May is mental health awareness month and from one women who struggles with some horrendous scars, trauma and demons in their own head to you. Fight like hell for yourself. Be kind to yourself and those around you who may be struggling too. Ask for help. It’s okay to have relapses in your fight for yourself. Your head is a dangerous place but I promise people love you. Bad days don’t mean your failing. Living is one of the hardest choices you can make sometimes and the worlds better with you in it 💜

if you have been following me for some time.. you probably have seen my body, great angles, large numbers by my posts.. and as much as i am proud of my journey and the realizations i have had.. i am also super aware of how my content could have been perceived during my journey. i wasn't aware of it in the moment.. but now i really see myself differently. growth is making peace with what you didn't know. it's the vulnerability to admit you didn't know better, and the grace to forgive yourself for it. there is no sense trying to spend your heart beats that you won't get back.. regretting what you did, what you said, what you didn't say, how you didn't take action, etc. what matters now..is how you choose to move. how fast you take action, how fast you are able to see yourself in a different lens, how quickly you are able to self correct. being able to redirect yourself in your own life in my opinion is one of the most powerful tools we have to live better.. and to live truly authentic to who we really are. ps post yourself in the bikini because i will from time to time.. but it will be from a different place. 🤍 #intentionalliving #mindsetshift #quietpower #authenticgrowth #womeninbusiness

Why the trans transition is the deepest spiritual experience you can have in this life In our era, many people are disillusioned with traditional religions. They seek true spirituality—practicing transpersonal meditations, attending retreats, doing yoga, or experimenting with psychedelics in hopes of becoming enlightened gurus. 👁️But what if I told you that the most profound spiritual experience I know is transitioning genders? You can’t imagine how much your identity shifts when you become a person of a different gender. ✅You lose everything—your name, your sense of self, your friends, your family. You lose the very core of your identity and start an entirely new life. Yet, somehow, you remain yourself. It feels like you’ve changed absolutely everything you thought defined you.
