We started a process, which Trump killed, to get compensation for your time if you had a delay. Airlines started treating passengers better. One thing I am really pissed about right now is that Trump's Department of Transportation is dismantling that.

I get this question all the time… The hardest obstacle is access to capital. And honestly, it’s a challenge almost every founder faces. You need capital to scale, hire the right people, and keep hitting milestones. For us, we bootstrapped in the beginning. I put in personal cash, then we started reaching key milestones, entered business plan competitions, and raised non-dilutive capital, which was huge. But eventually, we had to go out and raise money from investors. That capital is what helped get us to where we are today.
