Stata 19 & 18’s features like H2O ML & HDFE are incredible, but so computationally intense! They’re parallelisable—ideal for GPUs. @Stata, please prioritise GPU support & native multithreading! Many avoid Stata for this—hence its absence in uni clusters. Delaying widens the gap.
