Here’s my confusion on this not being called a penalty. If the offensive team has the puck on the blue line, it’s technically onside. So if the defensive team has the puck on the blue line, wouldn’t it still technically be in the D-zone?

You know this modern #Carrie movie was surprisingly good and well-directed. But ugh do I hate when a small line tweak would’ve made a moment land more in subtext. Friend: “Don’t hurt me.” Carrie: “Why not? I’ve been hurt my whole life.” Ugh. Small tweak would make her less on the nose and woe-is-me, and land themes better. “Why not? It’s just kids being kids.” Writers. Subtext in dialogue often just needs a tweak to hide the on-the-nose cliche.
