More training is not the solution, training is the problem... No rational person would start throwing punches at a 13 year old girl. Restraining her should be easy, especially for 2 grown men. They're trained and encouraged to behave this way.

We gave so many of our protections away after 911 and no group is feeling it more than our brothers and sisters of color. It is past time we reinstate these rights

Everyone saying there aren't sufficient facts. Yes, that's true. But there's no reason why two trained police officers would have to be giving a CHILD that type of beat down. If they can't deescalate without that much violence, they should change profession. Simply unjustifiable.
