Every check mark took years. Today they all went up by lunch. Congratulations to the entire SpaceX team, from the factory floor to mission control! 🎯

It’s incredible to me that SpaceX launches a rocket that orbits the earth, deploying 26 satellites and returns to the spot very spot in the ocean where recovery teams are waiting and its stock declines 1.6%. Make it make sense 🤨

Will future launches be carrying starlink v3 from now on?

starlink v3 riding on flight one tells you the payload manifest was decided before the launch record existed

First attempt. Orbit achieved. Satellites deployed. No rocket in history has done all three on the same day it first reached space. Starship is 122 meters tall. Fully reusable. Costs a fraction of what it replaced. The Space Shuttle flew 135 missions over 30 years. Starship just did what the Shuttle never could on flight one. The era that started today doesn't have a name yet. Give it ten years.

First attempt, full orbit, Starlink V3 on board. At this point "dress rehearsal" might need a new definition.

First attempt, first orbit, first Starlink V3. Incredible work. What’s next for Flight 15?

The impressive part isn't just reaching orbit. It's what happens when engineering turns failure into feedback. Every launch compounds what the next one can achieve. That's how impossible becomes inevitable. 🚀

Amazing, and soon both super heavy and ship tower catches during the same flight will become as regular as Falcon heavy droneship booster landings

I’m anxiously waiting for this he next episode of your series. I use Starlink everyday while I’m on the road, which is also mostly every day. 🤜🤛 You can’t see my High Performance @Starlink dish, but it’s there under the glass roof of my rooftop tent ⛺️

Can’t help but think this is gonna put some serious pressure on other launch providers. SpaceX keeps raising the bar.

"first attempt at orbit" and "first payload deployed" in the same sentence rewrites the roadmap by 12 months. every downstream program that assumed starship orbital ops in 2027 can pull forward now. artemis 3 lunar landing math specifically becomes way less painful with cadence starting today.

How precise were the booster and ship landings as a gauge for viability of catches on the next flight 15?

At ~550 km a dead Starlink burns up in ~5 years on drag alone.

Reaching orbit and deploying Starlink V3 represents a watershed moment for aerospace engineering. Starship is swiftly transitioning from developmental testing into functional civilizational infrastructure, unlocking the unprecedented mass-to-orbit capacity essential for humanity's multi-planetary future. Immense respect to the teams turning science fiction into orbital reality.

SpaceX hitting orbit on the first try and getting Starlink V3 up there is wild, and it’s exactly the kind of thing that makes me want to dig into related stocks. @nickdannunzio is another analyst I lean on for that kind of research. You two are my favorite analysts to follow.
