Josh and I got to climb the Matterhorn! Quite the travel experience going to Zermatt for the day - it was raining so we never actually saw the top of the mountain. And we were in the clouds and wind for the top on our climbing day - it was actually somewhat character building. After climbing the Eiger in shorts and a sun hoodie I didn’t quite take the Matterhorn seriously enough - it would have been nice to have gloves for all the ice encrusted ropes at the top… but we tread carefully and still had a pretty good time. Just a little chilly! And less scenic than we hoped for. But very memorable.

so jihoon didnt know jaehyuk kicked him. he jus thought something dropped on him 😭 🐶 I only found out from watching the video that Jaehyuk kicked me when he woke up. at the time, I did feel like I got hit by something, but I never thought it was Jaehyuk. I thought something just fell, like maybe a light fixture or something 🐶 but turns out, he kicked me with his foot. I didn’t realize it at all. I was half asleep thinking “did something fall? did the light drop or something?” but it was actually him kicking me. I couldn’t really see either. my eyes were sensitive, dry, and kind of blinded, so I didn’t even notice it was Jaehyuk 🐶 I seriously just thought something fell on me. If I had known, I would’ve immediately put him in a headlock, but since I didn’t know, I let it slide. I really didn’t know. 🐶 I mean logically, it’s not normal for someone to wake up and immediately kick the person next to them, right? u guys agree, right? "Last week my husband and I went to the shelter to adopt a baby. We had a plan. One puppy. That was it. But life had something else waiting for us. At the shelter, we met two tiny Presa Canario mix puppies who had just lost their mama in a tragic accident. They were so small… but somehow, they already understood what it meant to lose everything. We picked one up. And that’s when everything changed. She didn’t relax in our arms. She reached. Right for her brother. Her tiny paws wrapped around him like she was holding onto the only thing she had left in the world. And he… he didn’t hesitate. He buried his face into her neck, holding on just as tightly. No barking. No crying. Just quiet fear… and a bond that was impossible to ignore. Presa mixes are known for loyalty—but this? This was something deeper. This was survival. This was love. When you see a tanker show up at the base, and you know there’s an important delivery from Lockheed Martin coming up based on the news… For the last few days we’ve had the tabletop scanner sitting in our bedroom waiting for the call. Yesterday morning we finally heard what we’d been hoping for. RUMMY01 (KC-46) and RETRO61 flight of 3, the Polish F-35s, requesting clearance. We raced to our spot, and thankfully the overcast skies meant location on the field didn’t matter too much. Right as the F-35s departed, just before 8am local time, a light rain started moving in. I still need to edit the photos, but for now here are the takeoff videos. This will probably be the last time I get to see them for a while. Hopefully one day I’ll make it over to Poland for another air show.

I built a full-stack Chat App to learn React Deeper. When I started, I only know the basics in React. I was hesitant at first if I would be able to do it or not, but I started building it anyways. Through building it, I have learned: - Typescript - Tailwind - Redux - Firebase - File Structuring - Optimization - More hooks The list could go on... The point is you don't need to know it all to start building something. Fundamentals are enough, you can figure out and learn the others on the way. This is literally my life as a 21 year old. First video -> Me as a medical student practitioner Second Video -> Me as an Acroswing dancer in Abu Dhabi ( I am an Athlete) Third Video -> Me in the street of City Center for a content interview. Fourth video -> Me in the Russian news discussing Cultural differences. Just yesterday, a friend of mine said to me during general surgery, “ I saw your dance video, you’re so good at Dancing, I should have chosen it as career, it’s so fun” The other time in Moscow, someone saw my wall paper and like “oh wow, you are a medical student too?” And this is not all, but I don’t really understand why I do all these but just maybe, it leads me to something great.

At 54, here’s something I think about a lot: The good old days don’t feel like it at the time. It feels more like struggle. From the age of 25 to 45, you’re in the thick of it—building a career, raising kids, trying to get ahead (or just keep up with life). It’s so easy to lose perspective and forget that… You’re in the sweet spot. One day you’ll look back on that struggle as the best of times. Every season of life has its pros and cons—triumphs and challenges—but there’s nothing quite like the prime adult years. So what are we to do about it? Simply recognize that you’re living your good old days right now. Slow down. Savor it. Smell the roses. Because I’m here to tell you… The days are long, but the years fly by. 🎥: First flight for my younger daughter. I thought I was climbing the mountain—little did I know I was standing on the peak.
