You're falling for it. The 'super rich' are a red herring. It's complete misdirection. Setting one group of citizens against another while the politicians get away with incompetence, nepotism and self-aggrandisement. If governments, of all types, stopped blowing billions on their own pet projects and trying to make themselves internationally relevent these cuts would not be necessary.
