I look at that picture and I say to myself, "That is a heart attack in a coffee cup." There's an app, I have nothing to do with it, I'm not an investor, called Yuka. You scan it and it tells you if you drink that, you're gonna die. I started using it. I started scanning all the crap I've been eating and I'm gonna die for sure. There's a lot of bad crap. I think that falls into the bad crap category.

After the round he said he feels as good as he has in 9 years and then went into more detail about why: “It's physically and my mechanics. I got pretty off for a long time. I've been trying to build it back, and then I'd compensate and do what worked. “This last off-season I said no more compensating because, to be consistent, I've got to get it back to a certain place, and it's been work from then to try to get there. It's all in mechanics and health.” He then detailed what part of his game worked well in the 62: “It was putting today. I've been driving the ball the best of my life, and I drove it horribly today, like really badly. But putting was -- to go to your actual question, putting was the best. “I felt fluid with it. I felt like I -- in what I've been trying to do, I've been trying to put it all together. I know what needs to happen, but putting it all together into a fluid stroke and then being able to be outwardly focused has been the goal. “I felt like last night I did a really good job out here of that being the goal, find that, and then carry it into this morning and then trust it on the course. “Frankly, I mean, I told Michael -- I've been telling Michael for a while. I just feel like one lips in instead of lips out, and I feel like the lid comes off. I lipped out a few yesterday. Today I vibe-coded a small but incredibly useful macOS Electron app using Cursor + GPT-5.5. I use my Mac with a Samsung monitor that has a built-in webcam. Every time I used the camera, I noticed annoying light flickering. I always assumed it was my lighting. It turns out the culprit was the anti-flicker setting. The webcam was set to 60 Hz by default, while India's power frequency is 50 Hz. That mismatch causes visible flickering under indoor lighting. Samsung doesn't provide any way to change this on the monitor, and macOS doesn't have a built-in control for it either. So I asked Cursor to build a simple camera control app that lets me change the webcam's hardware settings, including the anti-flicker mode, along with zoom, brightness, contrast, and more. About 30 minutes and a few rounds of refinement later, I had a fully working Electron app. A tiny app, but it solved something that had been annoying me for months.

You can just tell Claude Code to learn skills and it will. I asked Claude to create an app that uses tldraw and it one shotted it with sqlite db, and then I asked Claude Code to create a skill so that it could read and write on the canvas. 10 minutes later it could do it. Weirrrrdddd times.

I was asked to save the situation. They had quite a bit of money involved in this project. Peter Sellers was threatening to pull out because he didn’t like the screenplay. He said that the only way he would continue with the project would be if I took it over. I said that the only way I could possibly take it over, under such emergency conditions, would be that I would not be obliged to do anything like Archard’s play because a) I didn’t like it, b) I thought it was not a motion picture and c) I wasn’t ready to make a movie at that point. So they asked me what I wanted to do because the picture had to start in something like four weeks. I said that if they wanted me to save them, I’d have to take something with which I was familiar to begin with. I was familiar with the character of Clouseau. I needed a detective, somebody to solve a murder. I couldn’t throw the whole thing out. I had to use the idea that the maid was accused of killing the chaffeur and this had to be solved. So I thought that Peter Sellers was just the natural thing and that now I was going to try to be as broad with the character as I could be. “How far can I go now in terms of Inspector Clouseau?” I wrote the screenplay and was on the stage in four weeks with it. Fortunately, it turned out to be a reasonably funny movie. It proved something for me—that if a gag is well-designed you can pull it off."
