All that talk about how strong the economy was because of tariffs? It’s over. No stimulus checks for the people. No windfall for the middle class. Once the Supreme Court rules, that’s usually the final word. No tariffs. No “tariff prosperity.” Corporations win — again.

Caller: Only Congress has the right to impose tariffs, that's why it's illegal. Trump does not have the right. Most of those tariffs get passed onto the consumer. Americans are actually paying for the tariff. The businesses pass that cost right down to us. If the Americans have paid the money, it makes sense to give the money back.

President Trump received a gift from the Supreme Court today. He learned exactly how he needs to proceed with the tariffs that he has in place by having SCOTUS tell him exactly how to impose the tariffs within their boundaries of acceptance. What you are watching is the master playing chess again and getting the answers he needs to make sure every tariff he enforces will be done so with legal precedent set by SCOTUS. Trump: We got rogue judges that are criminals. They are criminals. The decisions that they hand down and hurt our country. And I can tell you something, I've gone through it. I got a decision on tariffs that's going to cost our country hundreds of billions, potentially, of refunds. The supreme court didn't want to put one little sentence that all money taken in up till this day doesn't have to be paid back. Look at what they did to college sports!
