Starting next week Whitney Library is hosting its mobile showers twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays! This is a huge win for my community. It’s the things that we take for granted in life and I am thankful that my library can provide this resource. Please spread the word!

My favorite engagement video of the week (I am a sucker for engagement videos) is this goth couple in front of a blooming corpse flower at The Huntington Library in California

This is the tragic scene where 12 people are presumed deceased after a skydiving plane crashed in Butler Missouri. This is happening all too often and it’s just another somber reminder that life is very short and to not take things for granted. Can we say a prayer please?

Satoshi Roundtable is later this week. Tech Talk Tuesdays in Dubai asked me about the upcoming event: “My hope is that have for this week is that we embrace what this industry is all about. It’s not about Blackrock, or CBDCs or the filthy broken fiat system - it’s about an alternative to that. A lot of people can point to many broken things in our world. And the root of what is broken is because of the broken money system. The money system is broken. There is death and destruction because of a broken money system and what this technology represents is something different than that. It’s an alternate to that. And that’s what makes it unique and that’s what makes it valuable.”

This day marks a great milestone in my life. Graduating with a PhD in leadership and management is an achievement i can not take for granted. In thanking Hod for this success, I still carry the new challenge of the responsibility this TAM on my head comes with.

Starting today, I’m hosting a new show for MeidasTouch! Talking about the news and politics on the internet is hardly new for me. In fact, this week marks nine years since I started my own YouTube channel when I was just 13 years old. Here’s what’s next:

Matt Shaw on sharing his faith with his teammates: “The best thing that I can do isn’t to talk to them and disciple them. But it’s to show what my beliefs look like in my life. And sometimes it’s not a conversation, but it’s simply the light that you shine around to other people. And because of how much love you have for other people and for Jesus, it’s gonna show them, ‘hey, maybe this is something I’m interested in. Maybe this is something that can provide me fulfillment in my life.’”

"I think this shows that at this moment in time Deshaun Watson has the slight edge in the competition. Next week is a pivotal week...Deshaun going first is meaningful. But, again, things can change next week." 🚨 Mary Kay Cabot w/ Ken Carman and Anthony Lima on #Browns naming Deshaun Watson the starter in the preseason opener

As we mark the beginning of the parliamentary session, I’m also marking a more personal milestone – this week, it’s been 5 years since I underwent a stem cell transplant that saved my life. Every day, I am grateful for my health and for the privilege to serve Canadians. 🇨🇦

Watch this baby’s face light up when it hears the voice of its parents for the first time. This is absolutely precious. We all need to do a better job of being thankful for the things we take for granted.

Ever feel like God can’t forgive your failures? He can and He does. I’m thankful for that! Peter’s life is a beautiful example. It’s just one of the stories in my new book #NothingIsImpossibleWithGod - out one week from today and available for pre-order now!
