There are single women I try to explain this to. One travels around in her 70s rv/van and hangs out many places with the doors wide open. Walmarts parking lot for instance. They don’t believe anything will happen to them and or they say well I’ll just lay down and dye then. They don’t want the stress of facing reality, the responsibility or prepare. I do not want them running to me when the time comes. People like that will get you killed being to nice to people. Oh I could never turn away a woman or child at my gate needing food. 6 men around the corner ready to storm in. Sad.

These are just things people should be doing routinely, all the time. You’ll need all of the same supplies if there were to ever be a weather event that causes a blackout. It should be part of just being a normal responsible adult.
