Stargate behind the scenes -

Midway was a cool idea and gatestation. Shame what happened to it.

Midway was such an awesome installation and idea...I wish they had rebuilt it, better and more secure than the first one.

Always wondered, in such moment, cables or zero G ? #SaveStargate

Skateboard

Seriously ? 🤣

Midway was such a cool idea. Any episode with cool hardcore science/tech was a treat. The black hole (even if the science doesn't hold up anymore), visiting Asgards with the 8th chevron, when McKay becomes even smarter, Ancients travelling at 0.999…c, etc.

So cool! #SaveStargate

Really hoping @AmazonMGMStudio realise their mistake! Filming techniques have moved on, and using StageCraft would have made a new, canon series so much more immersive! #SaveStargate

What? It was all fake? NOOOOOOOOooOOOooooo!!!!!

What a work of art! I love this episode 💙 #SaveStargate

I watched this episode, this morning! I couldn't hold my rewatch of the franchise for the show so I started burning through everything. lol The guys are gonna scream at me tomorrow night.

The CGI held up really well over the years. I am a big fan of practical effects but this was good.

Are you trying to say that my favorite documentary used greenscreen?

I liked the Midway, would have liked more stuff happening there and see more of how they built that bridge instead of most of it happening off-screen #saveStargate

Midway was awesome 😁 A nearly literal cross-over.

Love behind the Scenes content. 🤘🏽

@nclael Fantastic! 🤩🤩🤩🤩 #SaveStargate

I really hope amazon see sense and give you guys control of the IP again... Will be such a shame if they pass it off to new writers or mothball it... Sad times... 🏴‍☠️👽🏴‍☠️ 🏴‍☠️☠️🏴‍☠️

Its such a nerdy nitpick of mine that its always bothered me they used the pegasus dialing sound for when the wraith use the milky way gate to dial earth. 😅😅 #SaveStargate

llalalalalla not listening lalallla " IT ALL REAL " not green screen lalalalalalala #savestargate.

Amazing! ❤️ #SaveStargate

Honestly... Amanda should be directing one of your episode's on the new series you all crafted! #SaveStargate

So it was not real?! ;)

❤️

She's so perfect.

would love to see any real models you guys may have used. I LOVE behind the scenes stuff in SciFi. Especially practical effects.

Wait! You mean to tell me that scene wasn't shot in space???

I just saw this episode last night!

Мидуэй

I had no idea this wasn't an actual set that was built omg!

Too bad you never got to make a proper set out of this.

Ok I'm gonna guess, Stargate season 10 episode 1?

@SGFansUnited

.@BaronDestructo I believe I found an oppsie in Moebius Pt 1. In the sequence inside the temple after Ra orders the execution of the worshiper, & he departs, you can see the slain person is clearly wearing tennis shoes.

I wished we’d seen more of Midway besides just the couple of episodes it appeared in. It was a great new addition imo. 💙

I loved the slow and steady advancement of technology in the show. Felt natural.
