You forgot to mention this ‘opting out’ won’t work if you can’t prove they already have knowledge of you, with screenshots and evidence. This make this task of opting out harder because they will have to commit the this violation first. Until then, you’re subject to the their violation of privacy.

Just tried and they said I have to provide: 1) proof their AI using my personal information 2) the exact prompts I used to get the information 3) a screenshot of the information So in other words, they won’t let you opt out of your info being used by them. I submitted the report and simply wrote that I don’t trust them, and their permission is denied.

If you take a look at the same settings on facebook desktop, meta are already going through your messages on whatsapp

after submitting form, Meta responded that I haven’t shown any AI activity, so they can’t honour my request. exactly how am I supposed to show AI activity? this form basically does nothing. Meta will use everything I do on FB/ IG to train its AI systems. for profit

@JamesTate121 "Starting" Dec 16th. Naw. They've been doing it for a while. Guaranteed. They may be limiting it to smaller segments or otherwise making the footprint smaller and maybe not using it in obvious, public ways, but They've been collecting it.

If you have ever been censored by their ai, for content violation, etc. That's your proof.

This does NOT work but thank you any way. On the form, you must provide to Meta which of your personal information was used by Meta in its AI related models. Imagine that. That's information that Meta itself has, not the user. So they deny the requests. Everyone needs to quit Facebook and instagram.

You guys should started reading those terms and conditions they "update" every year that you ignore or just click whatever affirmative it wants so you can get back to your addiction. I'm sure this is already address and you've opted in. Delete the app, might not be too late.
