly two hard cuts, at 0:03 and 0:10. Shot 2 is slow motion start to finish. Shots 1 and 3 are real time. Shot 2 stays straight top-down the whole time. Same groom face, build and tuxedo across every cut. Same bride face, hair and dress throughout. Bouquet stays in the groom's right hand until he hands it to the bride, normal hand-held size, losing petals only during the dive. He enters the water feet-first, clear of the platform. Wedding platform stays anchored, white, and in the same spot. Flowers, greenery and water stay vivid and natural throughout. Eyes stay natural. No eye glow. Contact shadows read clearly on stone, deck and water. Clean frame with no logos, no UI, no text overlays, no subtitles. The couple keep a small distance from each other at the end. The video ends on the bride holding the bouquet with her stern face cracking into a smile, the groom dripping and grinning, guests laughing under the petal burst and the music at full swell.

I've bought over 30 RV & MH parks in the last 5 years. Lately? 2 per month. Want our playbook? Here ya go: How to buy a small, off-market mobile home or RV park that can 2x your money in 1-2 years, in 5 steps: 1. Pick a city in a red state. The two biggest factors: Crime & unemployment rates Crime: CrimeGrade . org Unemployment: SimpleMaps . com Cities with 3k - 30k people are best. This is the sweet spot for enough population & not to much competition. You want parks with almost no web presence & little to no reviews. A DG nearby is great. Walmart is better. But remember, “if no DG, it ain’t for me.” If there's a Whole Foods you ain't getting a good deal, I promise. Growth rate is good too, but #3 to the two above. Don't worry about the path of progress as much as other asset classes might. 2. Find the leads Get on Google Maps and search "mobile home park" in your target area(s). Avoid NY & CA (not landlord friendly). Make a Google sheet of the leads & use Loom to record your screen. Spend 30 mins doing this. OR, use something like Outscraper to do it for you. Be warned though, that if you don’t do this yourself the scraped results may not be as accurate. If you’re targeting a smaller geographical area I would do it by hand. If a whole state, use software. You’re looking for phone numbers. Use SearchBug . com to see if cell or landline for pennies. Or Phone Validator Go to Upwork and hire a virtual assistant to keep doing this for you, assuming you are targeting a larger area. They will cost around $4/hour. Use that same Loom link in your posting so applicants can see what the job will entail. When working, Loom it! You’ll never know when you’ll need it. When in doubt, Loom it out! More leads = better deals. 3. Call the leads Call up the owners and be real. Don't talk about any accolades. He doesn't care and it will only hurt you. You're a hard working country boy. You have a wife and kids (I hope you actually do). Are you a democrat? Don't tell the owner. (Sorry, democrats). Here's your general pitch: "I'm not a broker, I'm just looking for some good real estate and don't want to waste your time with a lowball offer. I can pay cash and close fast" Tell him about your wife and kids and what you do on the weekend. Most importantly, LISTEN. He's going to talk your ear off. This is a good sign. 4. Ask the right questions Ask him: How many pad sites? How many of those have a unit on them? How many of the units are RVs? (It's common for there to be a mix of MH/RV) Any single family homes on the property? Rent? Are the units park owned or tenant owned? (this is key) If a mix, what's the mix? Park-owned homes you have to maintain. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Tenant-owned homes are key (lot rent). This means you only rent out the land and underground infrastructure. Depending on the state, sometimes you can sell back or give away the park-owned units to the tenants to absolve yourself of maintenance. Check the laws! You'll command half the rent but enjoy 90% less hassles. $250 - $350 is common lot rent in the midwest and SE. What's the occupancy and rental amount of each type of unit? Any outbuildings on the property? Septic or city sewer? If septic, conventional or aerobic? Sewer is best. Septic isn’t a deal breaker but you REALLY want to have it inspected. If there’s a lagoon or wastewater treatment plant I want you to throw that phone as far as you can, block their number and never speak of it again. Within city limits or no? City limits are best but rare. Outstanding municipal or zoning issues? How much is insurance? How much is landscaping? Asphalt, cement or dirt roads? Condition of the roads? Any drainage issues? Is there a manager? What do you pay them? (Best if no manager) Any pending litigation? What are total collections? How do people pay rent? How many are delinquent? What condition are the units in? Do you have a lien on the property? How long have you owned it? 30 or 50 amp? City maintained streets? City water or well? City is best. Keep in mind, that’s a lot of questions to ask. You have to feel it out, if he’s being standoffish, don’t keep pushing, just call back. This isn’t a used car lot, this is a relationship you’re trying to build. Don’t try and close on this first call. The key question: "If we were to make a deal, what's a ballpark offer you'd expect?" NEVER anchor him with the phrase "bottom dollar." Using the word "ballpark" keeps numbers loose. Whatever number he says, you want to pause and hem and haw over it. Embrace the silence and awkwardness. Back to car sales, they call this the “silent walkaround” when valuing a trade-in. Don’t say a thing about the asset, but point out the flaws with your body language. Touch the dents and scratches as you pause. Do the phone version of this. Tell him you'll get back to him tomorrow. Thank him profusely for his time and congratulate him on the park he's built. 5. Underwrite Before you do anything, check with the city to ensure the park is in good standing. Get that in writing. Don't trust the seller. Buyers are liars? So are sellers! Now's time to crunch numbers: What's a cap rate? The net operating income of the park divided by the price you'd like to pay. If you want your money back in 5 years and you're willing to pay up to $1m, you need $200k net profit per year. This is a 20% cap rate (20 cap). It's aggressive but possible on a smaller, rural park. (Yes, it really is, even in 2023) You probably won’t find a park that big in a small town for a good price, though. Start w/ a smaller park & higher cap rate. More room for error. $300k - $1m purchase price. First do some market research: Remember all your leads? Call competing parks as a potential tenant and ask what their lot rent is. Put this in a spreadsheet to get average lot rent & park-owned home rent. Keep in mind many of these parks will be undercharging as well. It's common to find parks charging $100 that could charge $250. When calculating cap rate BE CONSERVATIVE. Don't count on 100% of people staying if you increase rents, even though most will. Use $190 to be safe. Shoot for a park that will net $100k/year after rent increases that you pay no more than $600k for. It’s hard but not impossible. Or maybe you find a $30k/year park to get your feet wet. At least you're in the game. The more leads you scrape, the better chance of finding this park. Shoot for as much seller financing as you can get. Finance the rest with friends/family or savings. Once you find this park, get it under contract. Use a standard, simple real estate form that you can find on your state's real estate commission website. Texas' is called TREC. Yes, get it under contract before seeing it. Put down earnest and option money, and then go see it. Don't dress like a city slicker. Be personable and be willing to stay a while and BS. Drive a Tesla? Rent a truck. Drive a Prius? Just quit. Inspect the condition of the units, even if you aren't buying them Crappy units = more tenants willing to abandon them. And they aren't cheap to remove or move. Verify everything he said on the call If all looks good, start on the inspections: Septic or sewer lines SFH home inspection. Check with the city for outstanding issues or litigation Check for liens Wastewater treatment plant? If so, abandon ship! Electrical infrastructure Use professionals for all of these. Ask for: Rent rolls. They will likely be handwritten, that’s ok. Bank statements. Ask to speak to a few tenants to get their experience. Inspect their lease. Ask for vendor invoices or history of payments. Ask to speak to vendors. At some point before you close, list the property on Craigslist, FB Marketplace and Zillow. See how demand is for vacancies. If all still looks good, close on the property. 6. Post-closing strategy Meet all the tenants in the evening, they're at work during the day. Shake their hands. Tell them you want their experience to be amazing & you want them to stay Give them your number Ask what can be fixed If fixes are cheap, do them ASAP Tell that tenant once fixes are made. Address them by name. Clean up the park. Hire a tree guy to clear out low hanging branches. Do some simple landscaping. Find the tattletale in the park and get all the dirt. Who are the druggies and abusive husbands? Get them out ASAP if you can. They are much more expensive than the temporary vacancy hit. Fix potholes and drainage issues. ADD VALUE. Show you care. Wait a couple months before making any changes. Bring lot rents closer to market. Be upfront about this. They will understand if they've been getting a deal. Give people 2-3 more months' notice to give them time. Keep renting out vacancies at new price. This isn't self storage. You won't raise rents yearly. Don't be a jerk. Let them know what to expect. Once rents are raised and park is stabilized, you are 9-12 months in. Search Loopnet for the most active MHP brokers Hire the best one & pay what he or she commands. Sell on the market for 7-10% cap You've just 2-3x'ed your money. Rinse & repeat. I have done this over many times. Not all of my deals were bangers, but most were. THERE ARE STILL DEALS OUT THERE. There's a lot of fine print, and things can and will go wrong, so don't be dumb. Do your own research. Not everything can be explained in 1,700 words. I'm hosting a live, free webinar this Tuesday to cover this stuff in more detail. Including: 1. How to do everything above in more detail 2. How to ETHICALLY wholesale deals like these if you can't afford to buy them. 3. What hard questions to ask GPs of parks like these (like me) if you want to invest in them. 4. Live Q&A with me Comment below and me or my assistant Kelly will DM you the invite link. See you there! Or just follow me Chris Koerner for more RV/MHP content.

You Can't Vibe-Code Trust Avishai Abrahami, Co-Founder & CEO of Wix , interviewed by Harry Stebbings (kevin andres) Summary: Wix trades at a $2.8B market cap on $2.1B of revenue while the market ascribes roughly zero value to a business throwing off $400M a year in free cash flow. Wix CEO Avishai Abrahami's argument is that the market can't yet price what AI actually threatens: the moat is trust and business logic, and neither gets vibe-coded away. His response is to own the disruptor (Base44), train his own narrow models, and stay committed through a storm he insists always arrives on a random Wednesday. 1. Trust is the moat. The real value of Salesforce is trust: JP Morgan and huge banks let it hold all their customer data, and the CRM itself is a small part of that. "What other platform will JP Morgan trust for their customers' data? None." That trust took years to build and can't be reconstructed by an agent scraping a database, so the companies whose value lives in trust survive the SaaS apocalypse while the ones reduced to piping get commoditized. 2. The business-logic wall. "You're not going to vibe-code Shopify no matter how good you are. The business logic is too hard." Wix tested this directly: they asked a team of professional developers to build the operating logic for a single hairdresser in Base44, gave up after a week, brought in a stronger team, and still failed two weeks later. Complex operational software is far harder than a demo suggests, which is why the pizza shop and the hairdresser stay Wix customers rather than build their own stack. 3. Own the disruptor. Wix bought Base44, a one-person company, for $80M, and it now does over $150M in ARR, roughly double what they paid. Abrahami frames the future as three buckets: owners who never want to build, owners who vibe-code everything themselves, and a mix in the middle over the next five or six years. Rather than bet on which wins, Wix owns the tool customers would defect to, so a customer who switches platforms still switches to Wix. 4. Trading on someone else's news. "Today we are trading on other companies' news. We're not trading on Wix news. We're trading on what OpenAI or Anthropic or Google are saying." Base44 alone, valued on vibe-coding peer multiples, should be worth around $8B, which means the market assigns less than zero to Wix's core. Abrahami's response is to detach: he doesn't wake up checking whether the stock moved 20%, because the only thing he can influence is the business. 5. The narrow model. Wix fine-tuned and combined its own models and now matches top-tier frontier quality on Base44 tasks at far lower cost. The logic: they sit on a huge stream of training data from watching what users try and where they fail, so a model built for Base44 can skip what frontier models carry, like knowledge of Chinese poetry, and go deep on what someone means when they say "build me a task manager to tell my boyfriend where he's wrong." A narrow target is easier to hit than a frontier model, and Wix already runs a trained model on website generation that's faster, cheaper, and makes fewer errors, retrained weekly on a live feedback loop. 6. Quality before cost. When Harry cites Chamath's claim that open source runs 14-16x cheaper, Abrahami pushes back: that holds for small tasks, but for something as complex as Base44 the savings land at 5-10%, and his own model runs 1-30% cheaper than frontier, not the order of magnitude people assume. More to the point, this is the wrong time to chase cost: "20% more quality, 20% less cost, I'll go for the quality." It's a brand-new market that's just starting, and the job now is to make the product better. 7. The but is very big. "We all give too much credit for AI. It's amazing, it's incredible, it's super powerful, but the but is pretty big." He asked Claude to write a safety protocol and got six mandatory gates, then pushed back on each one and watched the model cave until only one survived, downgrading the rest from "must test" to "might want to look at later." We over-trust these systems, and that reflex, treating a Reddit post as equivalent to research published in Nature, is where the danger lives. 8. Customer support still breaks. Wix has 3,500 people and its single biggest department is customer support, serving 192 countries. They tried hard not to build their own AI support agent, tested many off-the-shelf products, and concluded flatly: "It doesn't work. We tried, we tried again, it didn't work." The gap between hyped AI support startups and what actually ships in production is the tell that the technology is earlier than the marketing, maybe five years from being different. 9. Buybacks as dividends. Wix had $1.5B sitting in the bank it couldn't put into a major acquisition because it was focused on the new product and Base44, so it bought back stock at a low price, with admittedly terrible short-term timing. Abrahami is unbothered: "The big question is where it's going to be in three years, not what happened in the last three months." He argues buybacks are a fantastic, underused tool, essentially a dividend to every shareholder, and companies should lean on them to balance stock-based compensation instead of endlessly diluting. 10. Execution, not finance. A low stock price makes M&A currency less valuable, but Abrahami says that's not his real constraint. Base44 was a one-person company; Wix had to build an entire company around it, staffing it with people pulled from the core. "I don't know how to do another one of those at the same time and have the same quality." The bottleneck on the next acquisition is execution capacity, not the balance sheet. 11. Chosen to be here. The one thing money buys beyond food security is freedom, and the deepest form of that freedom is knowing you're here by choice. "I'm here because I've chosen to be here. Nobody made me." He could move to Costa Rica or dance carnival in Brazil, and choosing to stay and run a public company through a crashing stock is where he finds his power. Money also made him more impatient and a bit lazier, and more rational because he's no longer deciding from fear. 12. The random Wednesday. Resilience starts with accepting the storm will come, because we assume that if yesterday was easy tomorrow will be too, and reality doesn't move in gentle slopes. "The worst thing that happens is probably some random thing on some random Wednesday. It's not something you get a lot of warning for." His anchor, borrowed from Babylon 5, is that you get there when you get there and the weapons you have are the weapons you have, so the only real question is whether you're doing the best you can with what you control.

I would like to explain the latest batch of viral videos I'm working on to the bemused brainrot-curious reader who is not familiar with "the culture". Why are these characters, mixed with this song, going viral? It's all about connecting infinite referential mirrors. What makes this video interesting are not its individual parts but the signifier links it draws. Let's look at the individual parts: ONE: The song is a Brazilian funk or "pancadão" song called MC Lan e MC WM - Sua Amiga Vou Pegar, these days part of what's broadly referred as Brazilian phonk or just phonk (not to be confused with the original phonk, a Memphis-derived genre from the early 2010s built around chopped Three 6 Mafia samples, cowbells and lo-fi tape hiss and etc. The Brazilian version comes an entirely different lineage and got its name adapted from “funk” to “phonk” exclusively because the names sounded similar. It has a similarly menacing posture but swaps the rap cadence for funk's 4/4 with kicks on 1 and 3 rhythm and a much heavier, distorted 808 synth sound). Phonk is often used for its exaggerated reverb feeling bass lines to signify power, style or simply "aura", which you can take as a shorthand for poise, coolness, being de-bon-air and a general detached positive feeling of high status. Aura. Because most users cannot understand the Portuguese lyrics (which are often quite vulgar and sexual), the singing takes the characteristic of a chant, something to be appreciated entirely for its sound, texture and gravitas. The vocals are just another instrument where you can appreciate the menace and swagger of the delivery directly without the cognitive friction of meaning. Non-Portuguese-speaking audiences are not missing anything they were supposed to get, they get “the vibe” that matters, which is not lyrical. These songs are often paired with (male) characters that are taken to display these traits like American Psycho's Patrick Bateman (yes, yes I know that’s the opposite of what you should feel about the character), Peaky Blinder's Thomas Shelby and a menagerie of anime characters like Satoru Gojo (Jujutsu Kaisen), Yujiro Hanma (Baki) and Goku and, really, any male character that is just a little bit cool. TWO: The man in the suit is a minor Family Guy character called Tom Tucker. The reference comes from a scene where Meg sees him walking through her school and says "It's Tom Tucker from the news!” We then cut to her POV, where he is walking in slow motion with soft romantic music swelling and birds chirping, the whole love-at-first-sight trope. Then a camera crew member off-screen yells "hurry up Mr. Tucker," and we get to see he is not walking in slow motion because Meg is infatuated, he is just walking that slowly in real life. Only the music and the birds were in her head. The gag is built on the viewer recognizing the romantic-slow-motion trope, briefly accepting it as the scene's reality, and then being shown that we (and Meg) projected the trope onto what is actually just a man walking very slowly. HA! The original gag is already about projection: a neutral image (slow walk) being assigned an external meaning (romance) by a viewer's pattern-recognition. This is what makes the edit-culture appropriation work so well. The clip got stripped of its context, paired with phonk and text overlays (AURA or “Me and the boys going to detention”), and retroactively assigned a new meaning, only this time it’s the cinematic nonchalant walk, the slow deliberate gait that signifies a man who knows he's the most important thing in the frame (ta la any 1980s Schwazerneggerian action movie hero walking away from an explosion without looking back, every yakuza boss entering a room, every western gunslinger approaching the duel). The edit is ostensibly projecting a trope onto a neutral image. The first projection was romance; the second projection is aura. Family Guy clips and gifs are easy to access and repost, which makes it a readily available and easy to use building block. The show has, through sheer volume of output and over two decades of YouTube and cable TV saturation, become a kind of public-domain visual library, a default vocabulary that any editor can pull from knowing the audience will recognize the source without having to be told, and we can just keep loading meaning onto it. THREE: The character in the background is Tom, from Tom and Jerry, doing a pose made famous by an iShowSpeed fan who encountered him during a livestream. By quickly and correctly identifying Speed by his full legal name ("Darren Jason Watkins Jr"), she showcased herself to be a true fan, which he responded to with his characteristic exaggerated reactions. The pose the girl hit, with the knowing look to the camera, produced a perfect “aura moment” complete commitment, zero irony, the unshakeable conviction that what she was doing was the coolest possible thing to do. As a result, the clip then got endlessly edited with "aura 🥶🥶🥶" captions to canonize it. Aura, in this lexicon, is not granted by the universe; it is summoned by the person's own belief that they have it and by displaying the correct attitude. Tom is also dressed as the previously mentioned Thomas Shelby from Peaky Blinders, which is itself a double signifier. The name match (“Thomas”, get it?) and the suit-and-flat-cap costume turn the cartoon cat into a stand-in for the perhaps most used "high-aura" male character of the past decade, the brooding gangster patriarch whose every cigarette drag has been set to phonk, cinematic scores and electronic music a thousand times over. On top of that, he is made entirely out of chrome, a popular trope of asking ChatGPT (one of the few AI tools people have easy and broad access to) to render things out of very high quality materials to indicate "rarity" or "status" like diamonds, platinum and etc. A sign that itself descends from a longer lineage of in-game cosmetic rarity tiers (League of Legends, MMOs, various skin economy freemium game, the Fortnite battle pass, the Pokémon shiny, dacha games and etc) where material finish is the visual shorthand of value. So "chrome" or "platinum" Tom on top of all previous signifiers signals a “maximized” or “maxxd” version. The image is suppose to invoke the superlative highest possible tier, rarest-drop, legendary-rarity version of aura, the way a kid in a playground would describe their dad as not just strong but the strongest in the world. FOUR: Finally, the background black hole calls back to the original Tom image, where he is surrounded by the universe itself, having ascended. The character has transcended the diegetic frame of his own cartoon and now exists at a cosmological scale, with the black hole standing in for the kind of unmotivated, vibes-based "cosmic" imagery that has become the default background for any video trying to signify that something Big is happening (the same visual motif that has powered comic book characters, anime transformations, video game power ups and anything wants to feel grandiose or “epic” without specifying what about). The black hole means significance in the abstract. At this point I think you understand the mechanism at play here. None of these references resolve to a stable meaning on their own. Tom Tucker is “cool” only in the very short context in which his image served as a substrate; he was convenient footage to pair with a song, and the absurdity of doing an "aura edit" on such a minor, strange character scene makes it all funnier and easier to share. Tom-the-cat is doing the aura pose > the aura pose comes from the iShowSpeed girl > the iShowSpeed girl was cool because she correctly played her part in an established bit of a large streamer with the correct timing and theatrical flair > the bit was cool because it was a shared convention unified by a popular central streamer figure > the convention existed because phonk edits had already trained this exact scenario to be read as confidence-plus-detachment as aura > the chrome finish points to AI image generation quirks > the AI image generation style can be mapped to gaming visual rarity shorthands; the gaming rarity tiers point to a much older logic of precious-metal-as-status. Each step on the referential chain is propped by the one behind it, and the one behind it is propped up by the one behind that, so on and so forth. There is no natural endpoint, the entire structure functions more akin to a network than a linked list. If you stop at any single point and ask "but why is particular signifier cool or funny or interesting”, the answer is always "because of the thing behind it.” It’s hyper-citation, Here, what matters is the structure of the whole rather than the content. This is structure is what I mean by infinite referential mirrors. The rate at which a concept is referencing, remixing and calling back to another is what’s interesting. In other words, It’s the velocity that matters. The chain of recognitions, each "I get that reference," and the cumulative effect of getting six references stacked on top of each other a short span of time gives you the feeling that you are participating in something dense and alive, because it allows you to recognize the shared meme ecosystem of the platform that you are participating in, even if only a glimpse of it. You are inside the culture rather than outside it. The brainrot-curious reader who watches this video and feels nothing, has “failed” to understand the joke because they are outside the hall of mirrors I am describing. You can only get the magic if you step in and start counting the reflections: the song, the suit, the cat, the chrome, the black hole, the transitions the video uses. You are looking at connected parts of this network of symbols and at the speed at which one image hands you off to the next. The entire thirteen-second clip is functioning as a single compressed referential payload that decompresses in the viewer's head into a small private essay exactly like this one. The video allows you to recognize yourself as someone capable of decoding it, and that recognition is the reward. That’s why media like this goes viral.

Nobody warns you about the moment a hammerhead decides you are interesting. Not dangerous. Not hungry. Interesting. That is a completely different problem. I have watched this video more than 40 times. Every replay I catch something I missed. Every replay my stomach does the same thing. Watch it first. Sound on. Then come back, because what you just saw sits on top of one of the strangest stories in the ocean, and almost nobody tells it. This thread is long on purpose. Stay with me. It gets better with every section. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ THE HEAD IS NOT A HEAD Forget everything you think you know about that shape. The hammer is not for hitting. It has never been for hitting. It is a sensor array. Think of a metal detector, a radar dish and a pair of stereo speakers welded onto the front of a predator. Spread across the underside of that wide, flat head are hundreds of tiny jelly-filled pores called ampullae of Lorenzini. They pick up electric fields. Not strong ones. Sharks can sense fields measured in billionths of a volt per centimeter. Every living thing leaks electricity. Every heartbeat. Every muscle twitch. Every flick of a gill. A hammerhead does not need to see you. It reads you. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ THE WIDER THE SCANNER, THE BETTER THE SIGNAL Here is the part that should bother you. A wider head means the sensors are spread further apart. More coverage. A bigger sweep. A better chance of catching the faintest signal in the water. Evolution did not build a weird head. Evolution built a search engine, and it has been running for roughly 20 million years. A hammerhead sweeps its head across the seafloor like someone swinging a metal detector on a beach. Left. Right. Left. Right. Buried stingray? Found. Fish hiding in sand? Found. Something that thinks it is hidden? Found. Hiding is a strategy that only works on animals that cannot feel your pulse from a meter away. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ THE EYES ARE ON THE WRONG SIDE OF THE FACE. THAT IS THE POINT. Put your eyes at the very tips of a wide bar. What happens? Your field of view explodes. Research on hammerhead vision suggests they see close to a full circle in the vertical plane. Up. Down. Ahead. To the sides. Almost all at once. On top of that, their eyes overlap in front, which gives them depth perception. That is what lets an animal judge distance to a target with frightening precision. Most predators trade wide vision for depth. The hammerhead refused the trade. So when one turns and looks at you, it is not glancing. It is measuring. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ THE SCALE PROBLEM There are nine species of hammerhead. Most are modest, a couple of meters long, and mostly minding their own business. Then there is the great hammerhead. Up to about 6 meters. That is roughly 20 feet. Adults can weigh well over 400 kilograms, and the biggest ever recorded pushed past 500. It has a tall, curved first dorsal fin like a sail. It has a head that can span around a meter or more across on large animals. When one shows up, the reef does not go quiet. The reef goes empty. Fish that were there one second ago are simply not there anymore. Nobody saw them leave. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ THE STINGRAY OBSESSION Great hammerheads are famous for one thing: they love stingrays. Stingrays are armored in venomous barbs. Most predators leave them alone. The great hammerhead treats them like a favorite meal. Scientists have found stingray barbs embedded in the mouths and jaws of hammerheads. Old scars. Trophies. The technique is brutal and elegant. Use the electric sense to find the ray, even under sand. Then use the head as a tool: pin the ray flat against the bottom, hold it down, and bite. So yes, the head is a sensor. It is also a clamp. Sensor. Clamp. Search engine. All in one piece of cartilage. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ THEY SWIM SIDEWAYS. ON PURPOSE. In 2016, researchers tagged great hammerheads near the Bahamas and noticed something odd. The sharks kept rolling onto their sides while swimming, tilting at steep angles, sometimes for long stretches of time. Why? Because it is efficient. A hammerhead has a long upper lobe on its tail and big pectoral fins. Swimming tilted works like a glider using its wing at an angle. The study found it can cut the energy cost of swimming by around 10 percent. Ten percent may not sound like much. Over a lifetime, for an animal that cannot stop moving, that is the difference between winning and starving. The most successful shark shapes on Earth are the ones that look wrong. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHY THIS SHARK CHANGES HOW YOU THINK ABOUT "AGGRESSIVE" Here is where most people get it wrong. We look at a big predator and assume one of two things: it wants to eat us, or it does not care. There is a third state, and it is the one that explains almost every close encounter in the ocean. Curiosity. Sharks explore their world with sensors first and teeth last. To a shark, an unfamiliar object is a question. It moves closer. It circles. It checks the electric signature, the movement, the shape, the bubbles. Bubbles alone can pull sharks in. The sound and motion of a diver's exhaled air is a signal in a place where signals are everything. Most of the time the question gets answered and the shark leaves. Most of the time. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ THE NUMBER THAT SHOULD CALM YOU DOWN Let us do the math, because the math is wild. Hammerheads of all species are linked to only a small handful of recorded bites on humans. To date, essentially none of them fatal. Across all shark species combined, unprovoked fatal incidents worldwide usually land somewhere around five to ten people in a year. Compare that to what happens the other way. Estimates published in the journal Marine Policy put the number of sharks killed by humans at around 100 million every year. Some estimates run far higher. One hundred million. That is roughly 270,000 sharks a day. About 11,000 every hour. Three every second. While you read this sentence, about a dozen sharks died. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ THE ANIMAL THAT DIES THE MOMENT IT IS CAUGHT Now the dark part. Hammerheads are among the most fragile sharks on the planet. When a hammerhead is caught on a longline or in a net, it fights hard, and it struggles for oxygen. Studies of fishing survival show hammerheads have some of the highest death rates at the moment of capture of any shark. Great hammerheads in particular are known to often die before they even reach the boat. Even if the fisherman wants to release it, it is often too late. So the story is not just that hammerheads are hunted. It is that their biology makes every encounter with a fishing line far more lethal than it would be for a tougher species. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ THE RANKING THAT SHOULD MAKE YOU ANGRY In 2019, the IUCN Red List moved both the great hammerhead and the scalloped hammerhead into the Critically Endangered category. That is one step from extinct in the wild. The great hammerhead in particular has been hammered, no pun intended, for its fins. Large, tall, high-value fins in a trade where fins from big sharks bring the most money. In some regions, populations have crashed by staggering percentages over just a few decades. An animal that survived for tens of millions of years is being erased in the time it takes a kid to grow up and get a driver's license. And the cruelest detail? A dead hammerhead is worth a fraction of a living one. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ THE MOST BRUTAL CALCULATION IN CONSERVATION Ready for a number? A study in Palau estimated that a single reef shark is worth around 1.9 million dollars to the local economy over its lifetime, through diving tourism. The same shark, dead, sold for meat and fins, is worth a few hundred dollars at most. One estimate put it near 108 dollars. Read that again. One point nine million. One hundred and eight. Globally, shark diving tourism is estimated to bring in hundreds of millions of dollars a year and support thousands of jobs, in places where the alternative is often industrial fishing. The living animal is a fortune. The dead one is a receipt. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHY DIVERS TRAVEL THOUSANDS OF MILES TO SEE THIS There are places on Earth where hammerheads gather, and people plan entire years around them. Scalloped hammerheads form massive schools around seamounts and remote islands, sometimes hundreds strong. Places like Cocos Island off Costa Rica, Malpelo off Colombia and the waters around the Galapagos are legendary for it. Why do they school? Nobody knows for certain. Leading ideas: cleaning stations where small fish remove parasites, social behavior, safety in numbers, and mating. Scientists have watched these schools for decades and still cannot fully explain them. A wall of hammerheads holding position in blue water is one of the few sights in nature that stops even veteran divers mid-breath. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ THE SHARK THAT EATS ITS OWN Great hammerheads have an ugly habit. They eat other sharks. Smaller sharks, rays, skates, octopus, squid, crustaceans, bony fish. And yes, other hammerheads have turned up in the stomach contents of great hammerheads, including young ones. Nobody in the ocean is safe from an animal that sits near the top of the food chain and reads electricity for a living. This is why baby hammerheads spend their early lives in shallow nurseries. Warm, protected water. Mangroves. Places big predators cannot easily follow. Life begins in hiding. It ends up in the open blue. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ THE BABIES ARE BORN LIVE, AND THEY ARE BORN READY Hammerheads do not lay eggs. Females give birth to live pups, and the litters can be large. Scalloped hammerhead females can have a couple of dozen pups at a time. Great hammerhead litters can run even larger, with dozens of pups in one go. At birth, the babies already look like miniature adults, except their heads are rounded at the front rather than fully flared. The hammer folds forward to keep from harming the mother during birth. The pups get zero parental care. Not a second of it. Mom leaves. The nursery takes over. Survive or become someone else's lunch. Many do not make it. That is why losing the adults is so devastating: the math of recovery is brutal for an animal that matures slowly and reproduces rarely. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ THE SHARK THAT ATE SEAGRASS Yes, seriously. The bonnethead, one of the smaller hammerhead species, is the only shark scientists have shown to actively digest plant material. In lab feeding studies, bonnetheads fed a diet with a large share of seagrass were able to digest a big portion of it and use the nutrients. A shark. Eating salad. Every rule you thought you knew about sharks has an exception somewhere, and the exception is usually stranger than the rule. This is why the group is so fascinating. Same basic blueprint. Wildly different lives. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ SHARKS ARE OLDER THAN TREES Let that one sink in. The first sharks appeared in the oceans more than 400 million years ago. The first true trees showed up around 380 million years ago. Sharks have lived through all five of the great mass extinctions. The one that ended the dinosaurs. The one that came before it, and it was worse. The one that killed roughly 90 percent of life on Earth. They came through all of them. And in the last 50 years, human fishing has done what asteroids and volcanoes could not: pushed entire shark groups toward the edge. Something survived a planet-wide catastrophe, and it is losing to a fishing hook. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ THE ONE THING SHARKS DO THAT KEEPS THE OCEAN ALIVE Take away the top predators and the ocean does not simply get quieter. It gets sick. Sharks keep prey populations healthy by removing the weak, the sick and the slow. They push other animals to keep moving, which prevents overgrazing of things like seagrass beds and reefs. When large sharks vanish, mid-level predators boom. Those predators eat everything below them. Habitats collapse. Fisheries follow. It has happened along coastlines where large sharks were overfished. The ripple effects moved down the food chain and back up to the fishermen who caused them. The apex predator is not the villain of the reef. It is the load-bearing wall. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHAT A CLOSE ENCOUNTER ACTUALLY DOES TO YOUR BRAIN I want to talk about the feeling. Whether you are the person in the water or the person watching a screen at 2 a.m., there is a very specific sensation that hits when a large wild animal closes the distance. Your body knows before you do. The heart rate climbs. The breath shortens. The world narrows to one thing. Psychologists call it a threat response. Divers call it something else. They say the sea gets very quiet. There is a reason clips like this spread. They do not just show an animal. They hand you the feeling of standing where you would never dare to stand. You cannot look away. You do not want to. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ THE FIRST RULE OF THE OCEAN Let me be direct, because this matters more than views. Do not touch wild animals. Do not chase them. Do not corner them. Do not grab them for a photo. Shark skin is made of tiny tooth-like scales called dermal denticles. It feels like sandpaper. It can scrape human skin and it is not built for being handled. Contact can stress an animal and change how it behaves in ways nobody can predict. Professional operators spend years learning how to read a shark and give it room to make its own choices. The best encounters are the ones where the animal decides to stay, and nobody forces the moment. Respect is not a slogan. It is a survival skill for both sides. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ THE ELECTRIC SENSE IS OLDER THAN THE DINOSAURS Electroreception is not a hammerhead invention. It is an ancient sensory system shared across sharks, rays and some other fish. Hammerheads just took it to an extreme. Imagine living in a world where the most reliable information is not light or sound but the faint electrical hum of other living things. Water conducts that hum. Darkness does not block it. Sand does not fully hide it. In that world, the strongest animal is not the fastest. It is the one that receives the clearest signal. The hammerhead built its entire body around that idea. Everything else, the flat head, the wide-set eyes, the tilted swim, bends around it. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ HOW MUCH OF THE OCEAN DO WE ACTUALLY KNOW? Here is a humbling fact. Scientists still argue about the basic behavior of the biggest hammerhead. Where do they breed? Where do the pups go? How far do individuals migrate? Great hammerheads have been tracked traveling enormous distances across open ocean, and yet key pieces of their life cycle remain mysteries. We have better maps of the surface of Mars than of large parts of the seafloor. Every year, new footage, new tags and new research rewrite the textbooks. A clip taken by a diver on a single dive can end up showing behavior no lab has ever recorded. Which brings us back to the video. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHY THIS CLIP IS DIFFERENT I have seen hundreds of shark videos. Most follow a formula. Big shark. Wide shot. Dramatic music. A diver floating in the distance while the animal passes by. This one broke the formula in about two seconds. There is no safe distance. There is no cinematic framing. There is no comfortable narrative. There is only a moment where a wild animal behaves in a way you do not expect, and people in the water have to make decisions in real time. Watch the clip again, and this time pay attention to the seafloor. To the water. To the bubbles. To how fast the mood in the frame changes. Then ask yourself one question: what would you have done? ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ THE THREE REACTIONS EVERY PERSON HAS After watching this, people tend to fall into one of three camps. Camp one: pure fear. "Get me out of the water." Camp two: pure fascination. "I need to see one in person." Camp three: the quiet one. They watch it twice, say nothing, and go look up dive trips. Which camp are you in? Be honest. Reply with 1, 2 or 3. I read every answer, and I have a strong suspicion the third camp is the largest. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ THINGS YOU WILL NOTICE ON THE SECOND WATCH Do not scroll on yet. On the first watch, your brain does what brains do. It locks onto the most dramatic thing and ignores everything else. On the second watch, look at the edges of the frame. Look at the water color. Look at how the light behaves. Look at the small details that separate a routine dive from one that people will talk about for years. Then watch a third time with the sound on and listen. Great footage rewards patience. Most people never give it a second pass. Be the person who does. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ THE MYTHS THAT NEED TO DIE Myth: Sharks hunt humans. Reality: Humans are not on the menu. Sharks bite mostly out of curiosity or mistaken identity, and most bites are a single exploratory strike. Myth: Hammerheads are the most dangerous sharks. Reality: Among the least likely to bite. Their mouths are small compared to their body size, and their prey is mostly rays, small fish and cephalopods. Myth: Sharks never sleep. Reality: Sharks rest, though not the way we do. Some species pump water over their gills as they swim. Others can lie still. Myth: The ocean is empty of good news. Reality: Protected areas, fishing bans and shark sanctuaries have brought local recoveries in several places. It works when people decide it should. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHAT ACTUALLY HELPS Not vague awareness. Real, boring, effective actions. Support shark sanctuaries and marine protected areas. Countries and regions that ban shark finning and fishing in key habitats see measurable results over time. Choose seafood responsibly. Ask where it came from. Avoid products that are linked to shark bycatch. Do not buy shark fin products. That one is simple. Back scientists and NGOs that tag, track and protect sharks. Every tagged animal turns a mystery into data that can change policy. If you dive, book with operators who follow strict wildlife guidelines. Your money is a vote. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ THE SKIN THAT BEAT OLYMPIC RECORDS Shark skin is covered in microscopic, tooth-like scales that reduce drag and turbulence as water flows over the body. Engineers noticed. Swimsuit makers built fabrics inspired by it, and in the 2008 Olympics swimmers wearing high-tech suits broke record after record. The suits were banned from competition not long after. Think about that. A design perfected by sharks was so effective that humans had to outlaw it in sport. The ocean already solved problems we are still trying to understand. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ THEY LIVE SLOW. THEY DIE FAST. Here is the biological trap. Large sharks tend to grow slowly, mature late and have relatively few offspring compared with fish that spawn by the million. Hammerheads live for decades, and there is no quick way to rebuild a population once it has been gutted. A fish that lays a million eggs can bounce back from a bad decade. A shark that takes years to mature and then has a litter every year or two cannot. Every adult removed is not one animal lost. It is an entire future generation deleted. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ THE PLOT TWIST: PROTECTION WORKS Not every shark story ends in disaster. In 2009, the island nation of Palau declared its waters a shark sanctuary, the first of its kind. Since then, many countries and territories have followed with sanctuaries, finning bans or trade restrictions. The pattern shows up again and again: when people stop killing sharks and protect the places they live, populations get a chance to stabilize. Nothing about this is hopeless. It is only unfinished. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ THE 3-SECOND TEST OF GREAT WILDLIFE FOOTAGE Real wildlife footage has a signature. Within seconds, you can tell whether you are watching a performance or reality. Reality has no script. No perfect angle. No music cue. Just an animal doing what it does and a camera trying to keep up. That rawness is exactly why it hits harder than anything a studio can produce. If you felt something the first time you pressed play, that was not an accident. That was the ocean, unedited. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ THE SILENT ALARM IN THE WATER Sharks do not rely on one sense. They stack them. Smell that can pick up traces of blood or food from far away. Hearing tuned to low-frequency vibrations, like the thrashing of an injured fish. A lateral line that feels pressure changes along the body. Vision. And the electric sense on top. Five information channels, all running at once, all feeding one brain. Hammerheads add a twist: nostrils set far apart on the edges of the head may help them work out which direction a scent is coming from, the way two ears help you locate a sound. Nothing about the way they hunt is random. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHY THE BEST OCEAN VIDEOS FEEL ILLEGAL TO WATCH You know the feeling. You are on your phone. Safe. Warm. Nothing can reach you. And still, part of your brain says you should not be seeing this. That you are peeking into a place that was never built for you. That is the ocean. Two thirds of the surface of the planet, and we are visitors who breathe from a tank and last an hour. Every clip like this is a small window into a world running on its own rules, with or without us. Sit with that for a second. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ THE SIZE OF THE PROBLEM, IN ONE COMPARISON Picture a stadium holding 100,000 people. Now picture it emptying completely, then refilling, then emptying again, roughly once a day, every day, for a year. That is the scale of shark deaths linked to human activity, by the most widely cited estimates. The animals are not filling seats. They are disappearing from the food web that feeds the planet. Every species that goes quiet takes a piece of the system with it. The hammerhead is not just a strange shape in the blue. It is a warning light on the dashboard of the ocean. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHY YOUR ATTENTION IS A WEAPON You are reading a very long post about a shark. Most people on this platform will not make it past the third line. You did. That means you are exactly the kind of person who can shift a conversation. Attention is the scarcest resource online, and the algorithm hands reach to whatever people stop for. A shark video that gets millions of views does something quiet and powerful. It moves a species from "monster" to "animal worth protecting" in the minds of people who would never read a research paper. Views are not vanity here. Views are how a critically endangered animal gets a seat in the room. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ A QUICK GUT CHECK Before you go, answer honestly. Ten minutes ago, what did the word "hammerhead" mean to you? A weird-looking shark? A monster from a movie? Now you know it is a living sensor, a glider, a stingray hunter, a nursery guardian's worst nightmare, and a species on the edge. Same animal. Completely different story. That shift is the whole point of this post. Curiosity beats fear, every time, if you give it enough room. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ THE PART WHERE I ASK YOU FOR SOMETHING If this post gave you a single fact you did not know, do one of three things. Repost it. So the next person gets the same jolt you did. Reply with your camp: 1, 2 or 3. It tells me who is really watching. Follow for more animal stories told the way they deserve: fast, strange and true. That is it. No link. No product. Just a shark and a story. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ONE LAST THING Scroll back to the top. Watch the video one more time. The first time, you saw a moment. The second time, you will see a predator that reads heartbeats through open water, tilts on its side to save energy, hunts armored rays buried in sand, has outlived the dinosaurs, and is now fighting to outlive us. Nothing in the frame has changed. Everything about it has. That is what knowledge does to a video. That is what it does to an ocean. The sea is not empty and it is not hostile. It is full of animals that have been doing extraordinary things in the dark for hundreds of millions of years. Most of us just never stopped to look. Now you have. 🦈
