Half of the liquidity instantly gets used to buy the winning country and the other half buys a random country on the map. Both the country that nukes, and the beneficiary of the other 50% are instantly deployed to Uniswap, even if they don't reach the $333k liquidity. The winning country will also receive $180k in a 3 tx buy. To prevent extreme volatility, these buys will be split into 3 batches over the next 3 days, country tokens will be sent to the burn address.
