Started slow, teasing the tip with coconut oil, feeling every vein throb as I gripped tighter… edging, stroking faster, balls tightening until I couldn’t hold back and blew my load 🍆💦😮‍💨 My hamstring cramped up while I was cumming 🤦🏻‍♂️ #edging #cumshot #bator

I went again… And that was how the “journey of no return” almost came into play. I couldn’t go forward. I couldn’t go back. I couldn’t even swim to the surface. I was just held in that spot. The only person that came into my mind at that moment was my mother. I was already missing her. The more I struggled, the weaker I got. While I was gradually accepting my fate, I felt something tell me: “Turn… Use your back and push.” Immediately I was on my back… I tried to move… And it worked. I was already so weak, but then I knew that one last try was necessary. With my back, I kept moving until I escaped that current and reached the surface. I came out. Said nothing to anybody. Packed my things. And vanished. Voom ka mma karịa “Did you see what happened to me?” Even after I left Abraka campus for Anwai campus, I never went back to that river. I experienced the power of water in the most life-threatening way. [Video: Open sea in Bohol, PH]

Every time I watch an interview with professor Marandi, I sit back, put my feet up, and enjoy the show while he slays one "journalist" after another! I so enjoy the look on his face as he does that too!

Just some inspiration for all the upcoming producers out there Back in 2019…I deleted my entire social medias and beats because I was fed up with feeling like I wasn’t growing I had no placements, barely sold any beats, and worked a dead end warehouse job 2020 I quit my job, got deadass serious about my craft, and started making more money than I’d ever see from a warehouse 2023 I bought my first car all off of music money and haven’t looked back The point is, don’t give up!

I realized typing was the key constraint. Month after month, I spent 10+ hours each month on client emails, posts, and docs—staring at the cursor, rewriting the same lines, refining sentences until they clicked. The ideas were there; my fingers couldn’t keep up. Every slow draft became a bottleneck, and every revision felt like paying a tax on clarity. Then I tried Typeless Typeless Now I speak. It turns the messy stuff in my head into clean, organized notes on the spot. → Emails come out tighter without the spiral of edits → Rough thoughts turn into workable drafts → I ship faster without getting stuck in my own head It doesn’t feel like another writing tool. It feels like a second brain that writes at your speed. If writing is stealing your time, try this →

I Reflect On My Time Living In Colombia "I hated being in this country because I couldn’t get as dark as I needed to be. So I packed up my shit, moved to Colombia, South America, and lived down in Medellín for like five years. Down there, dude, I just felt empty. There was no good... I was like, how deep into this network can I infiltrate? I started infiltrating cocaine networks and figuring out how it works - slapping dudes around down there, hoping I would get killed. Every moped, every motorcycle that would drive by me, I’d be like, all right, this is it. They’re going to drill me in the back of the head. I was calling my parents and telling them I was going to die down there.” Sean Strickland

Yesterday I lost every ounce of STEEZE and composure as Faze came to my house. I don't even know how to express the feeling. When he left I started playing old songs and I lost it, I cried like a baby. Those were the songs that formed me, songs that moved my depth. This is what I feel the new generation music lacks, which is what I am trying to bring back with my new Album THE MEN, THE BOYS AND YOUR GUY.

I struggled my first 3 years of high school baseball… and it had nothing to do with talent. - I relied on results for confidence. - I feared failure because I didn’t know how to handle it. - I was a perfectionist. - I would overthink everything. - I couldn’t slow the game down in big moments. - I played great in practice but couldn’t bring it into games. - And worst of all my self-worth was tied to baseball. That combo crushed my confidence and made me play scared instead of free. What I wish I knew back then: - How to create confidence rather than than rely on results for it - Freedom doesn’t come from perfection. - My worth has NOTHING to do with my stat line. When you learn how to handle failure, quiet the noise, slow the game down, and show up as your best self regardless of outcomes, everything changes.

Trae Young says Gary Payton had someone take the ball off him because he couldn’t dribble past half court “I was always a good shooter, but I play the wing growing up… so I’m really not comfortable with my handle.” “And Nike had sent a whole bunch of top players in high school out to the Bahamas. I was going against Fox back then. And it was just me, I was top in my class and Fox was there, and I couldn’t get across half court.” “And of course, sh*t, Gary Payton is my coach. And he’s yelling at Malik Monk, ‘Come get the ball, come get it from Trae. He can’t dribble…’ so that’s when I started really working on my handle.”

Q: The reason you made your solo debut? 🦌: The reason I made my solo debut started with the thought that.. I wanted to show my fans the music I had prepared. That was where it began, and after that, during the preparation process, I ended up working on even more things. So, while working on so many things, I felt like I was finally “ready”, or maybe during that process, I grew and was able to come back quickly. #에반 #EVAN #희승 #HEESEUNG

My gambling addiction didn’t start with losing… it started with winning. A $117,000 first-TD parlay turned into almost $450,000 in a month. I thought I was untouchable… buying gifts for everyone, covering every dinner, buying whole bars shots… I always made sure everyone else was good. But I wasn’t. When the winning stopped, I didn’t. I chased everything. And at night, while everyone I loved slept, I’d lie in the dark with my phone lighting up my face… losing money I didn’t have, feeling myself slowly disappear. The worst part wasn’t the money… it was who I became. Lying to everyone. Lying to myself. Smiling in public while I was destroying my life in private… losing the trust of the people who loved me most. Every night I’d say, “I’m done.” Every morning I’d wake up and check the lines before I checked on the people I loved…a spouse, a sick parent, a newborn child. That’s a kind of sadness I wouldn’t wish on anyone. If you’re living like that… hiding, hurting, exhausted… I see you. I was you and you are me. My DMs are open. You don’t have to go through this alone. Blaise B❤️

Ryan Clark opens up about his battle with illness and the complications he faced while carrying the sickle cell trait. After losing his spleen and gallbladder, Clark says there was a moment when he genuinely believed he was dying. 🗣️ “I couldn’t stop shaking, so I started praying. I prayed for my wife—let her find somebody who’s a good man, but less handsome than I am. I prayed that my son would grow up to be a great man, and that my daughters would grow up independent and strong.” (🎥Today/Craig Melvin/Youtube)

Perrie says she’s “sad” she couldn’t enjoy her pregnancy with Alanis because she was too “on edge” following her two miscarriages: “When I was pregnant with Alanis, I was just on edge the whole time. All I did was eat. I gained 4.5 stone of comfort food. Every appointment, my stomach felt like it was doing somersaults. Every appointment wasn’t enjoyable. And that upsets me, because I love being pregnant. I love the feeling of it, I love carrying a baby. I feel powerful, I feel untouchable. It’s wild how you feel. I’m sad that during the pregnancy, I didn’t get to enjoy it fully until the very end, because I was just always on edge.“

Hi guys, I’m Dr. Siddu Patil, and this is my story of how I fell in love with fitness 🏋️‍♂️ I was 17 years old when I joined MBBS. I loved cricket and dreamed of quitting medicine to pursue it professionally. But my parents convinced me it wasn’t the right path. That was the first time in my life I truly felt like I failed, like I couldn’t follow my heart. Out of frustration, I started doing push-ups at home—every single day—for 3–4 months. When I went back to college, I joined a gym, initially because my crush went there 😅. For the next 5 years, it was on and off. I studied hard, but also drank and smoked a lot. Fitness wasn’t consistent… yet it always lingered in the background. After my internship, I moved to Bengaluru and started going to the gym regularly. I was finally serious… until life threw me a curveball: bilateral inguinal hernia. Living alone, I felt like my life was over. Post-surgery, I couldn’t even walk properly for 15 days, and depression was heavy. But slowly, I started doing push-ups in my room again. Gradually, I went back to the gym. Three months later, I decided: no more excuses. I quit alcohol and smoking, and committed fully to fitness. Last December, I took it to the next level by hiring a personal trainer. Today, I’m almost at my peak fitness, pushing myself every day to get better. I even completed a personal trainer course, despite being a doctor. If there’s one thing I want to tell you: if you ever feel depressed, start working out. Your body and mind will thank you. If this story inspires you, like & follow. And if you want online coaching for weight loss or muscle gain, DM me.

a onedoor asked jaehyun to do a challenge with jungkook sunbaenim, but he said he couldn’t because he’d be too nervous 😭 🐶 i’m not sure if i can talk about this, but i’m being a bit cautious too.. i don’t think i could do that, because.. wow, i saw him passing by at the company from about 30m away.. and i recognised him just from his back, but i got so nervous that my hands were shaking while i was on my way to the bathroom, so i just waited until he left, then went into the gym, but he was there too, and i felt like i couldn’t even breathe in the same space as him, so i greeted him and came back out.. 😂 ah really.. i was so nervous.. ah… in a way, he’s kind of like my first love from my school days.. so it’s.. not easy

Got sent this song a while back from Wyatt McCubbin that he wrote with Rob Snyder and Jeff Hyde. Last night it was in my head and I couldn’t sleep so I got up and messed around with it for a few hours. Been singing it to myself all morning and as I watched the boys while Nicole got a shower in I recorded this. Hope y’all like it and sorry for all the dad songs but that’s where I’m at these days and I couldn’t be happier about it. A lot more songs to come soon.

I was going on a walk by myself yesterday when Cellophane started playing on my phone and I imagined the entire MV as it ended up like on that one listen. I began running back home to turn this lightning in a bottle idea into reality, and I couldn't be happier with the end result

Truphena Muthoni: My arms didn’t get tired while I was hugging. I was feeling some cold when it started raining, but I was able to manage it because I had already practiced for that as well. There was a time I was rained on during practice. On the first day, it dried up on its own. On the second day, it was really heavy, so I had some heaters around me. You can’t do that with people around you. I invite people to talk to me all the time because that makes my mind be active, or I’ll shut down #CitizenSundayLive
