@FredDiBiase247 Ginger shots boost immunity and digestion due to their anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. They also help reduce nausea and improve overall gut health.

@FredDiBiase247 I just prepped mine the other day while doing an X space! I’ve been having these for 7 yrs and they have been a game changer. I do switch up to another group of herbs and fruits etc every third week for detoxing but this is my go to. Only change is I use cayenne pepper too!

@FredDiBiase247 Ginger is multi-purpose spice, equally delicious in both sweet and savory dishes. The flavor is somewhat peppery and slightly sweet, with a strong and spicy aroma

@FredDiBiase247 Ginger is regarded as an excellent carminative & intestinal spasmolytic (relaxes & soothes intestine). It reduces colon spasms & cramps, is excellent for nausea, vomiting, motion sickness, stimulates production of digestive juices, helps bowel disorders

@FredDiBiase247 I do this EVERYDAY! Except we use Ginger, lemon, and watermelon because watermelon is cost-effective. Then we add in Lions Mane and Ginko Biloba. Cheers!

@FredDiBiase247 Don't use powdered seasonings in your ginger shot! Use real fresh turmeric and fresh pepper!

@FredDiBiase247 Not a bad mix it be better to use pepper but I use both cayenne pepper and pepper with my turmeric and everybody keeps missing the spice thyme. But if you’re gonna do orange juice, make sure you have a lot of pulp because that’s the fiber that cataract, the sugar.
