In order to fly ASAP, they could shutdown the RVacs before the prop levels get too low. I tested in KSP RO/RSS and the sea level Raptors have enough thrust to do it. Obviously this is a pretty bad short term solution but it would allow them to test the PEZ and flaps during entry.
Throw it on booster 8 and go full send tomorrow
